S2 E9 - Know Thyself and Be Free with David Slobotski

In this episode, Clayton sits down with David Slobotski, EOS Implementer and lifelong visionary who started cold calling at 12 years old and was leading teams by 16. David shares how he discovered his own wiring through frustration, both giving and receiving it, and how tools like Kolbe, Culture Index, and DISC helped him understand where his natural gaps were and who needed to fill them.

David gets honest about the humbling work of practicing what he preaches. Even now, he leans on an assistant functioning as an integrator inside his own practice, and he is candid about how often he assumes he has communicated something clearly when he has really only said it in his head. He and Clayton dig into the Roy Disney story he shares with every new client, why a visionary should expect and even welcome some friction with their integrator, why delegation should be a four letter word for most entrepreneurs, and why he believes the biggest first hurdle for any visionary is simply taking the leap to bring an integrator in at all.
