TENTANG EPISODE INI
On this episode of The Serving Effect, Carlton sits down with Wes Hall, CEO & Co-Founder of North Carolina Adapted Sports, to explore how NC Adaptive Sports is making athletics more inclusive across the Triangle and beyond. Wes shares his personal journey into adaptive sports and how that passion has grown into an organization dedicated to unlocking the power of sport for people with physical disabilities — from adaptive cycling and wheelchair basketball to kayaking and more.
Throughout the conversation, Carlton and Wes dive into the unique ways NC Adapted Sports is serving the community, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for athletes of all abilities to challenge themselves and connect with others. They also talk about the upcoming Spring Adapted Sports Day, a collaborative event with the Poole Family YMCA on April 18, 2026, where participants can try multiple adapted sports experiences, meet others, and learn about inclusive programming across the region.
