TENTANG EPISODE INI
Peter Ankerstjerne is CMO at ISS A/S, a leading global provider of facility services, where he is in charge of marketing, branding, and research that provides a tremendous amount of high quality content for our FM community. Peter shares with Mike Petrusky about where the facility management market is heading and how ISS hopes to be an industry thought-leader that inspires us to elevate the FM profession by delivering workplace strategies that meet the future of work and the workplace experience agendas. By collaborating with HR to help retain and attract talent, and by increasing productivity, facility professionals can design a workplace that helps drive the strategic agenda of their organizations. Peter is involved with the Workplace Evolutionaries at IFMA and Mike talks about engaging with the WE community at IFMA's Facility Fusion and World Workplace conferences. While exploring the famous musical artists that have originated in Denmark, we are reminded of a classic tune from the 1990's that originated in Copenhagen and (oh, no!) Mike breaks out into song again!
