Greg Davis welcomes Pastor Eric Snyder of First Baptist Church White Plains to discuss a major five-night evangelistic crusade taking place at Saks High School's Jack Stewart Field in Calhoun County, Alabama.
The Go Tell Crusade, running Sunday through Thursday and culminating October 1, brings together more than 400 volunteers and churches from Calhoun, Talladega, and Cleburne counties for a week of worship, testimony, and Gospel outreach.
Each evening features a special emphasis:
Monday: A salute to military veterans, first responders, and medical professionals, featuring Vietnam veteran Tim Wells.
Tuesday: A tribute to teachers and education professionals.
Wednesday: Camo Night, celebrating outdoor enthusiasts, featuring fishing personality Hyatt Parker.
Thursday: A special emphasis on students and teenagers, featuring Auburn football coach Hugh Freeze.
Snyder explains the heart behind the crusade: reaching people with the Gospel, encouraging believers, and bringing churches together for Kingdom work. He also shares details about the free admission, parking, accessibility accommodations, and the importance of prayer.
With approximately 2,000 people attending the opening night, the crusade represents a significant collaborative outreach effort in East Alabama.
