CRYPTO: Senate Report Says Tether's USDT Helps Iran Move Money

A Senate Democratic investigation led by Richard Blumenthal found that Tether's USDT stablecoin has become a major financial tool for Iran and some of its proxy groups, including Hezbollah. The report analyzed 846 crypto wallets sanctioned by the U.S. or Israel and found that 84% had transacted primarily in USDT.
