#291 | Navigating AI: The Intersection of Faith and Technology with Todd Korpi

In this discourse, Travis Michael Fleming and Todd Korpi delve into the profound implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the context of Christian ministry. They assert that as AI permeates various aspects of life, it compels us to engage in rich theological dialogues concerning the essence of humanity and the theological implications of the imago Dei, or the image of God. The conversation extends to pivotal inquiries such as whether AI serves as a facilitator or a potential hindrance to ministry, as well as its capacity to influence discipleship and authenticity in faith practices. Dr. Korpi, author of "AI Goes to Church," emphasizes the necessity for ministry leaders to approach AI with discernment and informed perspectives, fostering a dialogue that transcends mere operational considerations. Ultimately, this episode invites listeners to contemplate the intersection of faith and technology, urging a thoughtful embrace of the future while remaining anchored in the tenets of Christian hope.
