TENTANG EPISODE INI
What does it take to create a truly data-driven culture? How can organisations empower their people beyond data teams to make better decisions with data?
In this episode, we’re joined by Katy Gooblar and Greg Freeman from the Data Literacy Academy, an organisation dedicated to solving data literacy challenges across industries and is on a mission to help people and businesses become more confident and capable with data building skills that drive real impact.
Their approach focuses on working with entire organisations, not just data professionals, to ensure everyone has the tools, mindset, and confidence to use data effectively in their everyday roles.
The Academy connects data initiatives to tangible business goals, measuring success in ways that go beyond simple adoption metrics to demonstrate meaningful outcomes. Katie and Greg also highlight the importance of hands-on, practical learning in creating lasting change, and why developing the right mindset is just as crucial as technical skills.
We dive into the Academy’s broader mission: making data literacy accessible to everyone and using data education to tackle societal challenges.
An inspiring discussion on the future of data literacy and how the Data Literacy Academy is helping organisations and individuals unlock their full potential enjoy the episode!
