Acknowledging Your Knowing with Laura Simmonds

At 15, one cruel comment sent Laura Simmonds down a path of weight loss, attention… and an eating disorder that lasted for years. Yet in the middle of secrecy and struggle, she stumbled onto something extraordinary — holding a glass of water and asking it to become what her body needed. That small, quiet act became the seed of a lifelong relationship with magic, miracles, and her own knowing.

In this episode, Laura shares the left turns that shaped her — from shifting her point of view around food, to leaving her marriage with three young children (without drama), to finding Access Consciousness and building a life filled with ease, adventure, and possibility.

You’ll hear about the unexpected tools that helped her heal, how she made big changes even when they didn’t “make sense” to others, and why acknowledging yourself may be the most powerful magic you have.
