The most underrated social skill is so subtle it often goes unnoticed—but it has the power to change lives, including yours. In this video, I reveal the transformative art of "holding space," a skill that's not about fixing, advising, or encouraging, but simply being present for someone in their moments of vulnerability.
Through Theo Von's deeply empathetic interaction with Sean Strickland, who shares harrowing stories of his past, we explore how this skill can create profound connections. You'll learn to recognize dissociation, switch conversational modes, and offer support without an agenda.
