TENTANG EPISODE INI
College visits can feel exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes disappointing if families arrive without a clear plan. In this episode, Sarah Bergin, Director of College Counseling at Evolved Education, shares how students and parents can prepare mentally, emotionally, and practically before setting foot on campus. She explains why visits matter, when to schedule them, and how thoughtful preparation can transform a simple tour into one of the most valuable parts of the college search process.
Sarah encourages students to approach each visit with curiosity, trust their instincts, and pay attention to both the academic and social environment. She also offers parents practical guidance on supporting the process without unintentionally influencing their student's impressions.
