इस एपिसोड के बारे में
Join Robyn Benelli and Colleen for our weekly Reiki community gathering as we explore how to use Reiki energy to build a conscious relationship with your spirit guides and spiritual guidance. Learn how microdosing Reiki on the fly helps you access and connect with your guidance wherever you are, whatever you are doing. Reiki gives you access to your inner truth, heals mental blocks around intuition, and develops your unique clairsenses and intuition.
Key Insights:
- Microdosing Reiki on the Fly: You do not need hours of formal ritual to connect; taking 3 minutes to breathe and activate Reiki symbols brings immediate clarity and access to your guidance in daily life.
- A Relationship, Not a Formula: Communicating with spiritual guidance is a skill-building process similar to personal friendships, requiring conscious attention, unlearning old barriers, and trusting your distinct inner authority.
- Asking the Right Questions: Evolving your relationship with guidance often begins by learning how to ask questions, even asking "What are the questions I don't know to ask?" when you feel stuck.
- Honoring Individual Differences: Everyone's mind and intuitive style work differently. Embrace your unique way of perceiving spiritual information rather than trying to fit into a rigid box.
