Tunes on the Turf: The Screaming Jets, Live Music and Free Camping
The Screaming Jets are heading to Dunedoo! Matho catches up with Tunes on the Turf music festival coordinator Rob Wackett to preview a huge weekend at Dunedoo Sports Club on November 13 and 14.
Rob shares how the festival grew from a small truck-stage fundraiser supporting the local club into an event celebrating its 13th edition and bringing live music to the region.
The weekend starts with Friday night music featuring The Shanes, followed by Saturday morning markets and a massive Saturday festival headlined by The Screaming Jets. With local talent, Twain, Balls and All and plenty more on the bill, there’s a full afternoon and evening of entertainment ahead.
Plus, ticket holders can enjoy free camping at the venue—making it a great opportunity to turn the festival into a weekend away.
Hear about the festival’s community spirit, this year’s lineup and how to get tickets through 123 Tix. Saturday gates open at one, with music kicking off at two!
