And yeah, the Panthers, Panthers lost to the Red Wings. And on top of that, not all not only did fans have to go to the game, they also had their cars flooded. So if you're in South Florida, please stay safe during this time. It is very scary what's currently going on with the weather. I don't know if you guys saw it or not, but sunrise was completely submerged. Very scary stuff. You go to a Panther game, you go to see your team win, they lose, and then you possibly lose your car too. It's just ass. Next up. The Boston Bruins, an utter wagon this year. Clip that right here. Utter wagon. Possibly making it to the Stanley Cup final. I don't know. Just saying it. David Pastrnak one of my favorite goal scorers, one of my favorite players in the entire league. The newest captain of the Boston Bruins. He scores in a shootout. He was also the first star of the night with seven shots on goal and assists. Morgan Geeky scored. Trevor Connelly also scored for Vegas. He looks great, and he also got fucking killed by Charlie McAvoy, who hit him into the boards. Heavy hit. there were a couple penalties assessed. He came back to the game, though, Trevor Connelly and scored. So that's always good. Then the Avalanche dismantled the Blackhawks. Nothing too crazy to say there. Blackhawks suck. I feel bad for Connor Bedard and Frank Nazar. They're all by themselves. And of course, Patrick Kane got hurt. Next up, the San Jose Sharks. Their fan base actually sucks. Dustin Wolf, flour star of the night for the Calgary Flames, stopping 26 of 27 shots. they lost the Flames. Just want to say one thing. The Flames are currently, hear me out, currently 7-3 in their last 10. They also started the season 0-5, only scoring eight goals throughout the five games. They currently are fifth in the Pacific, 11th and The Western Conference, one spot out of the wild card. Getting into last night's games. We're gonna make this pretty quick. shout out to Montreal Canadians. Ate a 4-0 lead and they sold. It was a 4-2 game. Under two minutes left, the Jets came back and won. Shout out Dylan Samberg Next up, the Devils Oilers. The game was tied late, went to a shootout. Yes, for Bratt. Scored the shootout winner, Jack Hughes at two goals. congratulations to him. and Ryan Newchin Hopkins. Is now the all-time leader in games played for the Edmonton Oilers. Shout out Ryan Nugent Hopkins. Next up, the Ducks playing the Canucks. Say that 10 times fast. Cutter Gauthier his second hat-trick in a row. Can't believe that. Cutter Gauthier been on a tear. Cutter Goatier has eight goals in his last three games. He's also the first player in Ducks history to have back-to-back hat-trick. No big deal there. He also leads the entire National Hockey League with a power play goal. So He's on something. Next up, the Stars playing the Capitals. Jason Robertson, four-point night, three goals, another hat trick in the league and an assist. So shout out to the Dallas Stars beating the Washington Capitals. Next up, the Blue Jackets. Reading this script is actually crazy. The Blue Jackets beat the Avalanche by a score of seven to two. I understand that Colorado is coming off back to back, but to get Belt to ass by the Blue Jackets. That that morning skate ain't gonna be too great. Next up, the Predators beating the Hurricanes. Shout out to the Nashville Predators for beating the Carolina Hurricanes. supposedly the best team in the East, lost to mid-team in the West. Next up, the Lightning almost blowing a three-goal lead, end up winning 4-2 against Detroit. Braden Point had two goals. Nikita Kucherov had two assists. Shout out to Kucherov and Point, the top line cooking. Next up, the Golden Knights beating the Penguins. By a score of three to two. Again, Trevor Connelly goal. Trevor Connelly goal. Next up the Rangers. Their four game losing streak is snapped as they beat the Blues 3-1. Oliver Bjorkstrand had the game winner. Adam Fox had two points, a goal and an assist. Add two points for JT Miller too. Of course, Dylan Garand every time he's almost had a shutout and blown it with under two minutes left, I'd have about $2 because it's happened twice. The Mammoth beat the Maple Leafs 3 2. The Flyers get their ass kicked by the Wild 4 2. So, just we had two hat tricks last night in the National Hockey League. and just amazing hockey overall. So, congratulations to all those individuals who did that. Next up, men's college hockey. Wisconsin is number one for the first time in three years. Can you believe that? They got 37 out of 50 first place votes and 979 points. I genuinely would like to know who votes on this. Just curious. They're also number one for the first time since 2023. As I talked about before on the podcast, Ohio State beat Michigan. Michigan is now out of the top one spot. Believe they're second in the country. They lost 5 2 on Saturday, but came back on Sunday and won an overtime 5 4, but they still dropped to number two. Number five, Providence lost 5 1 at Quinnipiac. They dropped to nine as Quinnipiac dropped, sorry, moved up to 10. Cornell, number 15, lost 3-2 to Sacred Heart. Minnesota Duluth split that season series, and new mass dropped out of the pole after losing to Harvard. So yeah, kind of crazy. Thursday night, couple, couple games I want to talk about. 11-5. We got Wisconsin at Minnesota, number one versus number 18. And then Unconn Ranked 20th against number nine Providence. Friday, BU versus Michigan State. That's gonna be great. Quinnipiac at Cornell. That's also gonna be a great game. and yeah, that's pretty much it. And then 1116, you got also Friday, Denver at Arizona State. That is gonna be a bloodbath. also that's it. I mean, nothing, nothing too crazy to report here. we had some games. College hockey is on the rise. Very happy to see that.
