אודות פרק זה
In Sunday's message, Pastor Larry Long challenges us to confront a difficult question: Who do we hate? As Christians, we're called to love, yet the world often hates us for our faith.
We explore Jesus' words in John 15:18-19, reminding us that if we're not of this world, we should expect the world's hatred. This isn't about being unlikable, but about standing firm in our convictions. We're encouraged to love sinners as God loves them, while not compromising on biblical truth.
The message urges us to examine our hearts: Are we trying to be friends with both God and the world? James 4:4 warns us that friendship with the world is enmity with God. As we navigate this tension, we're called to love boldly, speak truth compassionately, and remain steadfast in our faith, even when it's difficult.
