What if the patterns you keep noticing in your life are trying to tell you something?
Cathy sits down with bestselling author and numerologist Kaitlyn Kaerhart to explore how numerology can help us understand our life path, purpose, timing, relationships, money, and the patterns we repeat.
Kaitlyn explains life path numbers, personal year cycles, and why looking back at what was happening in your life nine years ago can reveal surprising patterns. She also breaks down angel numbers like 111, 222, and 444, and shares how understanding her own numbers helped her rebuild after a devastating rock bottom.
Cathy opens up about getting dropped from two record deals, realizing that her real purpose was using her voice in an entirely different way, and the recurring desire for home, roots, and family that she had never fully understood.
This episode is for anyone who feels stuck, uncertain about their purpose, or curious whether the same themes keep finding their way back into their life for a reason.
