אודות פרק זה
For the first time in years, the original hosts of Something Planet are back together to celebrate 18 years of the podcast! John J Murray, Stuart Best (joining from Spain), and David the Day reunite to look back on nearly two decades of conversations, questionable decisions, and the strange journey that brought Something Planet to over 1 million downloads.
The guys catch up on everything from jury duty and the Dead Internet Theory to an ongoing war that seems to have no end in sight, recent deaths in the Senate, the FIFA World Cup, and one of the strangest government facts you'll ever hear: why the Secret Service reportedly collects the President's poop.
In Massive Media, they review:
- If This Book Exists, You're in the Wrong Timeline
- Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed
- The Invite
- Netflix's live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender
They also dive into the growing phenomenon of Dungeon Crawler Carl, discussing the possibility of a video game adaptation, the tabletop games already inspired by the series, and why it's become one of the hottest fantasy franchises around.
It's a reunion filled with laughs, nostalgia, weird news, pop culture, and the same conversations that have kept Something Planet going for 18 incredible years.
