אודות פרק זה
Begin a new journey through God’s Word with the opening story of the Bible.
In this first Bible Stories for Sleep episode, settle in with a peaceful reading of Genesis 1–3, taking us from the darkness before creation to the light, beauty and order of the world God made, and then into the garden of Eden and the beginning of the human story.
After Genesis, remain in the quiet with Psalm 8, Psalm 19:1–6 and Psalm 104, passages that look upon the heavens, the earth and the works of God with wonder and praise.
Soft music and gentle ambience surround the readings, creating a calm place to rest, reflect and gradually fall asleep. There is no need to stay awake until the end. Simply listen for as long as you wish and let the words of Scripture carry you into the night.
