Because, Midwest

Patti 0:18
Hi and welcome to episode 472 of No Crying in Baseball. The you have to look sharp episode. My name is Patti, and I'm here with my friend Pottymouth. Hey, Pottymouth!

Pottymouth 0:27
I think our listeners should know that we always look sharp for the podcast, and that's one of the benefits of having an audio podcast is being our own judges of what being very sharp

Patti 0:36
is. No, for sure, for sure. And also, please note that we are recording from an Airbnb and Chicago because we are on our what our epic baseball road trip.

Pottymouth 0:46
This is crazy because we've been talking about it going to happen for weeks, and here we are in Chicago. I just realized another sound thing. So, two sound caveats from your sound engineer here. One is air conditioning may or may not pop on,

Patti 1:00
and we need it to pop on, so sorry, forgive us, but it's stuffy here in Chicago.

Pottymouth 1:04
The other thing is the herd of elephants that seem to be in the in the apartment upstairs. Yeah,

Patti 1:08
there's a bunch of delicate flowers that are living in the apartment above our Airbnb, and they are not shy about running back and forth. And I'm sure they're lovely humans.

Pottymouth 1:15
Yeah, but we haven't heard. We just have heard them.

Patti 1:18
So, like the worst, the the absolute worst thing that I feel the guiltiest about on this road trip is that I've learned. I mean, I knew I have. You know, I've been like congested for like three years, so I know I I know I snored a little bit, but apparently I snore so loud there is no way for Potty Mouth to block it out. Potty mouth actually layered like noise canceling things. The one time we actually shared a hotel room, we've been like we're like two bedroom Airbnbs the whole time. There are walls between us, sometimes rooms. I'm hoping that's enough, and I just wanted to apologize publicly for making all that noise. And you know,

Pottymouth 1:49
that's so. I am super super happy that I have a brand new pillow that joined us at the beginning of the road trip, thanks to our first hosts willing to accept a package. So that helps a little bit because it kind of molds around my head. It's like a very very comfy pillow, so that and my headphones and and all that, I can manage. And the next time that we're going to be in the same room, we will be at opposite ends of a box car. So I feel like that's okay. Right,

Patti 2:14
and you'll be like up a ladder, and I'll be in a corner. So we're we're as far away as we can be in the same room, but yeah. But the traveling, other than I'm sorry about that, has been really pretty good, and I think it's partially thanks to our listeners.

Pottymouth 2:28
Yes. So everybody who's putting out good vibes for my 2013 Subaru, it has worked. The tire light did come on, but we know how to check our tires, and this is just a Subaru thing. It just happens. So we just have to check our tires whenever we stop, which is not a big deal. And so far, so good. And we've also had in-flight entertainment that has worked out pretty well. I think our first day we needed a little bit of hype, so we had the 50th birthday soundtrack. This is a soundtrack that mr. Pottymouth and I ambitiously pulled together, thinking that it would be like a mood enhancer for before a band came on for our 50th birthday party oh so long ago, but we overdid it and it took us basically all the way to Akron from DC.

Patti 3:13
Yeah, it was really funny, and I would like to subtitle the 50th birthday mix as the songs that you know all the words to therefore you can't do math in your head anymore because there were songs on there that I haven't heard in no lie 25 years that I could still belt out every single word which maybe I should also apologize for that in addition

Pottymouth 3:31
to oh no that was really cool

Patti 3:33
and then we started on audio books we've got a couple I don't know how many we're going to get through but we started listening to killers of a certain age which is basically female retired assassins who are approximately my age, and here's what I'm afraid about. I am afraid that Potty Mouth is paying so much attention that she's learning the assassination strategies and is finding ways to implement them, and already has implemented one or two not for killing purposes, but for getting new keys to hotel rooms without identification. Well,

Pottymouth 4:00
I feel particularly proud that I preempted the book. You

Patti 4:04
anticipated that one. Yeah, you figured that one on your own. We

Pottymouth 4:06
were in a hotel, and I went to the workout room, and I brought my key with me, and I put it in the back of my phone where all my stuff is. Oh, fuck! I should probably take my credit cards out of there too. I just realized that. Anyway, I went back to the room, and the card wouldn't work, and I realized this because I have a new phone with one of those magnet backs, and it demagnetized the card. So I went up to the front desk, asked for it to be told them my room number remagnetized, and they did it without a question. So I thought, huh, if I were one of the assassins in the book, that would be really you know middle-aged woman with gray hair and just came from a gym. That would be a really good cover to get into somebody's room to say, you know, assassinate or whatever. And right after that, we got to a part in the book that was similar. She was very similar. Yeah, she didn't work out, but she did like use the identity to get the you know our basically harmless looking identity to get into.

Patti 5:00
Yeah, so for those of you who are wondering if Potty Moth is planning for retirement, I think she is continuing to evaluate options, some of which I really didn't mean to put into play there. That was your fault. Speaking of plays, we kicked off our epic road trip at our friend's house, and friends and family took us to see the Scottish play Under the Stars, and it was so much fun, and it was just this lovely, very civilized thing to do before we hit the road.

Pottymouth 5:25
Yeah, it was it was very very cool.

Patti 5:27
And the other thing that doesn't fit under any category that we're talking about is our people are everywhere. Every single ballpark we have run into people who are from places where we have lived, and you know other people that are like doing ballpark tours, and everyone has been okay. We are in the Midwest, so this is not out of the question that this would happen. But everyone's super friendly; they want to chat about things. And that's

Pottymouth 5:48
right.

Patti 5:49
Yeah, it was only a downside when yesterday, standing in line at Wrigley, when folks were like, "Oh yeah, Cleveland, that's where we, and they would reference 2016, and they're like, "I am not on the same side with you on that, but other than that, it's been really fun talking to folks.

Pottymouth 6:04
Yep, and and I was just verifying. I did want to put this out there with the 50th birthday soundtrack. We put something on Patreon asking our Patreon friends to guess what was on this six-hour soundtrack, and the winner is Melissa Cherry, who guessed Sugar Magnolia, which you know makes a lot of sense if folks have been listening. But there are a lot of Grateful Dead tunes out there, and that she went right to Sugar Magnolia. I think is super, super impressive. There were some other great guesses. Please continue to play along because there are a lot more songs on that contract. Yeah,

Patti 6:33
no, Patty Moth was sure that there were you know two songs per artist, and so we were kind of like, oh, like we didn't hear a second one from this one. Second, and then like there'd be another, and oh, there's only one. Oh, and then it just kept going.

Pottymouth 6:45
Yeah,

Patti 6:46
so it was full of surprises.

Pottymouth 6:48
When are we gonna talk about the beer? Should we do that now?

Patti 6:50
Yes, yes. Let's talk about the beer. We went to we're so we were in Chicago, and we went out for post game dinner at a local brewery, Corridors,

Pottymouth 6:59
on the way back from the ballpark to the Airbnb, and we didn't see how well Pottymont. Yeah,

Patti 7:04
Pottymont did plan we're going to be able to walk in the ballpark,

Pottymouth 7:07
but not that there would be an amazing brewery with great food on the way back. So

Patti 7:11
yeah, we'll talk in detail about what we ate and drank there. But on the way out, we noticed that in their cooler they had $7.04 packs of something called Van Hazen,

Pottymouth 7:21
which fits the soundtrack. Actually, there are a couple of Van Hazen. Yes,

Patti 7:24
yeah. I was just gonna make a joke. I can't say that now if you want people to guess, but we are in fact living on a something. But it's been really, yeah, it's delicious.

Pottymouth 7:32
Yeah, and it said $7.04 pack. So I was like, is there some reason for this? And it was the bests of reasons.

Patti 7:39
Oops, they made too much.

Pottymouth 7:40
Yeah, so and then hilariously

Patti 7:43
we opened our beer, and like the beer was like so close to the top. Like I've never seen a can this full before. Yeah, and I thought it was just me. And then you noticed it. I'm like, wow, we are. It's just like a bounty. It's a beer bounty. Low

Pottymouth 7:57
price, high quantity per can, high amount of cans. Like we might be getting some high quality. Don't forget the quality because we've had some lesser

Patti 8:03
quality, and this is not that. Yeah,

Pottymouth 8:04
no, very good and and great can art.

Patti 8:07
On today's show, our epic baseball road trip report. We're checking in from Cleveland and Detroit and Chicago, and then we've also got a WPBL update including the home run race, and we're cross training with King James,

Pottymouth 8:21
cheers, cheers. Took me a while to figure out the framing on that, but I think I think you look lovely, and you have a great T-shirt. So everybody, go to Instagram and look at Patty's T-shirt. Well,

Patti 8:29
the question is, do I look sharp? Because looking sharp already is the theme for the day. Yes, I don't feel sharp. I feel a little soft around the edges, but in a good way. In a good way. Here's a pro tip. Here's a pro tip for those of you who are going to new ballparks. Do not forget to check in with guest services to see if they have a first game swag of some sort. Almost everybody has a certificate, and sometimes they have extra things like Cleveland.

Pottymouth 8:50
Yeah, so Cleveland gets extra points because they gave us these lovely koozies for free, and even though it wasn't your first your first time in Cleveland, clearly you got a koozie. So it was a very friendly person. And I,

Patti 9:01
you know, I admitted that I was like, I'm just, you know, I've, you know, been coming here since the park opened, and she said, oh, here, because Midwest, lovely humans, I've got to say.

Pottymouth 9:10
Although she was the only one who did not want to put my my podcast name on my certificate.

Patti 9:16
Yeah, she kind of, and and you fell, you fell for it. You allowed yourself to be cab. You're like, you're right, okay, yeah.

Pottymouth 9:21
But then the next two ballparks, I have Potty Mouth, and I what was super fun. I mean, I guess we'll get there. But wearing a pin, like I love that Wrigley had a pin too.

Patti 9:29
Yeah, you got your certificate, but also your bot, and that's fine. It's my first game at Wrigley. Yeah. Yes, and then in Detroit, it was just certificates, but they were very nice. And the humans, all the people working guest services, are the people who should be working guest services. Yeah. So that was so. Don't forget that when you walk into a park, it's not just for the kids. You too can get the first game swag.

Pottymouth 9:47
Yeah, retirement gig. All right. So

Patti 9:49
okay then. So back to our first stop. Our first game was at Progressive Field. It was Cleveland versus San Diego. San Diego won seven to five. So we're going to give you the rundown about like our whole experience. They're including the boyfriend parts. So my former boyfriend from Cleveland, Jose Ramirez. You know he's back from the IL but not playing all the games right now. We did get to see him on the field because he accepted his heart and hustle award, like his eighth string, which means is he that good or is there no one else on the team that's any good? I don't know what that means.

Pottymouth 10:18
Or did they just not stay on the team? There is so much movement on Cleveland. There

Patti 10:21
really is. There really is, and he didn't play that night because he's recovering from his ham aid issue, and I guess they brought him up at the early end of the recovery time, so they're not playing him every day as if he, you know, was taking the full recovery time. But Pottymouth pointed out that we should be paying attention to what's the most popular jersey, and a Bob Rock and Ramirez was absolutely

Pottymouth 10:41
yeah the big

Patti 10:41
one there. So my my boyfriend somewhere in the game, Chase De Lauder, of course, playing for Cleveland. He only had one hit, but he was the one who has Take Me Home Country Roads as his walk up. So it was fantastic audience participation over and over and over again.

Pottymouth 10:54
I think it was the best audience participation actually at Cleveland. Like that was the biggest. Everybody's doing the same thing at the same time.

Patti 11:02
Although they had in the eighth inning, they did hang on Sloopy, and they do like an O H I O in the middle of it, and that got a big. Yeah, that was also a pretty good thing.

Pottymouth 11:10
I feel like I missed an opportunity there because I was standing in the back because my back was getting a little wanky in that in those seats, and there was a woman who brought the letters there and was standing there, and I was thinking I should enter a conversation with this person and ask why is she standing there with a bunch of letters, which I couldn't tell what they all were, but I didn't, and probably blew my chance at greatness on the jumbotron.

Patti 11:31
It's true. Although no, you were on the jumbotron. Oh no, that was in Detroit. We'll talk about that then. Never mind. Never mind. That's later. Okay. And so my um my guy from San Diego was for me. Um, he he pinched hit, but didn't get anything.

Pottymouth 11:44
Who's your crying? Okay,

Patti 11:46
yeah. So what we missed is not our fault. Had Cleveland won that game, we would have been there on the 10,000th win in franchise history for the Cleveland team. But they did it the next day. Not our fault. Do you want to go talk about your guys first, and then we'll go back to the food, or do you want you just keep going?

Pottymouth 12:06
Yeah, yeah, because it's more game stuff. I was thinking that the not our fault part. It was really not our fault because we did rally caps, like we put in our best. We worked hard.

Yeah, I do want to do a stadium by stadium shout out to one person that I may or may not have on audio. I haven't had the time to go through the audio yet. I'm loving the mini microphones that we bought for this trip, but I'm not really great at the file management part yet. If anybody has any tips on that, please let me know. But Cleveland, there was a lovely usher whose name was Randall who gave me some great stories about memorable times as an usher, so hopefully I will be processing that and getting it out on one of our socials or maybe Patreon. And I think for every stadium, there's like that thing that I was like, "This is why I really like this ballpark. And for Cleveland, especially because it was our first night, it was a beautiful night for baseball. I was wearing my beautiful night for baseball T-shirt, and there were lovely areas to just sit before the game, so you didn't have to go right to your seat. We found a nice place in the shade. We got our great beer, sat there at the table, and it was beautiful. So cheers to Cleveland for having nice seating. So our baseball boyfriends-I don't think we we said what that is-and I think hopefully we have a bunch of new folks with us, hey everybody who we met on this trip. Thanks for joining us. It was great talking to you at your ballparks. We do this thing called baseball boyfriends. So every year, Patty and I each pick one guy per team because they're fun. And so the idea is that for each of us, it's going to be a guy that we think that we would get along with, have a beer with, and they're just generally a good human being. Ideally, they also play baseball well because we make our fantasy leagues from that. But we do not prioritize that, as is very apparent from how we're both doing in our fantasy league right now. So I had no boyfriends at our first game, no current boyfriends because we change from year to year. So we can talk about new guys in the off season. My guy for Cleveland. Why am I blanking? Not Gabriel Arias. Gabriel, right? Arias. He got DFA news at the Mets now. Hope he's doing well. And Rafael Loreano for the Padres is on the IL for the foreseeable future. So I had no current guys to to vote for, but or to root for. But as Patty says, our formers are our formers unless they do something really really bad, in which case we have to break up with them. But we like to keep track. And Nathaniel Lowe is a sweet sweet guy who I picked way back in 23 when he was on the Rangers. He's been in several places since then, including in D.C. And he went three for four with a home run, fun to see, and two RBI. And on the other side, my former guy Fernando Tatis Jr. who I picked in our very very first season so so long ago, went one for four, but also with a solo home run and a walk. And I think one of the things that was great for me about all. Games is that there was a really good mix of play, so it wasn't just everybody going for the home runs. There were some small ball, there were some bunting attempts at least, and then there was another notable thing in Cleveland for for the Padres. It was 22 year old Bradley, and I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing Bradley right. I have never seen that name, Bradley Rodriguez. It's his 50-eightth appearance as a relief pitcher since he debuted last May at the end of may 31 in 2025. But their you know go-to guy Mason Miller, who holy shit, like what a relief pitcher. He had a lot of work recently in their previous series, so decided to give Brad Bradley the shot, and and it was a tough situation because the Padres were only up by two going into the the bottom of the ninth. Right, Miller, by the way, has 3030 saves this season in 31 opportunities. He's converted 30 out of 31 opportunities. Insane. So the bar has been set high for Padres relievers.

First thing, Rodriguez lets off a double by your guy, your your previous boyfriend Rocchio, Brian Rocchio, and then he advances to third on a previous pick of mine, Stephen Kwan, when he grounded out. And our rally caps were in force. You know, a home run would have tied it up. We were really hoping for that because that would have been super exciting. But no, there were two strikeouts. Your guy Chase Jalatter struck out, and Angel Martinez. More, you know, feathers in the cap for Bradley Rodriguez. I'm trying. It really is. Two of his pitches were over 100 miles an hour, and this 22 year old, 22, well younger than our children, said, "Quote: What I've learned from these veterans is there is a sense of calmness you need when you're going out there for that last inning. Yeah, man, if you can do that, like I don't have a sense of calmness ever in the last.

Patti 16:54
You really don't

Pottymouth 16:55
really ever in the ballpark, but especially in the last inning. Yes, potty mouth sense of calmness, not a sentence that's been

Patti 17:02
said for sure. So part of the ballpark experience is what are you going to eat and drink, right? That really adds to it. And we both did really well, actually. Yes. In Cleveland. So I I had actually watched a video about food at the at the at various ballparks, and the guy who was doing the reviews convinced me to get the steak pops, and sorry to my vegetarian co-host, but these were they came in a helmet, so that's already plus they had their their their their long toothpicks had little baseballs on top of them, very cute. So like the whole like presentation was very good. Also, it was very very very high quality, delicious steak, and something called cowboy butter, which I believe is just garlic butter, and there was an awful lot of that more than necessary, but it was totally worth the hype and like you know the the concession upscale. And then you had you were really happy with yours. Yeah,

Pottymouth 17:49
I want to give you like super kudos for coming up with the what to eat in each ballpark list. You did a really good job at finding the beer, finding the food, and especially noting vegetarian options in everywhere we're going. And Cleveland did really well with not just a vegan dog, which I'm I'm very appreciative to have those readily accessible at a lot of ballparks, but they made it a vegan chili dog, so it had vegan chili, vegan cheese, and Fritos on top. It and so it felt like a ballpark food, looked like a ballpark food, completely vegan, super good,

Patti 18:21
and we were really happy with the beer. So Cleveland does like its craft beer, and so it did have a couple of areas with actual local craft beer, which you'll hear us later. That may not have been the case so much everywhere, but we we decided to go to the Fathead Brewing to their spot there, and I had I took a risk because the crumbleberry is listed as following: crumbleberry, cinnamon, and vanilla honey, blueberry ale, which is a lot of moving parts. Yes,

and it was actually really fricking good. I very much liked it, and you were happy.

Pottymouth 18:53
Yeah, I had an IPA, which the first time she poured it, she poured something that didn't look like an IPA. It came out of the IPA tap. It was very dark. I tasted it, and it was that imperial berry. We finally figured it out, but I was like, "This is not an IPA. And the person was lovely. Went to the other IPA tap, noticed that yes, that is a very different color, and so I had a great fathead IPA. And overall, you know, definitely impressed by Fathead Brewing and all the other local breweries all like there were a lot in Cleveland. They were very nice. Yep,

Patti 19:25
and then we went to Detroit like the next day. We got up early and we drove from from Akron, actually, is where we were staying, directly to the ballpark, right to our like our parking garage, and had a lot of fun. Actually, before before the game started, Detroit. You know, you may have heard of the Tigers. They actually have tiger gargoyles. They have tiger statues. I did wear my Hello Kitty jersey on purpose. We drove a long way for me to do a visual joke with the Hello Kitty jersey and the giant tiger statue. The ballpark was really beautiful. It had a lot of like the old timey charm. I will say the seats. Were unbearable for me. They were skinny in all directions, including knees in the ears, as as well as width. So that was unpleasant. But everything else about the ballpark, I really really liked. But just in general, it's the boyfriend stuff. My the only so my Detroit boyfriend Colt Keith came up as a pinch hitter. I'm like, yeah, I get to see him, and then he immediately hit into a double play, it's like, yeah. And then, so I saw. So Bretton Doyle came up to pinch run. I was like, yeah, it's my guy. And then I realized, no, he was my Colorado guy. Oh, but my White Sox guy has been out all season. Brooks Baldwin was was out with an injury, so I've basically been functioning without one. So Bretton Doyle could easily because they moved into the White Sox spot for me, and also he came in as a pinch runner, and it was immediately caught stealing. So my boyfriends not only had a poor showing, they had kind of a disastrous showing, and yet it was still fun.

Pottymouth 20:53
So your boyfriends are not good in a pinch. Not good.

Patti 20:55
Yes, they are not good. Yeah, I see what you did. That's pretty nice.

Pottymouth 20:58
All right, for my shout out friend from Detroit, really great guy right next to me, helping me keep score. So Patty was very patient with me. We I had ordered what I thought was going to be the perfect score book that was going to land at Patty's friends, our friend's lovely home in Akron, and it got there right after we left. But I found out, and some ballparks seem to be much more apparent than others. Seems like every ballpark has a score a day of scorecard at the counter at the store. So did that at at Cleveland. Patty coaching me through absolutely. You know, despite the fact that if you go back a couple years, you'll find various episodes we did exactly on scorekeeping. But shout out to the very very nice guy next to me, whose name I'm sure is on our recording that I haven't listened to yet because I gave you a microphone, but I couldn't hear because it was loud out. Hopefully the microphone picked it up. So so people were super super friendly, and my stadium highlight is yes the tigers and the Ferris wheel with all not Ferris wheel the carousel and it goes around Ferris wheel with all tigers on it. So once again, no current baseball boyfriends for me in this game. So I'm like four for four at this point of nobody to be like super super excited at about on behalf of the current podcast list. Wensil Perez is the guy that I had picked for the tigers, and I knew he was on the 60 day list, and I knew that my current white sex guy Kyle Teal is on the 10 day. He might be coming back soon. Whence Il Perez is actually not probably not coming back for a while. I didn't realize that when he went out on june 16, it was due to a left orbital fracture.

Patti 22:37
Oh dear!

Pottymouth 22:38
Right. So that's I. That's your I. Right. So at first I thought, what happened? You know, hit by a ball, like hit in the face. That sounds ugly. No, when they were in Houston, he was doing his normal arm pregame exercises with a therapy band. It snapped off the hook, and the heavy part at the end that is the hook apparently flew into it about below his eye, so he has been out since then. He began a rehab with Lakeland Single A in Florida on august 1. Went up to Toledo, and I was thinking, oh damn it, we were close to Toledo, Triple A Toledo on august 6. He was pulled to Comerica Park last Tuesday, the 11th, but it was not for anything good. It was to see an eye specialist because he's having vision problems. So AJ Hinch is really playing it down. He said we're just going to take a step back, get him reevaluated. He's going to continue some baseball activities, but not in games. The same article mentioned a light sensitivity and eye fatigue. So I am concerned for Winslow Perez. I'm hoping he can just. I mean, here we are, middle of August. Take the time, recuperate, be healthy, and I will keep you an eye on you next year, even though we we can't date. And I just wanted to give a hi to Jake Rogers. Super appreciation to see him pop up there, and to see all the Detroit fans all excited about it, and it took me a hot minute to realize that oh, that's because he started here. And how long ago?

Patti 24:07
21 days. He was with four teams because got DFA'd by Detroit, picked up by the Orioles because we were out of you know catchers because everybody was you know injured, and then got traded to the Red Sox with Adley Rutschman. Yep,

Pottymouth 24:21
was played a couple of great games. Maybe it was even just one great game there. Said great things about Conor Wong, but then Adley got better, and the Red Sox only had room for one catcher, so they DFA'd him, and he got picked up by the White Sox. So here he is back at his, you know, his stadium from the from the beginning of the year.

Patti 24:39

Pottymouth 24:40
21 days. but in the other team's uniform, people welcomed him, which was really lovely. And as the catcher, like you noticed this right off the bat, so to speak, is that everybody like it was a welcoming, you know, because he's down there and all his teammates are coming up to bat, and so they're saying hi and hanging out. I didn't realize that when he was in. Before the season, he was injured during spring training. It was another freak injury in the batting cage that his bat slipped. I don't know how. This seems like a potty mouth move because somehow the bat slipped and then came back and hit him in the head. So his own bat, while he was in the batting cage, hit himself in the head. He was concussed, and apparently this is the year of the freak injury for Detroit. I am so sorry, Detroit fans.

Patti 25:25
Wow, that's a lot. I think I did not mention that Detroit also lost to the White Sox four to three. But besides that, again, we we we do this so you don't have to. We checked out the whole food and drinks. We both got pierogies at the same same location because the pierogies are vegetarian. So you had the regular pierogi, which was you know a cheese and potato pierogi, and then I had what they call pierogi nachos, and that just means they put a lot of stuff on top of them and serve them in a helmet. So now it was two for two for foods in helmets that didn't even know were going to come in helmets, but they were. I think we were both happy with the delicious, delicious pierogies.

Pottymouth 26:01
Yeah,

Patti 26:02
for beer we had to work really hard to find local beer.

Pottymouth 26:07
Yeah, and this is where I feel like in a couple of situations, and more so in the next ballpark, the staff, especially if you are serving food or drink in the ballpark, it would be good for that person to know where other food and drink is so we walked around a while, look because we want the local stuff. You know, we can get you know a major brewery elsewhere, but we want the the super local stuff. And and

Patti 26:32
we knew that Bells and Founders were both local breweries, and they were both supposed to be in the ballpark.

Pottymouth 26:37
Yeah, so we I went to the major bar where you would think there would be, and they were pointing me to things like Lion and Kugel, Blue Moon, which are of course you know better than your basic Budweiser. But I was asked, "Where is it? And there was just one dude in a teeny cart right next to the side that had the bell stuff, and I got the two-hearted ale, which is really good.

Patti 26:57
And I got the Oberon wheat, which is also very delicious and stuff like because he didn't even know what the beers were,

Pottymouth 27:02
right? And then and then I mean I had to walk with two very very full beers. I think you have an amusing picture of me, or maybe even video. I don't know why I didn't do a video. I took a

Patti 27:12
photo because mr. Potty Mouse needed to know that you got. It was probably 15 yards, and you got there without spilling a drop. That's crazy, and that it was unheard of. But I will say there were other people walking. I don't know if you saw this. Other people were watching you because this guy fell. Like we were joking about these cans being like overfull.

Pottymouth 27:30
Yeah,

Patti 27:30
that was filled to the top, and you were walking very carefully. And then I think these people saw me taking a picture of you, which added to the whole. Oh my God! Now you're a spectacle. But I was so so impressed.

Pottymouth 27:40
It increased the pressure. Surface tension was my friend.

Patti 27:43
Exactly. Oh my God! All right, then we went to Chicago, where we are now. We stayed. We this is we were very smart. We stayed overnight in Battle Creek, Michigan, home of cereal, and so we could break up the drive from Detroit to Chicago instead of trying to like scurry around either late at night or early in the morning. So that seemed to work out really well. And again, Pottymouth was great about finding us a an Airbnb walking distance to Wrigley, which was fantastic. Okay, so it's a big deal game because it is in fact the Cubs versus St. Louis, and they are a you know a long time very notable rivalry, and St. Louis won 11 to four. Have you seen the pattern? We went to three games, and in none of those games did the home team win. Yeah, more about that in a second. So my Chicago guy was Kevin Alcantara, who is not in the lineup, but my former boyfriend Peter Armstrong did homer, and his jersey was the one that we saw most frequently in the ballpark. Oh yeah, Detroit.

Pottymouth 28:49
We skipped Detroit because we didn't see an overwhelmingly popular jersey. I mean,

Patti 28:54
there were there were a bunch of scubles still, but like but there was nothing that seemed to be like really outstandingly more than anything else, but but but definitely the PCA jerseys were everywhere, and they were especially funny on tiny people. Yes, because it was like there was just like no room for anything else on the jersey with the with the crow Armstrong around the back. But my St. Louis guy, JJ Weatherholt, was there, and he showed up. Right, he had two hits. He scored three runs. He scored on a Burlinson home run, Burlinson is a former boyfriend of mine, and a Burlinson single, and also a Jordan Walker double. So that was fun for me to watch. But unfortunately, I was rooting for the home team because that's the rule when you don't have, you know, if all things being equal, you root for the home team. I will say a highlight once the game got away from the Cubs is my former boyfriend Carson Kelly, who's famously a catcher, pitched the ninth inning and actually did a pretty good job. He got three outs, and there were no additional no additional scoring happened there. the The day late thing happened again as Budget Day we were day early in Cleveland. We were day late in Chicago because the day before rookie. Ashwa Baez for St. Louis had his historic debut, so a couple things happened. Right, first thing was he got his call up and he showed up with his gear in the condition that it was in, right? He came for the minors, where you know there's a little, there's a lot fewer staff members to keep everything clean. So he shows up with all of this like dirty used gear, and his teammate Brian Torres tells him you can't go out like that during your debut. You have to look sharp. You have to wear red. And so Torres ran around with him to borrow things. They had to find size 12 cleats, which he borrowed from Blaze Jordan. He borrowed batting gloves from Jose Fermin, and then he home ordered his first three at bats, which has never happened in major league history before those borrowed cleats. So look at you, Blaze. Your borrow your cleats are going to Cooperstown because you loaned them to to Joshua Baez.

Pottymouth 30:53
Yeah, and just to add, so he went zero for five when we saw him. Yeah, we watched his ridiculous stats just creep down. His OPS was

Patti 31:02
3.750 at the beginning of the game, and then it was like you know a human level right by the end of the game. But yeah, so like one day off. Yeah. Anyway, yeah.

Pottymouth 31:10
I just want to go back because we had mentioned the jumbotron slash. It's actually a big screen. We understand that. That happened in Detroit. That was

Patti 31:18
Detroit,

Pottymouth 31:19
and it was just my shirt. But I'm you know anonymous in most of our podcast stuff. You know, not not quite as much anymore, but um, it's you know yeah. So they said no crying in baseball. They

Patti 31:28
were focused on the people sitting in front of us, and it was like, wait a minute, that's Potty mouth, and it was exactly how Potty Mouth would have posed right before revealing your face. It was like just for you know you were sitting behind them, so it was just the neck down. Yeah, so one video because one video board appearance. Yep, trying

Pottymouth 31:41
to keep track. Okay, back to Chicago. My shout out for the game is to Owen and his parents who are sitting next to us. Most adorable kid whose very favorite player is Niko Horner. And this kid, three years old, and the attention on the game was just fixated. Adorable little hat, and I tried really hard to get an interview. And this this audio I really have to to listen because he was very soft spoken. But yeah, very he definitely had thoughts. Definitely had thoughts. So cheers to Owen. You might not want to be listening to the podcast, but you know parents definitely. Yeah, so

Patti 32:15
that was a time where you swore upon like sitting down and caught yourself. So we're like, oh look at the cute baby and then you just let like an F backdrop or something. You're like oops.

Pottymouth 32:24
Yeah, this is just like the pattern. Like we do the scan and it's it's family day, so I should have known better. Like done the scan a little bit earlier, but I will say fuck something. This happens repeatedly, right? I will notice the the toddler. You will point it out, and they'll be like oh shit, and then I'll be oh damn it, like it's just a train chain reaction of me swearing because I just swore, but that makes no sense. I used to

Patti 32:46
always swear in front of nuns. I couldn't help

Pottymouth 32:48
it.

Patti 32:50
More later, but yeah, no, it's true. I'm

Pottymouth 32:52
just wondering why you're hanging out with nuns. And so yes, we do have a streak or a curse or a jinx at this point being three for three with home team losses, and I posted that on I don't know my social media stuff has been just like when I feel like it throwing it on some social media that we have, and on Blue Sky the Southside Sox pointed it out, and we're we're very happy about this you know because of the the White Sox coming to town tomorrow night, and so or tonight actually, as we're as we're speaking, and so I put out there. Well, if you guys want to find us some tickets, like we were there for the Cardinals game, but we don't have tickets tonight to the White Sox. They have not come through yet, but but they

Patti 33:33
did repost and say, "I have tickets. Yeah, they tried. They tried.

Pottymouth 33:37
Appreciated, definitely appreciated.

Patti 33:40
You have a stadium highlight.

Pottymouth 33:41
My stadium highlight, the bathrooms, like so the the walk to to the ballpark from the Airbnb was lovely and flat, but it was a much warmer, stickier day than we had anticipated. And by the time we arrived there, we were just a little bit glimmering. I would say I was

Patti 34:00
downright crying, but yes, we were literally. But I was actually also

Pottymouth 34:04
crying. I'm trying to think of a more eloquent way to say sweat glow. It was a bit. We're yes, glowing with perspiration, and so the the bathroom was the first place to check into, and it was so lovely. There was a bathroom attendant who made sure that you knew which stall to go to? It was clean and very very cool, and I you know I could have hung out there for quite a while, but I didn't want to you know gum up the works. So definite hats off to the bathrooms at Wrigley Field. I was also very excited to finally have a baseball boyfriend playing, and unfortunately not for the home team. So here goes like our anti-home team situation here, because Moisés Baesteros was at the tread deadline sent to the Angels, but another catcher, Ivan Herrera, was there for St. Louis, and he did a fine job behind the plate. Old friend Hunter Dobbins, who was on the red. Last year, threw five innings with two runs, did really well, and then Herrera caught the whole game. Three more pitchers. I just want to put a QHAR alert. This is another stat that we follow here on No Crying in Baseball. That is quality hair above replacement. If you look at one of those three relief pitchers, Luis Gastelum, very good. There will be a link there to his MOB page in case you're curious for what QR looks like. Herrera not only did well behind the plate, but he went one for three with a walk and a sack RBI. All right. So which way should we go now? Maybe we should finish the. Let's let's okay. So back to the

Patti 35:37
atmosphere. So food and drink. So we we kept it simple. We went for the Chicago dogs. We have the regular Chicago dog and the veggie Chicago dog.

Pottymouth 35:44
Appreciate it. And you know,

Patti 35:45
it's as you know, it's in in Chicago. There's there's there's the onions and the relish mustard if you need to, but it's very particular what what happens on a Chicago dog. There's a whole condiment bar from which you can choose to dress up your dog. So we did that, and also we tried so hard to find local beer. And apparently there used to be local beer, but it's now all owned by Goose Island. Yeah, you said so. It's still technically local, but now it's corporate local.

Pottymouth 36:09
Yeah. So actually, Goose Island is the local, but they were bought out by by no, but it's either Budweiser or one of the biggies, and I really should do research before we record. But Goose Island. If it had still been just Goose Island, I would have been okay with because that's like Sam Adams or Harpoon at Fenway. But it's not just Goose Island anymore. It's owned by and they had.

Patti 36:30
It was like they had like four beers on tap, no matter where you went. Yeah. Now we even asked the guy. Right. I asked a customer service guy when we were standing in line. Oh, for our first game swag, which included the button,

Pottymouth 36:41
yes, which

Patti 36:41
was very nice. So, and I said, "Where's where's the good beer? And he's like, "Oh, it's everywhere. They're like, "It's not,

Pottymouth 36:48
yeah,

Patti 36:48
it's not,

Pottymouth 36:49
yeah, yes.

Patti 36:50
So, not so much thumbs up with the beer, but the the dogs were pretty good,

Pottymouth 36:54
yeah. And the and the servers were very nice. I I really appreciated. Whenever I get a veggie dog, I ask 20 million times because of a bad experience that we had at Nats Park, where we were told it was a veggie dog and it was not. So I'm always very dubious and I'm not really good. And so I'm looking at it and I go over to get my beer and the very nice guy behind the bar said, "Oh, you got a veggie dog. And I was like, "Thank you so much for saying that. How can you tell? He's like, "Oh, because the other ones look more charred or something like that. So that was really reassuring, and I appreciate that that individualized attention. The other thing that I had kind of in the back of my mind, knowing that Wrigley is very distinct from the other two parks that we've been at because it's old, and of course astoric. Yes, that sounds much better. As is Fenway Park, right? So Wrigley and Fenway are the two oldest parks. Fenway's got Wrigley on by a few years, but they both have changed with the times, and I feel like the the guy that I ran into in the in the shop said it best that Bostonians are too stubborn and they're very reluctant to change, and I think that is that is true. I will admit to that as a Bostonian, and Fenway is just really hard to find anything. It's like Boston. Like you can't get there from here without really knowing which way to go. If you want to find the veggie dogs at Fenway, you better know exactly which little corner it's in and and go around. Whereas Wrigley, things were very bright. It was very easy to get to. What they did have in common was being crowded. I think both parks definitely they're small. They tend to sell out, and they have very faithful fan bases. So for finding stuff, I give Wrigley points. For bathrooms, absolutely Wrigley points. For food, I also give Wrigley points, just because I mean it's not necessarily the selection; it's the ease of the readily available food. There's so many places to get a veggie dog, Fenway I think does a better job on the local beer. So not only Hapoon and Sam Adams, but there are some other local breweries there. The old-timey scoreboards I love. The Fenway on the monster you can read from pretty much anywhere in the park where you can see it. Whereas we couldn't figure out what was on that scoreboard. It was so complicated, and they

Patti 39:01
tried so hard to make it look old-timey without it being as effective as a real old-timey one would be. Yeah, and they and their their video boards that were actually the digital video boards. There was so much wasted space. It was like, can I look in one place, please, and see the whole overview of the game? And there was no place to do that. Yeah, they just have like you know, oh, here is who's at bat, like over this entire board and way more than we needed.

Pottymouth 39:23
Yeah, I think gnats do that well. Gnats have really figured out how to put a lot of good information on the video board, and they

Patti 39:28
only needed the one board, whereas there were two big boards, and they had different information and still know what we were looking for.

Pottymouth 39:33
Right, and if you're new, you don't know which one to look for for what. Like it took us half the game to figure out a bunch of stuff. Yeah, you figured it out and told me,

Patti 39:40
and then we're like, oh, oh, there it is. Okay,

Pottymouth 39:43
and that that old timey board is the one where you see the scores from around other places, and with both of us have you know several other teams that we're following, and it was really hard to do that without taking out our phones, which is you know it takes away from the the vibe of the game. So that is where Wrigley can use a little. Bit of improvement. The other thing I just want to you know, side note: entering Chicago, we saw a billboard that caught our attention that said, "Quote, hate is for the birds, and it had did it have the the actual oriole? Not the or the wrong bird. Did it have the actual cardinals bird on that? I think we

Patti 40:17
flipped through a couple things. Yeah, you said hate is for the birds, and then I think it was like the next screen showed, in fact, a cardinal sitting on a baseball bat.

Pottymouth 40:25
Yeah, so it was clearly saying it is okay to hate the cardinals. So hate is for the birds, and underneath there was something about hate is not okay when it comes to anti-Semitism. But so it's kind of like hate is for the birds and not the Jews. But I think hate is not okay. Like our whole like love wins, love wins, love. Why sort of you know support hate for anything, even if it is your rivals? Right, right. Like I wouldn't like I I appreciate the Yankees chuck suck chant on the regular, and maybe I've said that I hate the Yankees. Maybe I need to rephrase that. I think hate is just not something we need to spread in this, especially in this day and age.

Patti 41:07
No, I agree. So actually, my favorite like anti St. Louis thing I saw was beautiful. It was an Obia shirts brand, and it just said St. Louis is boring. That was hilarious. Right? Exactly. That was funny. So good. That wasn't. It's okay to hate them. It's it's funny. I will say you absolutely did ding a cooler bag with I did because you had it was the same cooler as your Red Sox one, but it was a it was a Cardinals one, and you were talking about how your ears was better. I'm like, we hate us for the birds. Well, I

Pottymouth 41:34
just said mine is better quality. I didn't say I hate that bag. Yeah, but mine is a better quality because it was kind of a better thing. Yeah, and I just want to say, you know, as a Jewish person, this it is important clearly to condemn anti-Semitism. This is, I think, that the that the billboard was sponsored by the United Jewish Fund of Chicago, Jewish United Fund of Chicago. They have a string of this, and you know, I understand wanting to get attention, one of their previous billboards includes quote who gets more hate than people who put ketchup on hot dogs, and the answer is apparently Jews. So, but the whole ketchup on a hot dog thing, I guess, is really big in Chicago, especially Chicago

Patti 42:14
dogs. You don't do that.

Pottymouth 42:15
You don't put, and so there was actually a Chicago Sun Times reaction piece to that billboard defending the ketchup lovers of Chicago, basically saying we get shit on enough. Like why endorse hate against us? Sort of like the same thing that I'm saying about the Cardinals. So if it's if it's not okay to hate people who put ketchup on hot dogs, it's not okay to hate people who like the Red Birds. So this all comes from an important place. There has been a notable rise in anti-Semitic acts in Chicago over the past couple of years. The Anti-Defamation League is all over it, and there is conflicting reports depending on who you turn to. You know, personally, I am conflicted, and this is where you know we we do go into politics on this podcast. The Anti Defamation League has been defining anti-Semitism as anything that criticizes Israel, and I do not agree with that. I think that Judaism and Israel are separate. I understand that Israel is based on being a Jewish state. However, I think it's okay to criticize a country, especially one that is doing horrific acts against the Palestinian people. That does not make you against Jews. I am a Jew, and I say that out loud. And I am not quote a self-hating Jew. So the Anti-Defamation League's tallying, I don't feel like I can trust now. the The mayor has of of Chicago has put efforts into decreasing anti-Semitic crime. The Chicago Police Department says that 2025 was actually down 40% since 2024. Anti-Defamation League says 25 was the second worst year after 24. So it's a he says she says there are horrible things that happened. I did take a little bit of a deep dive into this. There were physical acts of violence. There is horrible graffiti. We do condemn that. However, we don't have to hate St. Louis because of it, right? And just notably, I took another deep dive. I tend to do this into Jewish players on the St. Louis Cardinals. The Harrison Bader, who's played for everybody, but he was on the Cardinals for five years from 2017 to 2022. Also played for the World Baseball Classic Team Israel, so not okay to hate Harrison Bader, right?

Patti 44:34
Right.

Pottymouth 44:35
So there we go. I mean, it wasn't here when he

Patti 44:37
was a Yankee. I think still, but yeah. And I just want to like back up a couple sentences and say I find it ironic that we're actually saying maybe we trust the Chicago police more than we trust the Anti Defamation League, which is really a whole thing. So I'm just gonna leave that out there as they both may be suspect.

Pottymouth 44:53
Right, right. I was gonna say I definitely that should not be the message that yeah, definitely not the takeaway. Yeah, I think the takeaway is that. There are different statistics from different places. Neither maybe neither one is completely reliable. Acts we can condemn the acts and we can condemn the word hate. And I'm personally going to try to be much more careful about my Yankee speech.

Patti 45:14
There you go.

Pottymouth 45:14
Okay.

Patti 45:15
I'm gonna do a really brief cross training because this was the most fun cross training that we've had in a long time. When we were in Akron, our hosts took us to to LeBron James's restaurant called Buckets, which is part of his whole I Promise Foundation, which started out by providing bicycles to kids who needed them so they could get where they needed to go. So it gave them a sense of freedom and independence, and it grew to scholarships and employment opportunities and employment for other family members, not just the kid who's getting the scholarship. And this, the building where the restaurant is, has a Starbucks and a couple of other places. And I think the employment, like work that is happening here, applies to all of those organizations, and I will say the the young people who were our servers definitely had a feel about them that they were trying super hard. Yeah, you know it wasn't just sort of like your lackadaisical. This is my part time gig, so I can afford my whatever's. This was this is important because I am part of a bigger thing, and the and I'm going to call them kids because they were very much young people, the ones that we talked to, and they were all lovely and they were great to work with and they definitely had a little something special happening with them. And then one of the things they do is like they have these very fancy salads and they they will toss them for you you know tableside and we complimented the guy who did it, and he looked over and said, "This is my first day, and it was so sweet. It was really sweet. So the food was very good. It was a really good menu. All of us were happy, and it was a really fun place to go. Yeah,

Pottymouth 46:53
there was that we we are family thing too, where they sang around. Like they just took a little bit of a break, and all the servers just joined a little bit of singing and walking around the restaurant. Super super fun, and not that I focus on bathrooms much. Yes, I do when I go out, but also like the only bathrooms I've been to that are better than the ones at Wrigley were the ones there. Although you pointed out they're not accessible, sadly. Yeah. However, if you can make it down those stairs and get to the bathroom under the bucket, they were so nice. They were so nice.

Patti 47:24
Oh my gosh! So yeah. So win in Akron. Please cross train with the NBA. I've got a LeBron James's restaurant.

Pottymouth 47:30
And cheers to LeBron James, who you know now is going to be headed to do great things in Philadelphia with my buddy Jalen Brown. Sigh. All right. Instead of wallowing in that hopeful with the women's professional league is just so exciting and fun to keep track of. And again, reminder, especially for the folks who've been critical out there, this is like spring training. These women just started playing together, and they are having so much fun, and they're such amazing role models. And things change way faster than they do in our fantasy league. So at the time of recording right now, our Boston Hunters Go Hunters are above the New York Heights. They're in third. The Heights are in the lows. The Queens are in second, and the Fire Bells, San Francisco Fire Belles, are on top. So that's L.A. Queens, San Francisco Fire Bells, New York Heights, and Boston Hunters-not in that order, but you got the order before. Anyway, home run race. These women, especially the ones-and here's another like thing to think about: the women who have been playing baseball regularly, or actually banana ball, but it's baseball adjacent, are doing really, really well because they have been playing. They have that that practice. Denae Benitez of the New York Heights and Kelsey Whitmore of the Belles have a very very recent home run race. And at the time of recording last week, I was talking about Denae like in the lead by far. Kelsey burst onto the lead in three games on Wednesday. She had a three home run game against the L.A. Queens. On on two days later on Friday, she hit two home runs against the L.A. Queens, and then on Saturday she hit one home run against New York. So that brings her to six on the season, and at that point she was either tied or ahead of Denae. Denae got another home run last night against Boston, so she is currently at seven. But Kelsey is a two-way player. She's also pitched three games so far: one no decision, one loss, and one win. Both of the women have perfect fielding. When Kelsey's not in the mound, she's in the outfield. Denae is behind the plate as a catcher, so that's amazing for her to be doing so well both defensively and offensively. Their OPS are ridiculous. Denae has a 2.382 over Kelsey's 1.779, but Denae leads the league in batting average with a 760. This is insane over two weeks of play, on base percentage, slugging, OPS, home runs, RBI runs hit, and stolen bases, of which she has eight after seven total games. This woman is incredible, and yes, she had been playing in the Banana Ball League. So we are going to be there, and we will tell you so so much more about this, so much more at our next recording. We will be bringing the mini microphones. We've got to give huge thanks to our friend Melissa, who did a little bit of pre little recon. There we go, giving us information on the food, the merch, the beer, the vibe, and I can't wait to go. I'm so excited.

Patti 50:41
It's gonna be great. It's gonna be so great. It's just in a couple of days from now. I can't believe so. Yeah, just so soon. Unreal. So soon. Okay, so we have this crazy fantasy league. You know, we mentioned the boyfriends before who play who we draw from, but our friends who are part of the league have a lot more leeway than we do, except for our ridiculous rules. There was been there's been a little bit of movement. I remember the other week there was none this week. The movement has become is because a couple of players dropped points, and everyone else kind of stayed where they were. So Tridents and Tap Rooms maintains that top score by a lot right now. Karen's crew had a bit of a drop in points, but only dropped one position. So now Bono's boyfriends is back to number two, and Karen's crew is now number three. All Star Cobalt hanging in there at four, and Wicked Awesome at five, and Sunny Slammers at six, and McLean Mean Pitching Machine at seven, and the other person to drop a bunch of points was Potty Mouth, and I I did not change any points even though in the past week I had to drop Terek Skubal and Will You Abreu, and I did not change in points at all, but thank you, Potty Mouth, for dropping enough points to get me out of the very bottom of the basement. But you and I once again have tequila in the basement in the eight and nine positions. There are worse things to have happen.

Pottymouth 51:53
Yeah, actually, we I just picked up a fifth of Jack Daniels for editing purposes. So maybe

Patti 51:58
not the whole fifth at once.

Pottymouth 51:59
That no, no, no, no. Hopefully, this will get us through to episodes, or maybe just some time hanging out at the basement. And I'm making my way through this. Oh, the basements go to laundry,

Patti 52:07
so we could have we could have we could like change the load of laundry in the Airbnb with tequila.

Pottymouth 52:12
Oh, so true. Oh

Patti 52:13
my God. Okay, so we're in the middle of this this baseball road trip. So again, this is on Monday, tomorrow morning, really from Milwaukee, so we have we have Tuesday in Milwaukee, and then Wednesday and Thursday in Springfield for the WPBL, and then on to Kansas City for a couple of games and the museum.

Pottymouth 52:31
So we will have WBPL and Milwaukee and Kansas City to report on when we next record. It is insane. It is

Patti 52:39
true. And then while we're driving, what else are we doing?

Pottymouth 52:41
Well, I'm gonna pick up more assassin training points because we're halfway through the book, so I'm sure that I'll get some more pointers before we get to our next place where I can use them. And and these mini microphones, as adorable they are, and I'm bringing them around everywhere. I got to figure out how to process that stuff. So oh, we have to put

Patti 52:58
the googly eyes on the mic.

Pottymouth 53:00
Oh, that's right. Yeah, I would

Patti 53:00
do that too. And I will say, okay, as far as driving, so Potty Mop hasn't you know had me drive just yet because I've been in the passenger seat, both navigating and crocheting hats for a like a thing that we're doing for work for back to school day. And I I just want to reassure you that you don't actually have to crochet hats if you're in the passenger seat. Although I wouldn't say no if you wanted to do that.

Pottymouth 53:20
They are so nice. I mean, this is definitely encouragement for me to keep driving as long as I can because I really appreciate looking at your hat. What is you doing your

Patti 53:29
part to contribute to getting hats on on the heads of school kids? All right,

Pottymouth 53:32
all right. And also, again, this is my pre-trip pillow planning because I got a really, really good cushy seat for the car, and it's been working for me, so between the car seat and the actual pillow, I feel like you know this is all working.

Patti 53:46
Yeah, so it sounds like the next time we're going to record is on our next little off day, which will be in Rocheport, Mississippi, in a box car, Missouri, Missouri. I think Mississippi, Missouri. Oh yeah, Rocheport, Missouri, America. Ooh, Rocheport trip, Missouri, in a box car. Sure. So that's that's our whole thing.
