Coach ShanitaT: Consistency creates credibility. People remember whether you did what you said you would do or. Not only what you promised during that conversation, but you know what saying? Like you showed up. You showed up. You made that connection. I'm going to refer you to the person actually referred to. You bought the product. I'm going buy your product. You actually bought the product. That's how you build meaningful connections. You can't show up and expect, I mean, you cannot not show up and then expect people to show up for you because of your name or your sense of entitlement or you feel like you've earned some stripes in your area, in your community. Like, Like, no. Like, no. So when you're wondering why your business is not thriving like how you want it to thrive, this is the very reason why it's not thriving. Because you are not making meaningful connections.
