WEBVTT
1
00:00:00.430 --> 00:00:04.429
Here we go week three of a series that we've
2
00:00:04.490 --> 00:00:09.869
been calling Who's the minister here and in case you
3
00:00:09.929 --> 00:00:10.769
just tune it in?
4
00:00:11.070 --> 00:00:12.880
I want to say welcome. I'm crazy.
5
00:00:12.990 --> 00:00:15.679
I'm black and yes I'm wearing yellow camo pants and
6
00:00:15.820 --> 00:00:19.960
this is about to be the most impactful message and
7
00:00:20.000 --> 00:00:25.129
the most deploying message and this entire series the whole
8
00:00:25.210 --> 00:00:27.989
premise of this thing is that most people think I'm
9
00:00:28.030 --> 00:00:30.730
the minister but I'm not the minister here the Bible
10
00:00:30.789 --> 00:00:35.890
tells us that pastors teachers apostles prophets their whole job
11
00:00:36.030 --> 00:00:41.590
is to equip the minister yes you to do works
12
00:00:41.659 --> 00:00:44.159
of service. I dare somebody say, I'm the minister here.
13
00:00:44.439 --> 00:00:47.299
Come on, say it right now. I'm the minister here.
14
00:00:47.920 --> 00:00:50.439
And that's why God doesn't need another pastor or bishop
15
00:00:50.500 --> 00:00:53.899
or apostle in government or in entertainment or in the
16
00:00:53.960 --> 00:00:57.579
music industry or in teaching. He needs you to take
17
00:00:57.920 --> 00:01:00.799
ownership of the calling that he's placed on your life.
18
00:01:01.119 --> 00:01:04.670
And if you would just stand up and not be silent,
19
00:01:05.329 --> 00:01:08.129
he said, my minister's already in every place that I
20
00:01:08.170 --> 00:01:10.950
need them to be. And last week we talked about,
21
00:01:10.969 --> 00:01:12.450
all right, if we're going to be the minister, we're
22
00:01:12.469 --> 00:01:14.569
going to have to mature. And so we're not going
23
00:01:14.609 --> 00:01:16.030
to be a Toys R Us minister. We're going to
24
00:01:16.069 --> 00:01:19.269
be a maturing minister. And this week, I believe God
25
00:01:19.890 --> 00:01:24.069
told me that it would be irresponsible of me if
26
00:01:24.170 --> 00:01:27.400
we would go through this entire series and then not
27
00:01:27.480 --> 00:01:30.579
deploy people. So like if we would talk about, oh,
28
00:01:30.620 --> 00:01:32.219
I'm the minister here, but all you do is sit
29
00:01:32.260 --> 00:01:33.620
back on your couch and be.
30
00:01:33.579 --> 00:01:35.640
Like, oh, I love Transformation Church. Boy, I watch Pastor
31
00:01:35.659 --> 00:01:36.359
Mike all the time.
32
00:01:36.519 --> 00:01:40.400
Oh, he's so good. That does not move the kingdom
33
00:01:40.459 --> 00:01:44.569
of God forward. Many times all that does is pacify
34
00:01:44.829 --> 00:01:46.790
the things that are in us. And a lot of
35
00:01:46.849 --> 00:01:50.209
times this just perpetuates selfishness within our heart. Because as
36
00:01:50.250 --> 00:01:52.909
long as I'm healed, as long as I'm whole, as
37
00:01:52.969 --> 00:01:54.890
long as me and my family is taken care of,
38
00:01:55.189 --> 00:01:57.670
screw everybody else. But God said, that's not what I
39
00:01:57.730 --> 00:01:59.750
did when I came to send Jesus to die.
40
00:02:00.090 --> 00:02:02.650
He said the whole purpose was I'm going to take this.
41
00:02:03.060 --> 00:02:04.109
I'm a sacrifice.
42
00:02:04.469 --> 00:02:07.280
I'm going to become what everybody else needs so that
43
00:02:07.359 --> 00:02:10.500
I can serve the whole world. And my thing is,
44
00:02:10.560 --> 00:02:13.419
if God said through Jesus, greater works what we do,
45
00:02:13.680 --> 00:02:14.699
where's your sacrifice?
46
00:02:15.889 --> 00:02:16.909
Where's your service?
47
00:02:17.990 --> 00:02:22.629
What are we doing to take this message beyond our mess?
48
00:02:23.490 --> 00:02:26.770
I just said something. How do we take the message
49
00:02:26.870 --> 00:02:29.990
beyond our mess? Because y'all know we.
50
00:02:29.889 --> 00:02:31.629
Just want the message. Oh, Lord, I hope I got
51
00:02:31.659 --> 00:02:32.379
a word for me today.
52
00:02:32.819 --> 00:02:34.919
And I hope that God does have a word for
53
00:02:34.960 --> 00:02:38.939
you today. But how many words do you need before
54
00:02:39.400 --> 00:02:43.389
you say somebody else needs this? How many prayers do
55
00:02:43.430 --> 00:02:45.419
you need before you offer up one prayer?
56
00:02:45.759 --> 00:02:47.620
I'm just asking you a question right now.
57
00:02:47.919 --> 00:02:49.939
How many times do you need to God to come
58
00:02:50.000 --> 00:02:52.909
through for you until you're an agent to come through
59
00:02:53.189 --> 00:02:57.370
on God's behalf for somebody else? What I'm saying to
60
00:02:57.430 --> 00:03:01.610
you is church, if we don't get beyond our seat
61
00:03:02.110 --> 00:03:06.569
of comfortability and what benefits us, we will never do
62
00:03:06.610 --> 00:03:09.240
what God created us to do as the church, was
63
00:03:09.280 --> 00:03:11.360
to become an example and then take.
64
00:03:11.159 --> 00:03:16.460
It to other people. And today... Your pastor's on one.
65
00:03:17.860 --> 00:03:20.000
I'm about to come real strong at you this morning
66
00:03:20.379 --> 00:03:22.960
as we end this series. And I want you to
67
00:03:23.000 --> 00:03:24.659
buckle up. Somebody say buckle up. I want to see
68
00:03:24.680 --> 00:03:26.960
it in the comments right now. I'm watching you right now.
69
00:03:27.340 --> 00:03:31.530
Buckle up because we're about to go to another level. Now,
70
00:03:31.710 --> 00:03:33.569
one of the things that I have to admit that
71
00:03:33.629 --> 00:03:38.030
as we've been in quarantine, it sucks. First off, second
72
00:03:38.069 --> 00:03:39.650
thing I need you to know is that I miss
73
00:03:39.710 --> 00:03:42.770
having tons of people around. Usually my house is like
74
00:03:43.150 --> 00:03:46.689
the epicenter of like gathering and communication.
75
00:03:46.729 --> 00:03:49.810
So I decided today we're gonna have a house party.
76
00:03:50.090 --> 00:03:52.430
Now, if anybody's ever been to a house party, there
77
00:03:52.449 --> 00:03:55.469
are like four key ingredients that you need for any
78
00:03:55.550 --> 00:03:57.849
successful house party. The first thing you need, and you
79
00:03:57.900 --> 00:03:59.639
might not think this is essential, but I'm telling you
80
00:03:59.680 --> 00:04:01.860
it's essential. The first thing you need for any house
81
00:04:01.900 --> 00:04:03.419
party is a table, okay?
82
00:04:03.580 --> 00:04:04.960
You need a table. Can y'all bring me out a
83
00:04:04.979 --> 00:04:05.680
table real quick?
84
00:04:05.960 --> 00:04:08.740
Because the reason that you need a table at a
85
00:04:08.759 --> 00:04:10.520
house party, no, no, no, no, no, no.
86
00:04:10.659 --> 00:04:12.370
No, we won't be at the table the whole time.
87
00:04:12.689 --> 00:04:15.270
But the thing about the table is the table is
88
00:04:15.330 --> 00:04:19.009
the gathering place. It's the place that everybody comes around. Now,
89
00:04:19.589 --> 00:04:21.209
maybe not for some of y'all because somebody in your
90
00:04:21.230 --> 00:04:24.089
family can't cook. But at a black household, my mama's there,
91
00:04:24.149 --> 00:04:25.529
my wife is there, and some.
92
00:04:25.430 --> 00:04:25.870
Of these people.
93
00:04:26.290 --> 00:04:29.889
Where we gather is around the table. Everybody say the table.
94
00:04:30.350 --> 00:04:32.769
And the reason we get around the table is because
95
00:04:32.810 --> 00:04:36.269
of the second ingredient that we need is food. When
96
00:04:36.329 --> 00:04:39.720
you get around the table, y'all, there's some fried chicken here,
97
00:04:39.759 --> 00:04:40.720
some mashed potatoes.
98
00:04:41.000 --> 00:04:43.019
Some mac and cheese, some green beans, some rolls.
99
00:04:43.199 --> 00:04:44.879
And I told them to bring real food because I
100
00:04:44.920 --> 00:04:46.519
may get hungry during this message.
101
00:04:46.839 --> 00:04:48.220
So that's real food. I'm going to eat some of
102
00:04:48.240 --> 00:04:48.779
it in a little bit.
103
00:04:49.519 --> 00:04:52.420
But the reason to have any good house party, you
104
00:04:52.439 --> 00:04:54.519
need a table because it's the gathering place.
105
00:04:54.819 --> 00:04:55.879
Then you need food.
106
00:04:56.139 --> 00:04:58.610
And then the third thing that you need, and some
107
00:04:58.639 --> 00:05:00.670
of y'all don't know nothing about this because y'all eat
108
00:05:00.699 --> 00:05:03.829
in silence, but you need a playlist. You cannot have
109
00:05:03.870 --> 00:05:06.050
a good house party without good music.
110
00:05:06.089 --> 00:05:10.550
DJ, could you put me on some music, please? This
111
00:05:10.569 --> 00:05:13.970
is how we do it. Hey, now you know. This
112
00:05:13.990 --> 00:05:17.939
is how we do it. Hey, you know food tastes
113
00:05:18.019 --> 00:05:23.240
better when you got some good music. That was good.
114
00:05:23.259 --> 00:05:27.920
My God, turn the music off. My God, today. Where
115
00:05:27.939 --> 00:05:31.439
that chicken from? My God. Now, I got to swallow it.
116
00:05:31.459 --> 00:05:35.769
Hold on. Glory to God.
117
00:05:36.290 --> 00:05:40.319
Now, I got a table, the gathering place. I got
118
00:05:40.360 --> 00:05:43.680
the food because it's the substance. I got the playlist.
119
00:05:43.720 --> 00:05:47.399
I got the atmosphere. The only thing that I need
120
00:05:48.459 --> 00:05:51.870
is people. Travis, where are the people that are supposed
121
00:05:51.889 --> 00:05:58.449
to be here for my example? Hold on one second, y'all.
122
00:05:59.470 --> 00:06:07.230
You forgot to invite the people? There's about 100,000 people online.
123
00:06:06.970 --> 00:06:07.550
Right now, Travis.
124
00:06:09.230 --> 00:06:13.310
Are you trying to get fired? I need people here
125
00:06:14.589 --> 00:06:21.000
because the table's set. The food is there. The atmosphere
126
00:06:21.040 --> 00:06:28.230
is right. But who was over the invites? Y'all missed it.
127
00:06:29.120 --> 00:06:32.879
There's no Travis out here. Travis is you. Because at
128
00:06:32.899 --> 00:06:35.100
the end of the day, I think this is how
129
00:06:35.139 --> 00:06:41.290
God feels every Sunday. It's when he comes in And
130
00:06:41.370 --> 00:06:44.500
he makes a table, the church, the gathering place. And no,
131
00:06:44.540 --> 00:06:46.339
it's not happening in a building, but it's happening all
132
00:06:46.399 --> 00:06:48.899
over the world. And then he sets food. And that's
133
00:06:48.939 --> 00:06:50.920
why me and him are in the kitchen all week
134
00:06:51.019 --> 00:06:53.259
long trying to say, is this the dish we're supposed
135
00:06:53.300 --> 00:06:55.959
to cook? Is this what I'm supposed to season this with?
136
00:06:56.240 --> 00:06:58.519
Less of me, more of you. Teach me, great chef,
137
00:06:58.560 --> 00:07:00.670
how to make this meal. The food is here.
138
00:07:00.990 --> 00:07:04.149
The atmosphere is set. The worship that just went forth.
139
00:07:04.350 --> 00:07:04.889
The giving.
140
00:07:05.009 --> 00:07:10.490
Our hearts are open. But where are the people? And
141
00:07:10.529 --> 00:07:14.259
the crazy thing about it is the people is not
142
00:07:14.339 --> 00:07:18.279
the pastor's job. The people is not the worship team's job.
143
00:07:18.579 --> 00:07:24.000
The people is the minister's job. So if we are
144
00:07:24.139 --> 00:07:26.970
a church that is going to move the message of
145
00:07:27.089 --> 00:07:30.269
Jesus Christ, if people are going to get nourished, if
146
00:07:30.350 --> 00:07:33.250
people are going to be able to heal.
147
00:07:33.230 --> 00:07:36.329
From this world's anemic.
148
00:07:36.250 --> 00:07:39.990
Level of living, They're going to have to come to
149
00:07:40.029 --> 00:07:43.509
a gathering place where there is nutritious food, where they
150
00:07:43.529 --> 00:07:47.230
can get in the right atmosphere and they can be transformed.
151
00:07:47.670 --> 00:07:52.579
But who's over the invites? And this is.
152
00:07:52.560 --> 00:07:56.220
Where my burden is, because I felt like as I
153
00:07:56.240 --> 00:07:59.379
was praying this week, God said, Michael, I'm tired of
154
00:07:59.500 --> 00:08:08.180
full plates, empty tables and silent servants. Full plates, empty tables.
155
00:08:08.980 --> 00:08:11.759
and silent servants. I need you to write that down.
156
00:08:11.779 --> 00:08:14.160
That's the title of my message today. I'm going right
157
00:08:14.199 --> 00:08:17.220
for the gusto. This is the season where the church
158
00:08:17.360 --> 00:08:25.500
stops allowing full plates, empty tables, and silent servants. For
159
00:08:25.540 --> 00:08:28.560
too many years of my own life, I was around
160
00:08:28.620 --> 00:08:31.519
things that could transform other people's life and never shared
161
00:08:31.560 --> 00:08:35.750
it with them. I was in atmospheres where people were
162
00:08:35.769 --> 00:08:37.879
getting healed, delivered, and set free, and then I would
163
00:08:37.909 --> 00:08:40.259
go outside of there and see people addicted to all
164
00:08:40.320 --> 00:08:43.080
kinds of substances and never even offer them Jesus.
165
00:08:45.000 --> 00:08:47.019
I'm not coming at you. I'm telling my own story.
166
00:08:47.940 --> 00:08:50.259
This thing has a way of making you feel like
167
00:08:50.279 --> 00:08:54.059
you're okay if you're on the inside and not sharing
168
00:08:54.100 --> 00:08:57.799
what you have with anybody on the outside. But I
169
00:08:57.899 --> 00:09:00.220
came to put a stop to that today because we
170
00:09:00.259 --> 00:09:02.809
are the ministers here and we believe in what this
171
00:09:02.870 --> 00:09:04.850
thing is that we are claiming right now.
172
00:09:05.169 --> 00:09:09.149
And Christ is the answer to the whole world's problem.
173
00:09:10.210 --> 00:09:12.470
But how will they know if somebody don't tell them?
174
00:09:15.929 --> 00:09:19.919
And I'm sitting here in this moment. And I'm thinking
175
00:09:20.000 --> 00:09:23.039
about next week being Easter. Now, I need everybody to
176
00:09:23.100 --> 00:09:25.659
understand I couldn't have planned this. I couldn't have planned
177
00:09:25.679 --> 00:09:27.379
that we were in the middle of a pandemic. I
178
00:09:27.419 --> 00:09:29.960
couldn't have planned that. I literally me and Charles were
179
00:09:29.980 --> 00:09:33.039
looking at a clip from 2016. I think it was
180
00:09:33.240 --> 00:09:34.559
when I said, I'm going to do a series called
181
00:09:34.600 --> 00:09:35.419
Who's the Minister Here?
182
00:09:35.679 --> 00:09:35.960
I didn't.
183
00:09:36.240 --> 00:09:38.759
This could have happened any time. And we're the week
184
00:09:38.879 --> 00:09:43.230
before the greatest pandemic. celebration of the Christian faith. And
185
00:09:43.269 --> 00:09:44.909
I need you to understand why this is the greatest
186
00:09:44.929 --> 00:09:47.269
celebration of the Christian faith. I feel like preaching right now.
187
00:09:47.669 --> 00:09:50.909
It's because there are other religions and there are other gods,
188
00:09:50.929 --> 00:09:54.190
a little G, but the thing that separates our God
189
00:09:54.250 --> 00:09:57.620
from every other God is all of them died, but
190
00:09:57.720 --> 00:10:00.840
only one got up. Oh, y'all don't hear me in
191
00:10:00.899 --> 00:10:04.379
the building today. All of them died, but only one
192
00:10:04.440 --> 00:10:07.960
caught up with power and love and grace and mercy
193
00:10:08.200 --> 00:10:10.409
and conquered death, hell, and the grave.
194
00:10:10.450 --> 00:10:13.750
I dare somebody to say he got up. He got up.
195
00:10:14.690 --> 00:10:19.070
And because he got up, he's not a statuette. Because
196
00:10:19.110 --> 00:10:21.990
he got up, he's working in the affairs of your
197
00:10:22.049 --> 00:10:22.809
life right now.
198
00:10:23.509 --> 00:10:26.850
Because he got up, the addiction to pornography that used
199
00:10:26.870 --> 00:10:29.929
to hold me down no longer has a hold on me.
200
00:10:30.250 --> 00:10:31.870
Because he got up.
201
00:10:33.610 --> 00:10:36.340
I feel like fighting somebody. I don't know what's happening
202
00:10:36.360 --> 00:10:38.059
up here. Because he got up.
203
00:10:39.639 --> 00:10:42.080
And that's why we celebrate Easter.
204
00:10:43.340 --> 00:10:46.799
It's because God made a plan for us to be
205
00:10:46.860 --> 00:10:48.059
reconciled back to him.
206
00:10:48.690 --> 00:10:49.870
Through Jesus Christ.
207
00:10:50.389 --> 00:10:52.990
And Jesus died and he went into the tomb and
208
00:10:53.009 --> 00:10:54.649
they thought he was going to stay there.
209
00:10:54.990 --> 00:10:58.379
But on that third day, that mug rolled away and
210
00:10:58.529 --> 00:11:03.279
he got up. And because he got up, look at me,
211
00:11:03.919 --> 00:11:04.490
you can get up.
212
00:11:06.580 --> 00:11:09.720
Because he got up, no matter what is on you
213
00:11:09.759 --> 00:11:12.379
right now, No matter what tomb you think you're in,
214
00:11:12.399 --> 00:11:14.669
this ain't even my message, but somebody needs this encouraged.
215
00:11:15.049 --> 00:11:17.090
No matter what's going on in your life, because he
216
00:11:17.129 --> 00:11:20.289
got up, he said that you're supposed to follow my pattern.
217
00:11:20.669 --> 00:11:22.870
He said the only reason God sent him to earth
218
00:11:23.250 --> 00:11:24.970
is so that we could know how to walk.
219
00:11:25.309 --> 00:11:26.850
So you got to take the end too.
220
00:11:27.190 --> 00:11:30.649
So whatever tomb you've been lying in, whatever tomb your
221
00:11:30.690 --> 00:11:34.230
marriage has been in, whatever tomb, whatever they thought they killed,
222
00:11:34.409 --> 00:11:35.590
I feel this thing.
223
00:11:36.009 --> 00:11:39.330
God said, because I got up, you can get up.
224
00:11:41.529 --> 00:11:44.009
And that's why I want everybody to understand me today.
225
00:11:44.789 --> 00:11:47.950
The reason why the church has to be the loudest
226
00:11:48.029 --> 00:11:52.179
bullhorn for what's about to happen next week is because.
227
00:11:51.899 --> 00:11:55.440
We have the antidote to everybody's problem.
228
00:11:56.980 --> 00:11:59.720
Would you have the cure for coronavirus and keep it
229
00:11:59.759 --> 00:12:05.720
for only you? The question would be, If you had
230
00:12:06.240 --> 00:12:08.620
the cure right now, the government can't find it, but
231
00:12:08.679 --> 00:12:10.850
in your house somehow you done mixed up some stuff
232
00:12:10.879 --> 00:12:13.350
and done some things and all that other stuff and
233
00:12:13.389 --> 00:12:14.210
you get the cure.
234
00:12:15.809 --> 00:12:17.730
You would be considered.
235
00:12:17.289 --> 00:12:22.250
A terrorist if you had the cure and would not
236
00:12:22.330 --> 00:12:26.350
give it to other people. I want you to think
237
00:12:26.389 --> 00:12:30.049
about that right now. That just in the same way.
238
00:12:30.750 --> 00:12:33.269
That if we had the cure for coronavirus, we would
239
00:12:33.330 --> 00:12:38.830
share it with everybody. We have the cure for humanity
240
00:12:39.629 --> 00:12:44.750
and his name is Jesus. But why then do we
241
00:12:44.830 --> 00:12:53.350
have full plates, empty tables and silent servants? Today, I'm
242
00:12:53.389 --> 00:12:58.500
coming to inspire you. That no longer will I know
243
00:12:58.509 --> 00:13:00.409
what changed me and not tell somebody.
244
00:13:01.990 --> 00:13:02.740
No longer.
245
00:13:03.419 --> 00:13:06.289
Will I be able to stand around when I see
246
00:13:06.350 --> 00:13:09.549
people abusing substances to just be able to function during
247
00:13:09.570 --> 00:13:11.789
the day? And I serve a God and one of
248
00:13:11.850 --> 00:13:15.710
his names is the Prince of Peace. There's no way
249
00:13:15.990 --> 00:13:19.789
that I could be able to sit and listen to
250
00:13:19.980 --> 00:13:24.059
everybody's hurt and pain and then make a blasphemous statement
251
00:13:24.100 --> 00:13:26.799
that I'm lying about. Like, I'll pray for you, knowing
252
00:13:26.840 --> 00:13:29.080
that when you walk away from them, you're never even
253
00:13:29.120 --> 00:13:29.759
going to go.
254
00:13:29.620 --> 00:13:34.649
To God on their behalf. How dare us? To have
255
00:13:34.710 --> 00:13:36.629
the answer. Do you know where you used to be?
256
00:13:37.159 --> 00:13:39.620
See, I think some people have forgotten, Charles. I think
257
00:13:39.639 --> 00:13:42.840
some people have forgotten, Bree. I think some people have forgotten, Mama,
258
00:13:43.100 --> 00:13:47.259
that all of us were given the cure of Jesus Christ.
259
00:13:47.580 --> 00:13:48.740
And no, we're not.
260
00:13:48.679 --> 00:13:51.600
Perfect because on this sin nature we'll never be. But
261
00:13:51.659 --> 00:13:55.269
we're progressing. You used to cuss everybody out. You used
262
00:13:55.289 --> 00:13:58.169
to go to the DMs to get satisfied. You used
263
00:13:58.210 --> 00:14:00.629
to pour up just to be able to have fun.
264
00:14:00.889 --> 00:14:04.440
But look what God has done in your life. And
265
00:14:04.500 --> 00:14:07.350
you wouldn't offer that to somebody else, terrorist.
266
00:14:09.470 --> 00:14:14.570
I know it's strong. I know it's strong. But what's
267
00:14:14.610 --> 00:14:15.350
going to wake us up?
268
00:14:16.129 --> 00:14:18.940
The entire world is shut down now and your mouth
269
00:14:19.000 --> 00:14:26.100
is still shut? Everybody's looking for an answer and you
270
00:14:26.279 --> 00:14:34.440
still not going to say nothing? You see celebrity after celebrity,
271
00:14:34.720 --> 00:14:37.639
your favorite sports stars, everybody want to do a worship
272
00:14:37.679 --> 00:14:42.029
night on their Instagram live. And you still not going
273
00:14:42.049 --> 00:14:45.110
to share it with the people who are right around you?
274
00:14:46.909 --> 00:14:47.549
What will it take?
275
00:14:49.990 --> 00:14:53.289
The death count just in the U.S. has gone up
276
00:14:53.379 --> 00:14:59.200
over 4,000 people in one week. And are you thinking
277
00:14:59.240 --> 00:15:03.379
about the eternities of those people? you just hoping we
278
00:15:03.419 --> 00:15:07.659
can get back to normal no no no I want
279
00:15:07.679 --> 00:15:10.980
you to think for that there was more people that
280
00:15:11.379 --> 00:15:13.960
there are people that could feel this arena right now
281
00:15:14.059 --> 00:15:16.940
and they will no longer take another breath on this
282
00:15:17.080 --> 00:15:20.789
earth and did you care for one moment where they.
283
00:15:20.710 --> 00:15:22.149
Spent the rest of their life.
284
00:15:24.269 --> 00:15:26.370
See the question really is not why are they gone
285
00:15:26.429 --> 00:15:30.070
the question is why are you still here and for
286
00:15:30.129 --> 00:15:34.340
me As the Lord beat my butt this week over
287
00:15:34.389 --> 00:15:37.480
who I've invited to church, who I've shared my personal
288
00:15:37.539 --> 00:15:40.659
testimony with, how I've used social media to be able
289
00:15:40.679 --> 00:15:44.019
to engage people, not just in laughs, but in life change.
290
00:15:45.679 --> 00:15:46.340
He said, Michael.
291
00:15:47.519 --> 00:15:49.940
He said, I can't have any more full tables or
292
00:15:50.019 --> 00:15:54.529
full plates, empty tables and silent servants. So today I
293
00:15:55.049 --> 00:15:57.870
have to help you because some of you don't understand
294
00:15:57.990 --> 00:16:02.019
that God came for whoever would accept him, whoever would
295
00:16:02.059 --> 00:16:04.179
give their life, whoever would listen. And some of you
296
00:16:04.200 --> 00:16:06.740
are like, well, who does whoever include? Let me help
297
00:16:06.779 --> 00:16:09.399
you with the list. This is who Jesus came for.
298
00:16:09.679 --> 00:16:11.850
He came for the lost and the found. He came
299
00:16:11.879 --> 00:16:13.850
for the broken. He came for the hurt. He came
300
00:16:13.889 --> 00:16:16.370
for the addicted. He came from the self-righteous. And this
301
00:16:16.429 --> 00:16:19.590
is my question real quick. If you could remember just
302
00:16:19.629 --> 00:16:21.700
for a second where you came from and you're watching
303
00:16:21.740 --> 00:16:24.100
with something on the comments, when I say something that
304
00:16:24.139 --> 00:16:25.820
has applied to you in your life, would you just
305
00:16:25.879 --> 00:16:26.659
put a hand.
306
00:16:26.500 --> 00:16:27.019
Up right there?
307
00:16:27.259 --> 00:16:29.850
Would you just throw a high five up like, ooh, pastor,
308
00:16:29.870 --> 00:16:32.289
that was me. If you were broken or lost. or
309
00:16:32.309 --> 00:16:35.649
if you are hurt, if you are addicted, if you're self-righteous, wealthy,
310
00:16:35.929 --> 00:16:39.129
college student, atheist, cool guy, the single parent.
311
00:16:39.230 --> 00:16:42.470
This is whoever God has died for.
312
00:16:42.669 --> 00:16:45.769
He died for the blue collar worker, the drug dealer,
313
00:16:45.970 --> 00:16:49.850
the church, the homosexual, the liar, the Democrat, the Republican,
314
00:16:50.090 --> 00:16:54.230
the racist, the hypocrite, the fashionable, the fashionless, the nerd,
315
00:16:54.289 --> 00:16:55.809
the president, the prostitute.
316
00:16:56.070 --> 00:16:58.120
He died for whoever.
317
00:16:59.889 --> 00:17:03.730
And when we start trying to classify if they're worthy.
318
00:17:04.930 --> 00:17:09.049
Of the grace of God, we've just gotten, and the
319
00:17:09.089 --> 00:17:12.410
Bible tells us we've become an enemy of God. Hold on,
320
00:17:12.430 --> 00:17:13.079
hold on, hold on, hold on.
321
00:17:14.259 --> 00:17:16.539
When I died, he said, for God so loved the
322
00:17:16.579 --> 00:17:22.180
world that he gave his only son that whosoever would
323
00:17:22.200 --> 00:17:27.380
believe in him, they shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
324
00:17:27.740 --> 00:17:29.519
The gospel says, is for whoever.
325
00:17:29.740 --> 00:17:32.839
And I'm coming to expand somebody's faith because I believe
326
00:17:32.880 --> 00:17:35.789
that next weekend, all over the world, that we're going
327
00:17:35.809 --> 00:17:38.869
to see hundreds of thousands, if not millions of salvations.
328
00:17:39.210 --> 00:17:41.549
I need somebody's faith to graze with me right now.
329
00:17:41.809 --> 00:17:46.269
Not just at Transformation Church. I'm talking all over the world. Thousands,
330
00:17:46.509 --> 00:17:50.690
hundreds of thousands, millions of salvations because this whole thing
331
00:17:50.750 --> 00:17:54.619
is about open hearts. And I want you to understand
332
00:17:54.740 --> 00:17:56.740
God's not trying to come into somebody's head.
333
00:17:56.799 --> 00:17:58.400
He's trying to come into your heart.
334
00:17:59.559 --> 00:18:01.359
And do you know that a lot of times we'd
335
00:18:01.400 --> 00:18:03.589
be so deep and so spiritual about stuff that we
336
00:18:03.609 --> 00:18:06.990
don't even pay attention to practical stuff. The trends show us,
337
00:18:07.269 --> 00:18:10.509
every trend shows us that people's hearts and minds are
338
00:18:10.589 --> 00:18:14.390
more open to the message of Jesus Christ next week
339
00:18:14.569 --> 00:18:19.769
than ever in an entire year. On Easter weekend, literally
340
00:18:19.809 --> 00:18:21.730
I found this Google search and I want to show
341
00:18:21.750 --> 00:18:25.819
it to you. This right here is when the word
342
00:18:25.839 --> 00:18:29.930
church appeared. was put into the google search bar okay
343
00:18:30.430 --> 00:18:33.349
i want you to see that the highest time that
344
00:18:33.390 --> 00:18:36.589
the word church was put into the google search bar
345
00:18:36.890 --> 00:18:40.079
is at easter this is when people are saying hey
346
00:18:40.150 --> 00:18:41.799
i'm not going to try this any other time but
347
00:18:41.859 --> 00:18:44.859
right now i'ma see what church should i go to
348
00:18:45.140 --> 00:18:46.259
or is there a church.
349
00:18:46.339 --> 00:18:49.519
Around me and the next highest time is christmas.
350
00:18:50.720 --> 00:18:54.160
What i'm trying to say is people's hearts are open
351
00:18:54.380 --> 00:19:00.140
but why are god's ministers and servants silent Do you
352
00:19:00.240 --> 00:19:03.329
know that when they did a study, they asked how
353
00:19:03.369 --> 00:19:06.309
many people, they asked 100,000 people, I believe it was,
354
00:19:06.509 --> 00:19:10.430
how many people would come to church? And 39% of
355
00:19:10.470 --> 00:19:12.210
the people said, yes, I'm going to church.
356
00:19:12.250 --> 00:19:13.730
I'm going to church on Easter.
357
00:19:13.990 --> 00:19:17.490
And 20% of the people said they were unsure. And
358
00:19:17.490 --> 00:19:22.789
41% of the people said no. That means that 61%
359
00:19:22.789 --> 00:19:29.490
of population right now is currently not planning on participating
360
00:19:30.019 --> 00:19:32.480
in something that could transform their life.
361
00:19:32.680 --> 00:19:36.079
That would be like them saying the coronavirus has a cure.
362
00:19:36.359 --> 00:19:40.410
And 61% of the population deciding they're not gonna get
363
00:19:40.509 --> 00:19:46.890
that vaccine. What I'm telling you is that all statistics
364
00:19:46.950 --> 00:19:49.390
tell us if somebody they know or come in contact
365
00:19:49.430 --> 00:19:52.640
with them, would give them a personal testimony, yeah, I
366
00:19:52.660 --> 00:19:53.119
tried it out.
367
00:19:53.380 --> 00:19:56.180
It's good. Hey, you should probably come. Oh, no, I
368
00:19:56.200 --> 00:19:57.259
feel a thousand percent better.
369
00:19:57.880 --> 00:20:00.109
If you know what the Bible says, we overcome them
370
00:20:00.170 --> 00:20:01.650
by the blood of the lamb and the words of
371
00:20:02.369 --> 00:20:03.869
our testimonies.
372
00:20:04.410 --> 00:20:06.089
If you would just tell somebody, yeah, you should come.
373
00:20:06.630 --> 00:20:08.170
You should be a part of what God's doing.
374
00:20:08.170 --> 00:20:13.920
61% of people would have the opportunity to find the
375
00:20:13.960 --> 00:20:16.950
cure or transformation in Christ.
376
00:20:17.890 --> 00:20:20.250
And that's why I'm burdened with this right now.
377
00:20:20.670 --> 00:20:25.470
I'm burdened because this is the cure for humanity's disease
378
00:20:25.650 --> 00:20:30.180
or dis-ease. Every person that is having a dis-ease right now,
379
00:20:30.559 --> 00:20:31.599
Jesus is the answer.
380
00:20:32.059 --> 00:20:35.180
I remember an old song said, Jesus is the answer
381
00:20:35.839 --> 00:20:41.829
for the world today. Above him there's no other. Jesus
382
00:20:42.150 --> 00:20:42.869
is the way.
383
00:20:43.930 --> 00:20:48.730
So Jesus is the answer for the world today.
384
00:20:51.390 --> 00:20:56.259
Above him there's no other. Jesus is the way.
385
00:20:58.099 --> 00:21:01.900
My question is, do you really believe it? The church
386
00:21:01.960 --> 00:21:08.599
wasn't called Christians. They were called the way. And I
387
00:21:08.640 --> 00:21:12.640
need to stop right here because everybody who's been watching
388
00:21:12.660 --> 00:21:16.460
Transformation Church and Transformation Nation, yo, I have a real
389
00:21:16.539 --> 00:21:18.440
serious ask of you right now.
390
00:21:20.019 --> 00:21:22.240
Don't just rep the brand because it's popular.
391
00:21:24.180 --> 00:21:26.779
Don't just come here because you think I'm a cool
392
00:21:26.819 --> 00:21:27.740
pastor and I'm funny.
393
00:21:29.299 --> 00:21:33.109
All that was bait. I'm trying to enlist you into
394
00:21:33.170 --> 00:21:33.529
an army.
395
00:21:35.529 --> 00:21:39.349
Army that is going to believe and represent this brand
396
00:21:39.490 --> 00:21:43.069
of jesus christ not transformation church because there's people watching
397
00:21:43.089 --> 00:21:44.349
that don't even go to this church you go to
398
00:21:44.390 --> 00:21:46.670
another church i don't care about the church you go
399
00:21:46.710 --> 00:21:51.220
to i care about the kingdom you represent and i'm
400
00:21:51.380 --> 00:21:57.480
asking you man can we go ahead and literally populate
401
00:21:57.539 --> 00:22:03.039
heaven and plunder hell this week I'm asking you to
402
00:22:03.140 --> 00:22:05.759
start this thing up. I don't I feel the presence
403
00:22:05.799 --> 00:22:06.980
of God. Some of y'all like when is he going
404
00:22:07.000 --> 00:22:08.460
to get to a point? Baby, if you ain't caught
405
00:22:08.509 --> 00:22:11.950
a point yet, you sleep. What I'm telling you right
406
00:22:11.990 --> 00:22:14.710
now is the point is that he did not save
407
00:22:14.750 --> 00:22:20.630
you for yourself. He saved you for somebody else. And
408
00:22:20.690 --> 00:22:23.549
if they if he could do it with you. With
409
00:22:23.589 --> 00:22:26.829
all your baggage and all your brokenness and all your
410
00:22:26.869 --> 00:22:30.289
mistakes and how you continue to fall. But he still
411
00:22:30.369 --> 00:22:33.490
saved you. You are the poster child for the grace
412
00:22:33.529 --> 00:22:36.609
of God. And God is saying to all of us
413
00:22:36.670 --> 00:22:40.849
right now, would you represent me or represent me or
414
00:22:40.930 --> 00:22:44.309
represent me to the entire world? No matter if they're
415
00:22:44.349 --> 00:22:47.029
lost or they're found for one reason, they can be
416
00:22:47.109 --> 00:22:48.589
transformed in Christ.
417
00:22:48.630 --> 00:22:51.150
Come on. Somebody needs to give God praise right there.
418
00:22:51.369 --> 00:22:53.529
If you are going to be the minister where you
419
00:22:53.569 --> 00:22:56.329
have been called to in your house, on your block,
420
00:22:56.569 --> 00:22:58.450
if you're going to be the minister there, I dare
421
00:22:58.470 --> 00:23:00.079
you to say, I'm the minister here.
422
00:23:01.019 --> 00:23:01.380
Come on.
423
00:23:02.259 --> 00:23:03.759
So I want to take you to a story in
424
00:23:03.799 --> 00:23:07.200
Luke chapter 14. To just illustrate this whole thing to
425
00:23:07.240 --> 00:23:11.079
you real quick. Luke chapter 14 backstory is Jesus is
426
00:23:11.119 --> 00:23:13.420
in the house of a Pharisee, somebody who's super religious
427
00:23:13.980 --> 00:23:16.480
and is kind of a hypocrite. And then he heals
428
00:23:16.539 --> 00:23:18.740
a man on the Sabbath. This dude was swole up
429
00:23:18.799 --> 00:23:21.740
like Sherman from the Nutty Professor. And he heals him
430
00:23:21.779 --> 00:23:24.079
and he comes back down and the people starting to judge.
431
00:23:24.299 --> 00:23:26.460
But then some other people was like, yo, let me
432
00:23:26.519 --> 00:23:28.900
sit by Jesus. They was clout jumping at that moment.
433
00:23:29.160 --> 00:23:31.000
And Jesus said, let me teach these boys a quick
434
00:23:31.059 --> 00:23:34.069
lesson on humility. And he tells a parable. Just for
435
00:23:34.140 --> 00:23:37.049
everybody who's a nerd right now, parable, it comes from
436
00:23:37.589 --> 00:23:41.109
a different translation that says parabole. Anytime you see para
437
00:23:41.190 --> 00:23:44.779
or para, that means something that's coming alongside to help.
438
00:23:45.099 --> 00:23:48.400
So Jesus would tell parables or he would tell stories
439
00:23:48.500 --> 00:23:51.519
to come alongside and help a truth. That's why anytime
440
00:23:51.539 --> 00:23:54.880
you hear the word paramedic, they're coming to help you medically.
441
00:23:55.109 --> 00:23:57.910
They're coming to help. Or parachute, they're coming to save
442
00:23:57.930 --> 00:24:00.369
your life. They're coming to help when you get thrown
443
00:24:00.410 --> 00:24:03.130
out of a plane. Or a paraclete, that's another name
444
00:24:03.150 --> 00:24:05.309
for the Holy Spirit. And that's who he's supposed to
445
00:24:05.349 --> 00:24:08.029
be in this time where everybody's walking in fear. The
446
00:24:08.069 --> 00:24:11.190
paraclete is the God who comes alongside to help us.
447
00:24:11.509 --> 00:24:13.150
And this is the thing that I need you to know.
448
00:24:13.190 --> 00:24:15.680
God wants to help us. And so there he gives
449
00:24:16.000 --> 00:24:19.700
a parable. And he says, hearing this in verse 15,
450
00:24:19.700 --> 00:24:23.099
A man sitting at the table with Jesus exclaimed, what
451
00:24:23.119 --> 00:24:25.539
a blessing it will be to attend a banquet in
452
00:24:25.559 --> 00:24:26.420
the kingdom of God.
453
00:24:26.940 --> 00:24:28.099
That would be awesome, wouldn't it?
454
00:24:28.519 --> 00:24:31.599
And then Jesus replied with this, yeah, that would be awesome, huh?
455
00:24:32.140 --> 00:24:33.420
Let me tell y'all a quick story.
456
00:24:34.160 --> 00:24:38.549
A man prepared a great feast and sent out many invitations.
457
00:24:39.339 --> 00:24:42.829
When the banquet was ready, he sent his servant or
458
00:24:42.869 --> 00:24:48.230
his ministers to tell the guests, come, the banquet is ready.
459
00:24:48.269 --> 00:24:50.089
This food is about to be bomb. I put my
460
00:24:50.150 --> 00:24:52.819
grandmama's hot cooking in it. It's about to be good.
461
00:24:53.819 --> 00:24:57.799
But they all begin making excuses. One said, look at
462
00:24:57.839 --> 00:24:59.299
these replies. Hey, bro.
463
00:25:00.170 --> 00:25:02.490
I just bought a whole bunch of land. My real
464
00:25:02.509 --> 00:25:04.710
estate game is going all the way up. I bought
465
00:25:04.750 --> 00:25:07.990
a field and I must go and inspect it. Bro,
466
00:25:08.349 --> 00:25:11.190
please excuse me. Tell my man that I'll get them
467
00:25:11.269 --> 00:25:15.150
next time. Another one said, oh, don't even worry.
468
00:25:15.269 --> 00:25:16.309
I can't come.
469
00:25:16.069 --> 00:25:18.990
Today because I have just bought five pair of oxen
470
00:25:19.289 --> 00:25:22.970
or five pair of shoes or five pair of earrings. Like,
471
00:25:23.049 --> 00:25:25.490
I don't know what your pair is, but I just
472
00:25:25.559 --> 00:25:28.099
bought five pair of these things and I want to
473
00:25:28.140 --> 00:25:29.180
try them all on.
474
00:25:30.079 --> 00:25:30.859
Please excuse me.
475
00:25:30.920 --> 00:25:34.670
I cannot come because I'm about to be flossing. Then
476
00:25:34.730 --> 00:25:37.269
another one said, this is my favorite one.
477
00:25:37.289 --> 00:25:44.039
Hey, dog. I have a wife. I can't come.
478
00:25:45.019 --> 00:25:49.220
That's that's some of y'all know that's a real, real excuse.
479
00:25:49.299 --> 00:25:52.619
Like, hey, bro, you coming? No, you know, Shaniqua, she
480
00:25:52.640 --> 00:25:55.329
don't she don't even. She don't even play like that, bro.
481
00:25:55.349 --> 00:25:57.690
I got to go cook. Anyway, but at the end
482
00:25:57.710 --> 00:26:00.029
of the day, they all had excuses. I can't come.
483
00:26:00.069 --> 00:26:04.009
Verse 21. The servant returned and told his master what
484
00:26:04.029 --> 00:26:07.650
they had said. His master was furious and said, okay,
485
00:26:08.029 --> 00:26:08.930
go quickly.
486
00:26:08.990 --> 00:26:10.150
Somebody say go quickly.
487
00:26:10.950 --> 00:26:14.029
Go quickly into the streets and the alleys of the
488
00:26:14.089 --> 00:26:18.150
town and invite the poor, the crippled, the blind, and
489
00:26:18.230 --> 00:26:21.750
the lame. And after the servant had done this, he reported,
490
00:26:22.170 --> 00:26:23.930
there's still room for more.
491
00:26:24.740 --> 00:26:25.450
Oh, I love this.
492
00:26:26.289 --> 00:26:30.490
So his master said, go out into the country lanes.
493
00:26:30.990 --> 00:26:34.130
Go to the places where people don't really look for people.
494
00:26:35.849 --> 00:26:40.250
Go behind the hedges. Urge anyone you find or whoever
495
00:26:40.289 --> 00:26:45.759
you find to come so that the house will be full.
496
00:26:47.160 --> 00:26:49.579
For none of these that I first invited, this is
497
00:26:49.599 --> 00:26:52.799
so sad, will get even the smallest taste of the banquet.
498
00:26:53.789 --> 00:26:57.109
Point number one, the church is the table where people
499
00:26:57.430 --> 00:27:01.549
come to get fed. The reason it's time for us
500
00:27:01.589 --> 00:27:05.339
to invite like never before is because this is the
501
00:27:05.359 --> 00:27:08.490
gathering place. There is nobody in the world that would
502
00:27:08.650 --> 00:27:11.039
not come to a table where.
503
00:27:10.900 --> 00:27:13.859
They had to eat everything they wanted to eat, as.
504
00:27:13.880 --> 00:27:16.420
Much as they wanted to eat for free. It was
505
00:27:16.579 --> 00:27:19.480
already prepared for them. The reason why somebody wouldn't come
506
00:27:19.519 --> 00:27:22.299
to this table is because they did not know or
507
00:27:22.339 --> 00:27:26.880
they were preoccupied. This is the state of our world.
508
00:27:26.900 --> 00:27:29.859
We have two groups of people. Either they do not
509
00:27:29.940 --> 00:27:32.730
know and we're about to fix that today because we're
510
00:27:32.750 --> 00:27:36.049
going to be ones that invite or they are preoccupied
511
00:27:36.089 --> 00:27:39.950
with the blessing of God instead of the blesser. What
512
00:27:39.970 --> 00:27:42.319
I'm telling you is some of us have been in
513
00:27:42.359 --> 00:27:45.079
a place where we've been so consumed with the blessing
514
00:27:45.180 --> 00:27:48.410
and we forgot about the blesser. And God's saying to
515
00:27:48.529 --> 00:27:50.670
all of us, y'all better remember whose table this is.
516
00:27:51.390 --> 00:27:53.410
Y'all better remember who gave you the ability to get
517
00:27:53.430 --> 00:27:55.450
the land. Matter of fact, I made the land. Matter
518
00:27:55.470 --> 00:27:57.509
of fact, I made you out of the dust on
519
00:27:57.529 --> 00:28:00.009
the land. Matter of fact, you better remember, and this
520
00:28:00.069 --> 00:28:02.349
is why, church, I'm trying to get people to understand
521
00:28:02.650 --> 00:28:06.230
that we have to invite people to the table of
522
00:28:06.339 --> 00:28:09.319
Jesus Christ because this is where people can actually get
523
00:28:09.400 --> 00:28:13.799
food that nourishes them. The news is not giving anything nourishing.
524
00:28:16.009 --> 00:28:19.170
scrolling through Instagram is not going to increase your faith.
525
00:28:20.069 --> 00:28:21.950
It's not going to give you the things that you
526
00:28:22.049 --> 00:28:25.710
need to be able to deal with your kids. You
527
00:28:25.990 --> 00:28:27.609
see all the death tolls.
528
00:28:27.369 --> 00:28:28.990
Of the coronavirus. You're like, well, if I kill one
529
00:28:29.019 --> 00:28:31.119
of my kids, they could just add to the death toll.
530
00:28:31.180 --> 00:28:33.599
Like, that's not going to help nothing.
531
00:28:34.420 --> 00:28:36.380
But that's why we have to invite them to the table.
532
00:28:36.420 --> 00:28:38.339
And let me tell you about the chairs around the table,
533
00:28:38.539 --> 00:28:41.339
because I believe this analogy can help change and transform
534
00:28:41.380 --> 00:28:44.380
your life. This is the head of the table. This
535
00:28:44.480 --> 00:28:47.019
is where I sit and pastors and leaders and prophets sit.
536
00:28:48.269 --> 00:28:52.250
This is the place where the person who's serving the
537
00:28:52.289 --> 00:28:52.849
food sits.
538
00:28:53.509 --> 00:28:54.569
I'm the dude with the food.
539
00:28:55.170 --> 00:28:57.890
I'm the one that's in charge of preparing this meal
540
00:28:58.109 --> 00:29:00.849
and making sure that it is done well and it's
541
00:29:00.910 --> 00:29:03.759
done right and that people can eat it and it's
542
00:29:03.819 --> 00:29:08.190
gluten-free and it's organic and everything that all.
543
00:29:08.099 --> 00:29:09.799
Y'all bougie people need for that.
544
00:29:10.200 --> 00:29:13.720
This is what my job is to make sure that
545
00:29:13.759 --> 00:29:16.240
the table is spread every week. That's why I spend
546
00:29:16.359 --> 00:29:19.599
so much time praying, researching, trying to do this because
547
00:29:19.640 --> 00:29:21.880
I want to make sure every time you tune in,
548
00:29:21.960 --> 00:29:24.140
every time you log in, every time you come into
549
00:29:24.180 --> 00:29:26.819
this building, you don't have to worry, is.
550
00:29:26.759 --> 00:29:28.319
There good food on the table?
551
00:29:29.220 --> 00:29:31.890
And this is why it's so important for pastors to
552
00:29:31.910 --> 00:29:34.769
get in their place and be who God's created.
553
00:29:34.450 --> 00:29:34.950
Them to be.
554
00:29:35.210 --> 00:29:39.849
You cannot be doing pastoring as a side gig. This
555
00:29:39.910 --> 00:29:43.240
has to be your main responsibility because when you are
556
00:29:43.299 --> 00:29:47.819
sitting at that chair, chair four, you are the lead servant.
557
00:29:48.119 --> 00:29:50.599
And when you become a lead servant, you are more
558
00:29:50.640 --> 00:29:53.160
responsible than anybody else for what they eat. Look what
559
00:29:53.180 --> 00:29:56.299
first Peter chapter five, verse two and three says. For
560
00:29:56.380 --> 00:29:59.000
every pastor, every leader, it says care for the flock
561
00:29:59.380 --> 00:30:01.039
that God has entrusted to you.
562
00:30:01.740 --> 00:30:06.619
So this is a trusted position. Watch over it willingly,
563
00:30:06.799 --> 00:30:07.519
not grudgingly.
564
00:30:08.160 --> 00:30:11.059
Not for what you will get out of it, but
565
00:30:11.140 --> 00:30:13.299
because you are eager.
566
00:30:13.299 --> 00:30:15.140
To watch this word. It's a cuss word for some
567
00:30:15.180 --> 00:30:17.109
of us. Serve God.
568
00:30:17.960 --> 00:30:20.589
What if you get nothing from it except that you
569
00:30:20.670 --> 00:30:21.349
served God?
570
00:30:22.680 --> 00:30:25.140
What if they never applaud? What if you don't get
571
00:30:25.180 --> 00:30:25.769
a paycheck?
572
00:30:25.809 --> 00:30:28.930
But what if the accolade next to your name is
573
00:30:29.069 --> 00:30:33.000
a servant of God? It says, don't lord it over
574
00:30:33.039 --> 00:30:36.960
the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your.
575
00:30:37.180 --> 00:30:39.200
Own good example.
576
00:30:39.240 --> 00:30:41.000
That's why people are like, Pastor Mike, why you be
577
00:30:41.019 --> 00:30:42.759
putting all this stuff online and all this other stuff?
578
00:30:43.180 --> 00:30:45.640
All I'm trying to do is show the reality.
579
00:30:45.900 --> 00:30:48.599
I'm trying to be hot, humble, open, and transparent and
580
00:30:48.740 --> 00:30:50.240
lead by my good example.
581
00:30:50.319 --> 00:30:52.019
Is it perfect? No, but it's progressing.
582
00:30:52.279 --> 00:30:54.400
And anything I'm wrong at or anything that I do,
583
00:30:54.660 --> 00:30:56.589
I will say this is not me because I want
584
00:30:56.609 --> 00:30:59.170
to be a good example for you. And I'm telling everybody,
585
00:30:59.410 --> 00:31:02.650
that's a hot seat. People that are clamoring to get
586
00:31:02.690 --> 00:31:04.950
to that seat at the table, that ain't the seat
587
00:31:04.970 --> 00:31:06.869
you want to be in unless you count up the cost.
588
00:31:07.109 --> 00:31:08.579
Look what James 3.3 says.
589
00:31:08.839 --> 00:31:12.339
It says, dear brothers and sisters, not many of us
590
00:31:13.640 --> 00:31:15.200
should become teachers in the church.
591
00:31:16.539 --> 00:31:19.440
There ain't too many of us that probably want this position. Why?
592
00:31:20.579 --> 00:31:27.529
Because for the ones who teach will be judged more strictly.
593
00:31:29.150 --> 00:31:31.690
So every time I get up here, And I sit
594
00:31:31.730 --> 00:31:36.019
in this table and I speak to you. God's not
595
00:31:36.119 --> 00:31:38.660
judging me on the same level that he's judging you.
596
00:31:38.759 --> 00:31:39.039
Why?
597
00:31:39.339 --> 00:31:43.269
Because he has put an entrusted people into my care.
598
00:31:43.549 --> 00:31:45.390
And if I don't care about it, if I don't
599
00:31:45.470 --> 00:31:48.170
pray for y'all, if I don't ask God to correct me,
600
00:31:48.369 --> 00:31:50.109
if I don't humble myself, God says.
601
00:31:50.150 --> 00:31:50.609
We'll talk.
602
00:31:52.069 --> 00:31:54.599
I got something for you because you're not going to
603
00:31:54.650 --> 00:31:59.950
lead my children to the slaughter. You're not going to
604
00:32:00.099 --> 00:32:03.980
send them down paths of manipulation or paths that try
605
00:32:04.019 --> 00:32:06.329
to make them work for my grace. You better watch
606
00:32:06.390 --> 00:32:10.650
what you say. And that's why I'm encouraging you. I
607
00:32:10.670 --> 00:32:13.640
don't do this as a light thing. I pray, I
608
00:32:13.759 --> 00:32:16.640
kneel before every time I come up here and I say, God,
609
00:32:16.700 --> 00:32:18.539
less of me and more of you. Don't let my
610
00:32:18.619 --> 00:32:20.740
opinion go out. Let your word go out, God.
611
00:32:21.400 --> 00:32:24.279
You know how to control this tongue. Change my mind,
612
00:32:24.339 --> 00:32:25.039
change my heart.
613
00:32:25.299 --> 00:32:28.809
Because if we could ever get life-giving churches everywhere where
614
00:32:28.950 --> 00:32:33.230
everybody that sits in that chair is so concerned and
615
00:32:33.390 --> 00:32:37.210
so preparational for the people who are coming to the table.
616
00:32:37.470 --> 00:32:39.779
I think more people would come and eat the filet
617
00:32:39.799 --> 00:32:42.339
mignon of the word and not just chicken nuggets.
618
00:32:43.279 --> 00:32:44.359
Hear what I'm saying to you.
619
00:32:44.700 --> 00:32:46.640
It is my job to get with the Holy Spirit
620
00:32:46.920 --> 00:32:49.380
and make sure we're serving up the filet mignon.
621
00:32:49.420 --> 00:32:52.019
And some of y'all like filet mignon. What is that?
622
00:32:52.380 --> 00:32:55.200
It's the best cut of the meat. It's the most
623
00:32:55.359 --> 00:32:57.839
tender part. It's the one that you can eat it
624
00:32:57.900 --> 00:33:00.779
without any sauce. It's the one and that's what.
625
00:33:00.660 --> 00:33:01.539
God wants for you.
626
00:33:01.819 --> 00:33:05.609
But it only comes if you're sitting at the right table.
627
00:33:07.289 --> 00:33:12.359
And so I'm encouraging everybody. Make sure you're in a place.
628
00:33:12.960 --> 00:33:15.079
It does not have to be Transformation Church. You know
629
00:33:15.720 --> 00:33:19.299
I promote other churches and other leaders all the time.
630
00:33:19.339 --> 00:33:22.049
Just make sure you're in a life-giving place where the
631
00:33:22.170 --> 00:33:26.650
chef cares about what you eat. Because if you eat well,
632
00:33:27.750 --> 00:33:31.630
you'll start to live well. And I'm encouraging you right now,
633
00:33:31.750 --> 00:33:35.690
don't eat crap and expect to live a healthy, godly life.
634
00:33:37.650 --> 00:33:40.349
I got to move on. Let me tell you about
635
00:33:40.390 --> 00:33:45.329
chair number three. Chair number three. I'm super excited about
636
00:33:45.369 --> 00:33:47.569
this chair because many of you have moved to this
637
00:33:47.630 --> 00:33:48.630
chair during this series.
638
00:33:49.349 --> 00:33:51.589
This chair is for maturing ministers.
639
00:33:52.549 --> 00:33:56.430
This chair is for people who are proactive in their
640
00:33:56.470 --> 00:34:00.670
relationship with God. This chair is for people who will
641
00:34:00.750 --> 00:34:04.210
not only say they're a part of what's happening, but
642
00:34:04.250 --> 00:34:05.230
they will serve it.
643
00:34:05.950 --> 00:34:07.690
They will stay connected to it.
644
00:34:08.420 --> 00:34:10.820
They are the ones that will be in the place
645
00:34:10.900 --> 00:34:14.260
and they'll share their faith and they'll sow into it.
646
00:34:14.739 --> 00:34:17.269
When you start maturing, you will do those four things.
647
00:34:17.309 --> 00:34:20.969
That's how you know that you'll share, you'll serve, you'll sow,
648
00:34:21.250 --> 00:34:25.190
and you'll stay. You'll share, you'll serve, You'll sow and
649
00:34:25.230 --> 00:34:28.019
you'll stay. They're sold out to the vision. And I
650
00:34:28.059 --> 00:34:30.400
just want to say thank you, Transformation Church, because so
651
00:34:30.440 --> 00:34:32.760
many of you are maturing believers. Can I tell you
652
00:34:32.780 --> 00:34:35.739
in the midst of pandemic, the offering and the giving
653
00:34:36.000 --> 00:34:37.119
and the service.
654
00:34:36.900 --> 00:34:37.780
Has not gone down.
655
00:34:37.880 --> 00:34:40.409
It's gone up because people said in this moment, I'm
656
00:34:40.449 --> 00:34:43.190
not going to drop my anchor on what society is saying.
657
00:34:43.449 --> 00:34:45.170
I'm going to drop my anchor on the thing that
658
00:34:45.250 --> 00:34:47.550
I know works. And we've been able to go out
659
00:34:47.829 --> 00:34:49.630
and help and partner with people and be on the
660
00:34:49.690 --> 00:34:52.309
front lines and meet people's needs and all that because
661
00:34:52.349 --> 00:34:58.070
of your maturing minister beliefs that this is not something
662
00:34:58.329 --> 00:35:01.070
that I get in and get out of depending on
663
00:35:01.110 --> 00:35:04.820
what's happening in the world. I will serve, I will share,
664
00:35:05.280 --> 00:35:08.079
I will sow, and I will stay. And as your pastor,
665
00:35:08.099 --> 00:35:11.119
I want to say thank you. There are people's lives
666
00:35:11.159 --> 00:35:14.659
being transformed all over the world. Because of maturing ministers.
667
00:35:15.300 --> 00:35:18.369
And then chair number two. This is the thing that
668
00:35:18.389 --> 00:35:19.769
I need to know. One more thing I got to
669
00:35:19.829 --> 00:35:21.289
say about chair number three.
670
00:35:21.809 --> 00:35:25.469
Chair number three. We're the first responders spiritually.
671
00:35:27.170 --> 00:35:29.820
So when when you hear about somebody needing prayer, when
672
00:35:29.860 --> 00:35:30.920
you sit in chair number three.
673
00:35:32.460 --> 00:35:33.280
Thank you, Holy Spirit.
674
00:35:33.800 --> 00:35:35.880
When you sit in chair number three and you hear
675
00:35:35.920 --> 00:35:38.780
about somebody needing something, you don't sit here and keep eating.
676
00:35:38.840 --> 00:35:41.929
You get up from the table. When you hear about
677
00:35:41.949 --> 00:35:45.139
a family that's broken and lost, you don't keep just eating.
678
00:35:45.320 --> 00:35:47.110
You get up from the table and you say, hold on,
679
00:35:47.119 --> 00:35:49.000
what do you need? Do you need your drink refilled?
680
00:35:49.179 --> 00:35:50.960
Do you need something? Can I do something for you?
681
00:35:51.300 --> 00:35:53.659
If we are going to be the church of Jesus Christ,
682
00:35:53.760 --> 00:35:56.940
maturing believers are not there to be served. We are
683
00:35:56.980 --> 00:35:59.760
there to serve others. Let me tell you about chair
684
00:35:59.800 --> 00:36:02.500
number two people. These are people who are fresh in
685
00:36:02.760 --> 00:36:07.840
their faith. And I love this because this chair, this
686
00:36:07.920 --> 00:36:12.400
chair right here is for everybody. That's saying, you know what?
687
00:36:12.420 --> 00:36:15.440
I'm sick of living my own way. And I've made
688
00:36:15.480 --> 00:36:18.730
a decision for Jesus Christ. And there's many people watching
689
00:36:18.789 --> 00:36:21.349
right now that something in your heart is tugging on you.
690
00:36:21.369 --> 00:36:23.449
You're like, maybe this is it. Maybe that's the guy. Like,
691
00:36:23.489 --> 00:36:26.320
maybe I know he's wearing a Verified by God T-shirt.
692
00:36:26.380 --> 00:36:27.659
Is that a sign to me, Lord?
693
00:36:27.900 --> 00:36:28.659
And he's saying, yes.
694
00:36:29.349 --> 00:36:31.250
This is my sign that I want you to move
695
00:36:31.630 --> 00:36:34.130
from being around the table and I want you to
696
00:36:34.210 --> 00:36:36.110
sit down. I want you to accept me as your
697
00:36:36.150 --> 00:36:39.090
Lord and Savior. I want you to progress in your relationship.
698
00:36:39.309 --> 00:36:41.710
And yeah, one day you will progress and you'll be
699
00:36:41.750 --> 00:36:44.750
a mature minister. But right now, I'm so glad that
700
00:36:44.769 --> 00:36:47.090
you're just at the table. It kind of like the guy,
701
00:36:47.639 --> 00:36:50.360
the father, the prodigal son who he said, I want
702
00:36:50.380 --> 00:36:52.139
to throw a party for my son who's been a
703
00:36:52.179 --> 00:36:54.159
long way off. And he said, all I want him
704
00:36:54.179 --> 00:36:55.920
to do is be back at the house. And the
705
00:36:55.980 --> 00:36:57.840
first thing, y'all know what they did when he came home?
706
00:36:58.099 --> 00:37:00.679
They threw a house party. They threw a house party.
707
00:37:00.719 --> 00:37:02.139
They got the table and they.
708
00:37:02.039 --> 00:37:03.019
Put the food. Why?
709
00:37:03.300 --> 00:37:06.800
Because the son who was once lost is back home.
710
00:37:07.059 --> 00:37:09.239
And today, Transformation Church, I want to tell you that
711
00:37:09.260 --> 00:37:13.250
during this series, 1,447 people have come home.
712
00:37:13.590 --> 00:37:15.070
And oh, y'all don't hear me?
713
00:37:15.429 --> 00:37:19.369
They took their seat at the fresh believer's table.
714
00:37:19.670 --> 00:37:20.889
And they said, I.
715
00:37:20.869 --> 00:37:25.559
Don't want to eat. out in the elements anymore. I
716
00:37:25.599 --> 00:37:27.760
want to come into the house. I want to sit
717
00:37:27.820 --> 00:37:31.230
at the table and I want to be considered a son.
718
00:37:31.489 --> 00:37:33.550
And I'm telling you for everybody watching me right now,
719
00:37:33.809 --> 00:37:37.869
that is available to you today. And the last chair
720
00:37:37.889 --> 00:37:39.429
I got to talk to you about is the first chair.
721
00:37:40.949 --> 00:37:44.599
This first chair is the most important chair because this
722
00:37:44.659 --> 00:37:50.250
chair is for people who are far from God. And
723
00:37:50.349 --> 00:37:52.050
I want to explain this to you if you would
724
00:37:52.070 --> 00:37:56.320
just give me a few moments. This chair is the
725
00:37:56.380 --> 00:37:59.340
chair that's not going to know no scriptures. This chair
726
00:37:59.400 --> 00:38:01.239
is still going to smell like what they've been through.
727
00:38:02.340 --> 00:38:04.480
This chair is still going to cuss at the table.
728
00:38:05.519 --> 00:38:07.860
This chair, see some of y'all religious people are offended
729
00:38:07.920 --> 00:38:11.590
right now. This chair was meant to have people who
730
00:38:11.630 --> 00:38:14.429
do not know how to eat at the table.
731
00:38:14.769 --> 00:38:16.929
See, if I sit at your table and you have
732
00:38:16.969 --> 00:38:17.849
this little dish.
733
00:38:17.710 --> 00:38:20.070
Right here, one thing that I've understood and that I've
734
00:38:20.130 --> 00:38:22.409
learned is that people who have never been at a
735
00:38:22.469 --> 00:38:24.750
table like this don't know how to act when it's
736
00:38:24.809 --> 00:38:27.150
time to go to eat. So if I came in
737
00:38:27.210 --> 00:38:29.829
here to your table, to your church, and because I
738
00:38:29.869 --> 00:38:32.710
was so hungry that I did not know what I
739
00:38:32.750 --> 00:38:35.050
was supposed to do and I see food and I'm
740
00:38:35.090 --> 00:38:37.730
not sure what to do, please don't think it's strange
741
00:38:37.789 --> 00:38:38.989
if I put my hand in it.
742
00:38:40.849 --> 00:38:45.510
And somebody said, oh, no. They just ruined the whole meal.
743
00:38:46.590 --> 00:38:51.250
For people who have never been this desperate before. See,
744
00:38:51.269 --> 00:38:52.590
when I'm hungry.
745
00:38:53.880 --> 00:38:54.840
And I haven't eaten.
746
00:38:56.199 --> 00:39:00.440
And I've been going to everything else and I don't
747
00:39:00.500 --> 00:39:02.900
know where my next meal is coming from.
748
00:39:05.219 --> 00:39:06.380
Excuse me, y'all. Excuse me.
749
00:39:08.739 --> 00:39:12.179
And I was molested when I was a child and
750
00:39:12.239 --> 00:39:16.639
nobody's ever let me. Nobody's ever let me sit at
751
00:39:16.659 --> 00:39:19.800
the table and feel comfortable before. And every time I've
752
00:39:19.820 --> 00:39:22.900
come to anybody's table, they wanted me to pay before
753
00:39:22.960 --> 00:39:31.050
I ate. What I'm telling you is transformation, church. I
754
00:39:31.070 --> 00:39:32.840
don't care how people eat when they come to our
755
00:39:32.880 --> 00:39:37.320
table because when they're in chair one we expect it
756
00:39:38.820 --> 00:39:42.300
when you come broken when you come hurting when you
757
00:39:42.320 --> 00:39:46.619
come lost when you come when you come trying to
758
00:39:46.699 --> 00:39:50.659
just keep yourself from killing yourself And then people want
759
00:39:50.679 --> 00:39:52.920
to judge you for the way that you get this word.
760
00:39:53.260 --> 00:39:55.090
They want to tell you that you can't sit at
761
00:39:55.110 --> 00:39:57.110
the table. You can't dress like that. You can't act
762
00:39:57.150 --> 00:39:59.369
like that. You can't smell like that, baby. You don't
763
00:39:59.409 --> 00:40:01.510
know what I've been through. It's the grace of God
764
00:40:01.530 --> 00:40:03.949
that I'm just sitting at the table. And if we
765
00:40:04.050 --> 00:40:06.369
as a church don't say, do you need some more?
766
00:40:06.670 --> 00:40:08.510
Is there any more? Matter of fact, you don't have to.
767
00:40:08.550 --> 00:40:10.690
You can have the whole bowl. You can stand here.
768
00:40:10.730 --> 00:40:13.190
We got more in the back. We drink from a
769
00:40:13.230 --> 00:40:16.250
well that doesn't one dry. We remember where we used
770
00:40:16.329 --> 00:40:25.679
to be. Until the church starts inviting people to chair
771
00:40:25.880 --> 00:40:29.340
one that we know aren't going to act right. Y'all
772
00:40:29.360 --> 00:40:31.329
know we all got that cousin that don't never act right.
773
00:40:31.949 --> 00:40:33.429
Who I don't know what his name is for you,
774
00:40:33.469 --> 00:40:34.869
but I got one. I ain't going to call him
775
00:40:34.909 --> 00:40:36.570
out because he might be watching. But we all got
776
00:40:36.610 --> 00:40:39.610
a cousin that don't act right. Do you stop inviting them?
777
00:40:41.389 --> 00:40:45.739
Do you stop praying for them? And the sad truth
778
00:40:45.880 --> 00:40:48.869
is many of us have, and that's why There are
779
00:40:48.969 --> 00:40:52.219
people that are far from God but close to you
780
00:40:52.320 --> 00:40:57.139
and they still can't eat. They're far from God. They're
781
00:40:57.179 --> 00:40:59.300
close to you and you still won't invite them to
782
00:40:59.320 --> 00:41:02.949
the table. And so that's why when God looks down
783
00:41:02.989 --> 00:41:07.010
at churches, at the organization. And he says, man, I
784
00:41:07.070 --> 00:41:09.570
sent my servants, my ministers, I made them to be
785
00:41:09.610 --> 00:41:11.789
born into that family for such a time as this.
786
00:41:11.889 --> 00:41:13.250
I put them at that job.
787
00:41:13.590 --> 00:41:15.570
I did that all so that they could tell them
788
00:41:15.610 --> 00:41:18.030
and show them and be an example to them.
789
00:41:18.510 --> 00:41:19.269
Oh, but I forgot.
790
00:41:19.369 --> 00:41:24.530
They want every weekend to have a unbothered, un-messy meal.
791
00:41:25.849 --> 00:41:34.260
So they would rather have full plates, empty tables, and
792
00:41:34.300 --> 00:41:35.320
be a silent servant.
793
00:41:39.860 --> 00:41:40.960
That's not the church we're going to be.
794
00:41:43.559 --> 00:41:46.559
Everybody wants to reach people until we start having to
795
00:41:46.639 --> 00:41:50.699
reach people. Hold on, you mean I got to invite them?
796
00:41:51.519 --> 00:41:52.929
Hold on, you mean I got to give them a ride?
797
00:41:54.340 --> 00:41:57.030
Hold on, you mean I got to serve them? Church,
798
00:41:57.909 --> 00:42:01.710
Jesus tells us that he came not to be served,
799
00:42:02.730 --> 00:42:06.289
but to serve. What makes you think that if we're
800
00:42:06.309 --> 00:42:09.039
going to be like him, we get out of his way?
801
00:42:09.559 --> 00:42:13.139
Chief job description, servant.
802
00:42:14.320 --> 00:42:17.400
And that's why for all of us in this room,
803
00:42:18.579 --> 00:42:21.780
we have to get people to this table, to what
804
00:42:21.880 --> 00:42:24.800
John 6.35 says, the bread of life.
805
00:42:24.980 --> 00:42:28.280
Jesus literally says, I'm the bread of life.
806
00:42:28.570 --> 00:42:32.650
Why wouldn't we bring people who are starving for something
807
00:42:32.929 --> 00:42:37.510
real to the place where they could get healed, whole, delivered,
808
00:42:37.869 --> 00:42:40.769
set free, and then go back out to transform somebody
809
00:42:40.829 --> 00:42:41.329
else's life.
810
00:42:42.030 --> 00:42:44.289
Luke chapter 14, verse 17.
811
00:42:44.289 --> 00:42:48.099
When the banquet was ready, he sent his servants, his ministers,
812
00:42:48.500 --> 00:42:51.679
me and you, to tell all the guests, come, the
813
00:42:51.739 --> 00:42:57.769
banquet is ready. Are you telling the guests? Are you
814
00:42:57.809 --> 00:43:00.900
going to text somebody this week? Are you going to
815
00:43:01.139 --> 00:43:05.320
answer the great commission? Now, let's take it back just
816
00:43:05.340 --> 00:43:07.590
for one second. That word commission, it seems like a
817
00:43:07.610 --> 00:43:10.250
big word. But look what the definition of commission actually means.
818
00:43:10.389 --> 00:43:13.110
It means an instruction, a command or a duty given
819
00:43:13.150 --> 00:43:14.469
to a person or a group of people.
820
00:43:14.789 --> 00:43:15.929
So it's not deep.
821
00:43:16.230 --> 00:43:18.010
So like if we were at a barbecue and I
822
00:43:18.030 --> 00:43:20.329
got a big family, five brothers, all kinds of cousins,
823
00:43:20.369 --> 00:43:23.099
all that other stuff. Usually what happens when somebody's cooking
824
00:43:23.739 --> 00:43:26.780
and it's not ready fully yet, then then everybody's like
825
00:43:26.820 --> 00:43:29.619
playing dominoes and people are playing basketball and some people
826
00:43:29.679 --> 00:43:31.860
are doing some other stuff and watching the game. And
827
00:43:32.050 --> 00:43:35.489
usually the person who's in charge of the food grabs
828
00:43:35.510 --> 00:43:37.530
a little kid and brings him over and says, hey.
829
00:43:38.190 --> 00:43:39.949
Go tell everybody it's time to eat.
830
00:43:40.389 --> 00:43:43.389
And that little kid, maybe seven years old, doesn't even
831
00:43:43.429 --> 00:43:46.579
know how to read a full book yet, goes around
832
00:43:46.699 --> 00:43:47.920
and says, yo, it's.
833
00:43:47.860 --> 00:43:51.500
Time to eat. It's time to eat. They can interrupt anything.
834
00:43:51.719 --> 00:43:55.380
They can walk into any situation, not because of their merit,
835
00:43:55.489 --> 00:43:59.030
because they've been commissioned. They were commissioned by somebody who
836
00:43:59.070 --> 00:44:01.969
had authority that told them to share the good news
837
00:44:02.030 --> 00:44:03.170
that the table is set.
838
00:44:03.510 --> 00:44:04.590
And the food is ready.
839
00:44:04.849 --> 00:44:07.539
And they didn't have to worry about pottying on themselves
840
00:44:07.679 --> 00:44:10.380
because you'll still make messes when you're immature. They didn't
841
00:44:10.420 --> 00:44:12.699
have to worry. I feel the presence of God right now.
842
00:44:12.940 --> 00:44:15.289
They didn't have to worry about who they got in
843
00:44:15.329 --> 00:44:15.889
a fight with.
844
00:44:15.949 --> 00:44:17.429
They had been commissioned.
845
00:44:18.789 --> 00:44:21.309
And people that were more mature than them listened to
846
00:44:21.369 --> 00:44:23.280
them because of the good news they had to say.
847
00:44:24.969 --> 00:44:27.110
What I'm encouraging you is everything in.
848
00:44:27.090 --> 00:44:30.349
You that would make you feel disqualified, like you're not enough,
849
00:44:30.690 --> 00:44:33.050
that you've done too much. When God gives you a
850
00:44:33.199 --> 00:44:36.480
great commission, not just a regular commission, but a great commission.
851
00:44:36.760 --> 00:44:39.619
It's not about the deliverer of the news. It's about
852
00:44:39.659 --> 00:44:40.480
the deliverer.
853
00:44:41.940 --> 00:44:45.840
The one who wants to give you the food. And
854
00:44:45.880 --> 00:44:50.469
I'm asking you, will you please just go? Tell people.
855
00:44:51.510 --> 00:44:54.789
Tell them the food is ready. That the table is set.
856
00:44:55.230 --> 00:44:58.099
That they have a seat with their name on it.
857
00:44:59.070 --> 00:45:01.949
There is nothing like walking up to a table and
858
00:45:02.110 --> 00:45:05.449
seeing a card that has your name on it. And
859
00:45:05.489 --> 00:45:08.719
that's what personal invitation does. And that's what Matthew 28,
860
00:45:08.690 --> 00:45:08.860
19 says.
861
00:45:08.880 --> 00:45:09.159
Therefore, go.
862
00:45:11.739 --> 00:45:14.519
And make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the
863
00:45:14.559 --> 00:45:17.500
name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
864
00:45:17.539 --> 00:45:20.010
What are you saying, Pastor Mike? All ministers. Somebody say,
865
00:45:20.030 --> 00:45:21.570
that's me. Come on, that's me.
866
00:45:22.010 --> 00:45:27.050
All ministers must go to whoever and invite them to
867
00:45:27.070 --> 00:45:27.429
the table.
868
00:45:29.250 --> 00:45:31.510
That's all I'm trying to say. That's why I'm so
869
00:45:31.550 --> 00:45:32.269
passionate up here.
870
00:45:33.130 --> 00:45:36.190
Because if it wasn't for somebody in my life inviting
871
00:45:36.230 --> 00:45:38.929
me to the table, yeah, I had parents that loved God,
872
00:45:38.969 --> 00:45:42.010
and yeah, I... I grew up in church, but I
873
00:45:42.050 --> 00:45:44.630
hadn't given my life to God. And some of y'all
874
00:45:44.650 --> 00:45:48.510
think pastors end up just born in the fourth chair.
875
00:45:49.429 --> 00:45:49.929
No, baby.
876
00:45:51.190 --> 00:45:55.980
It wasn't just until just recently in the past decade
877
00:45:56.420 --> 00:45:59.840
that I really started maturing. But for years of my life,
878
00:46:01.900 --> 00:46:06.329
I claimed Christian. And I still sat in this chair.
879
00:46:08.010 --> 00:46:08.849
I claimed believer.
880
00:46:08.929 --> 00:46:11.659
Hallelujah. Corona. Nothing. Faith over fear.
881
00:46:13.380 --> 00:46:17.340
But I was still sitting in this chair. It wasn't
882
00:46:17.400 --> 00:46:21.519
until somebody really came and shared with me. You know
883
00:46:21.539 --> 00:46:24.130
you don't have to live like that, right? You know
884
00:46:24.150 --> 00:46:28.889
that God's really, really, really purchased all the crap you're
885
00:46:28.909 --> 00:46:29.309
dealing with.
886
00:46:29.849 --> 00:46:33.650
He took it. Your healing took stripes for your healing.
887
00:46:34.489 --> 00:46:38.159
Shame and condemnation. He dealt with that grief. He got
888
00:46:38.199 --> 00:46:40.639
that too. Give your life to him.
889
00:46:41.889 --> 00:46:45.210
And when I gave my life to him, I transitioned
890
00:46:45.250 --> 00:46:47.670
to this chair. This is the thing I want everybody
891
00:46:47.710 --> 00:46:51.030
to know. This chair is not better than this chair.
892
00:46:52.849 --> 00:46:55.670
This chair is not closer to God than this chair.
893
00:46:57.150 --> 00:47:01.309
This chair doesn't mean that you're all better than everybody else.
894
00:47:01.909 --> 00:47:04.130
All this chair means is you're not in control no more.
895
00:47:06.280 --> 00:47:10.880
And every time you go to another chair, you realize
896
00:47:11.000 --> 00:47:15.300
how much you don't know and how much God is
897
00:47:15.360 --> 00:47:18.960
in control. See, when you go from this chair to
898
00:47:19.000 --> 00:47:21.929
being a fresh believer, you move to this chair to
899
00:47:21.969 --> 00:47:25.050
being a maturing minister, this is when you know, if
900
00:47:25.130 --> 00:47:27.929
it wasn't for the grace of God, this is when
901
00:47:27.949 --> 00:47:30.429
you know, child, if you catch me on the wrong day,
902
00:47:30.489 --> 00:47:32.769
I might still cuss you out. But if it was
903
00:47:32.849 --> 00:47:35.190
not for the grace, come on, y'all, let's be real.
904
00:47:36.250 --> 00:47:41.429
This chair knows that it's only God. And when you
905
00:47:41.469 --> 00:47:45.000
get to this chair, I'm going to tell you a secret.
906
00:47:46.780 --> 00:47:50.119
Is that when you sit in this chair, my only
907
00:47:50.199 --> 00:47:52.440
job is to occupy this chair.
908
00:47:53.699 --> 00:47:58.789
Until the host comes in the room.
909
00:48:01.269 --> 00:48:05.889
I only sit here keeping things going Until God steps
910
00:48:05.969 --> 00:48:08.909
in the room. And when God steps in the room,
911
00:48:10.420 --> 00:48:11.239
I give him the chair.
912
00:48:12.440 --> 00:48:14.260
And I'm sitting here at your service. What do you
913
00:48:14.300 --> 00:48:15.920
want me to say? Who do you want us to
914
00:48:15.980 --> 00:48:16.360
give to?
915
00:48:16.719 --> 00:48:19.420
Because the goal is not that people would fall in
916
00:48:19.460 --> 00:48:22.179
love with who's in this chair. Unless it is the
917
00:48:22.260 --> 00:48:25.070
King of Kings. And the Lord of Lords. And the
918
00:48:25.260 --> 00:48:27.030
one who paid the price.
919
00:48:26.769 --> 00:48:31.449
For the meal to be made. And why I preach
920
00:48:31.469 --> 00:48:33.010
this series, who's the minister here?
921
00:48:34.039 --> 00:48:37.559
It's because my job is that as more people come
922
00:48:37.579 --> 00:48:41.889
into this room, that whoever's sitting in the maturing minister chair.
923
00:48:41.989 --> 00:48:45.320
They would follow my lead. That when God gets up.
924
00:48:46.260 --> 00:48:47.829
Sits down in the room that we get up and
925
00:48:47.849 --> 00:48:50.389
we start serving and there's more people that need chairs
926
00:48:50.710 --> 00:48:53.110
So the maturing ministers get up and we don't say.
927
00:48:53.150 --> 00:48:55.030
Who's gonna serve me. Where's my plate?
928
00:48:55.210 --> 00:48:57.010
We're up trying to get to service and we can
929
00:48:57.050 --> 00:48:59.090
convince people they're saying hold on There's so many people
930
00:48:59.269 --> 00:49:00.730
and I've been able to sit here and I'm a
931
00:49:00.789 --> 00:49:03.289
fresh believer But I want to mature and we start
932
00:49:03.349 --> 00:49:08.130
turning all of these chairs into places of service To
933
00:49:08.150 --> 00:49:12.099
where we can stand behind and serve humanity serve people
934
00:49:12.159 --> 00:49:15.929
in government and let the God of the universe Talk
935
00:49:16.090 --> 00:49:18.579
to every person that sits at this table.
936
00:49:19.329 --> 00:49:19.969
They don't need another.
937
00:49:20.139 --> 00:49:22.699
Word from a man they need a touch from God
938
00:49:23.739 --> 00:49:30.179
they don't need some inspiration they need an encounter what
939
00:49:30.199 --> 00:49:33.309
are you saying Pastor Mike it's time for you to
940
00:49:33.369 --> 00:49:37.489
go and get everybody verse 21 says well who do
941
00:49:37.510 --> 00:49:41.460
you want me to get It says, go and invite
942
00:49:41.539 --> 00:49:45.840
the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame.
943
00:49:45.969 --> 00:49:46.909
Let me tell you something.
944
00:49:47.389 --> 00:49:49.789
You have to invite the poor, people who can't meet
945
00:49:49.909 --> 00:49:52.510
any of your needs. You have to invite the crippled,
946
00:49:53.050 --> 00:49:55.329
ones that we're going to have to serve. You're going
947
00:49:55.349 --> 00:49:58.550
to have to invite the blind, ones who don't see
948
00:49:58.590 --> 00:50:01.840
the way you see, and the lame, people who are
949
00:50:01.860 --> 00:50:06.380
going to need continual help. That's who we, the church,
950
00:50:06.420 --> 00:50:11.760
the ministers, are called to go invite. That's why Romans 10, 14.
951
00:50:11.760 --> 00:50:14.679
Write this down, underline it, highlight it, tattoo it on
952
00:50:14.719 --> 00:50:19.079
your chest. But how can they call on him to
953
00:50:19.219 --> 00:50:23.639
save them unless they believe in him? And how can
954
00:50:23.659 --> 00:50:27.239
they believe in him if they have never heard about him?
955
00:50:27.860 --> 00:50:33.099
And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
956
00:50:35.880 --> 00:50:42.469
We got the cure for something. that humanity is dying for.
957
00:50:43.150 --> 00:50:45.809
Will you tell them? What are you saying, Pastor Mike?
958
00:50:46.389 --> 00:50:50.440
My last point. If I don't go, they won't know.
959
00:50:52.099 --> 00:50:55.659
You need to think about that. Every person, you scroll
960
00:50:55.699 --> 00:50:57.239
past and be like, oh, that's sad that they're going
961
00:50:57.260 --> 00:50:57.579
through that.
962
00:50:57.639 --> 00:51:02.889
DM them. Call them. Text your cousin. Text your family members.
963
00:51:03.269 --> 00:51:06.329
Because if I don't go, Well, somebody else will do it.
964
00:51:06.340 --> 00:51:08.340
There's somebody. Does somebody's church service still go to?
965
00:51:08.579 --> 00:51:08.699
No.
966
00:51:09.019 --> 00:51:12.960
If I don't go, they won't know. Next week is Easter.
967
00:51:13.820 --> 00:51:18.820
And I'm believing for Transformation Church to see the greatest
968
00:51:18.900 --> 00:51:22.679
harvest of souls that we've ever seen in the history
969
00:51:23.059 --> 00:51:26.099
of this church. I'm literally, my faith, my crazy faith,
970
00:51:26.380 --> 00:51:28.739
I'm believing for tens of thousands of people to get
971
00:51:28.840 --> 00:51:33.489
saved next week. But do you know how dumb that
972
00:51:33.550 --> 00:51:37.110
would sound? For me to get up here in front
973
00:51:37.119 --> 00:51:38.869
of the thousands of people watching.
974
00:51:38.610 --> 00:51:40.630
And say, there's tons of people going to get saved
975
00:51:40.670 --> 00:51:46.329
next week. And we prepare the table. I make the food.
976
00:51:46.429 --> 00:51:48.210
I probably ain't going to sleep all week just trying
977
00:51:48.230 --> 00:51:50.610
to make sure I'm saying the right thing for God's people.
978
00:51:51.010 --> 00:51:56.590
People who will come one time. The atmosphere will be ready.
979
00:51:56.630 --> 00:51:58.230
The worship is going to be crazy next week.
980
00:52:01.969 --> 00:52:05.760
Where are the people? Who's over the invite?
981
00:52:07.380 --> 00:52:11.780
I declare to you as the ministers in our home,
982
00:52:12.260 --> 00:52:16.670
in our communities, on our jobs, that this was the
983
00:52:16.730 --> 00:52:22.070
last Sunday for this church where there would be somebody
984
00:52:22.110 --> 00:52:25.570
who needed to eat at this table today. The reason
985
00:52:25.610 --> 00:52:28.670
they ate because they didn't know. You can deny us
986
00:52:28.789 --> 00:52:30.030
once we give you the invitation.
987
00:52:30.150 --> 00:52:30.530
All good.
988
00:52:31.750 --> 00:52:35.150
At least you know there's food, there's healing, there's nourishment
989
00:52:35.210 --> 00:52:38.349
for you. But it will never be on us again
990
00:52:40.409 --> 00:52:48.219
that there would be full plates, empty tables, and silent servants.
991
00:52:49.599 --> 00:52:52.260
Today I want to pray for you. I want to
992
00:52:52.320 --> 00:52:55.000
pray that something would stir up on the inside of
993
00:52:55.059 --> 00:52:59.309
you that can never be shut down ever again. We're
994
00:52:59.349 --> 00:53:06.019
talking about eternity here. heaven and hell, eternities. And we
995
00:53:06.079 --> 00:53:09.340
have the ability to do something about it. Do you
996
00:53:09.400 --> 00:53:13.480
know how powerless corona becomes when you know your eternity
997
00:53:13.539 --> 00:53:18.599
is secure? Y'all are missing the point. So many people
998
00:53:18.679 --> 00:53:21.539
are fearful from leaving this, but do you know what
999
00:53:21.579 --> 00:53:26.400
we get after this? That's why I don't care if
1000
00:53:26.579 --> 00:53:29.739
this is going to take me out. Let it come,
1001
00:53:29.860 --> 00:53:33.159
because that means I'm going to get my crown.
1002
00:53:34.380 --> 00:53:35.860
I'm going to be with Jesus.
1003
00:53:36.920 --> 00:53:39.090
But I can't imagine what it feels like to be
1004
00:53:39.139 --> 00:53:44.110
living with no uncertainty of what tomorrow holds. You're trapped
1005
00:53:44.150 --> 00:53:47.809
in fear. And today, it won't be on our hands anymore.
1006
00:53:48.420 --> 00:53:51.079
Lift your hands all over this place. Everybody that's listening
1007
00:53:51.119 --> 00:53:54.289
to me, everybody that is watching on rebroadcast. Father, in
1008
00:53:54.309 --> 00:53:56.489
the name of Jesus, I thank you that you've already
1009
00:53:56.530 --> 00:53:59.809
ordained these people, Father God, to be your ministers. Father God,
1010
00:54:00.219 --> 00:54:03.820
you've commanded us to mature in your word. And now today, Father,
1011
00:54:03.840 --> 00:54:06.880
you are commissioning.
1012
00:54:05.559 --> 00:54:08.219
Us to go, go into all the world.
1013
00:54:08.599 --> 00:54:13.869
Not just the earth, but the systems, governmental systems, educational systems,
1014
00:54:14.730 --> 00:54:18.809
and our technology systems, every system, God, and make disciples,
1015
00:54:18.889 --> 00:54:22.309
Father God. The table is ready. The food is ready,
1016
00:54:22.369 --> 00:54:25.179
Father God. And now we will invite the people to
1017
00:54:25.219 --> 00:54:29.519
a great feast. Father, next week, we celebrate the greatest
1018
00:54:29.719 --> 00:54:30.880
victory that.
1019
00:54:30.760 --> 00:54:32.880
Has ever happened in human history.
1020
00:54:33.559 --> 00:54:36.239
And God, I thank you that the tables will be
1021
00:54:36.519 --> 00:54:40.940
so packed with the grace of The good news, and
1022
00:54:41.000 --> 00:54:44.780
I thank you that there will not be one person
1023
00:54:44.940 --> 00:54:49.179
left from the table who we could have invited. Father,
1024
00:54:49.199 --> 00:54:53.519
when the servant came back after inviting everybody, the report was,
1025
00:54:53.619 --> 00:54:58.849
there's still more room. And today, Father God, I thank
1026
00:54:58.869 --> 00:55:01.269
you that we would make the connection with that person.
1027
00:55:01.530 --> 00:55:05.130
Invite them personally, Father. Text them. Call them, Father God,
1028
00:55:05.369 --> 00:55:07.170
and invite them because there's still room.
1029
00:55:07.690 --> 00:55:12.019
I declare that the spirit of invitation would raise up
1030
00:55:12.099 --> 00:55:13.619
on the inside of us. We wouldn't be able to
1031
00:55:13.679 --> 00:55:16.559
go to these places and not see your children and
1032
00:55:16.619 --> 00:55:18.960
realize that they're your passion and you want a relationship
1033
00:55:18.980 --> 00:55:21.559
with them. Father, thank you that next week will be
1034
00:55:21.619 --> 00:55:25.309
a huge house party. that people from all different walks
1035
00:55:25.369 --> 00:55:29.309
of life, atheists, Buddhists, everybody, Father God, lost, broken, they'll
1036
00:55:29.329 --> 00:55:31.130
come into this place and they'll eat the best food
1037
00:55:31.150 --> 00:55:35.190
they've ever eaten. And Father, we'll step back and allow you,
1038
00:55:35.250 --> 00:55:36.969
the host, to have an encounter with them.
1039
00:55:37.659 --> 00:55:40.579
We believe you, we thank you, and we trust you
1040
00:55:40.619 --> 00:55:43.139
for it. In Jesus' name, we agree.
1041
00:55:43.559 --> 00:55:46.679
Somebody say amen. Come on, clap your hands right there.
1042
00:55:46.699 --> 00:55:48.099
Type amen in the comments.
1043
00:55:48.539 --> 00:55:50.280
Now listen, listen, listen, listen.
1044
00:55:51.119 --> 00:55:53.909
I need you to have action behind this. Don't just
1045
00:55:53.949 --> 00:55:57.159
say amen and then be like, all right, what's on Netflix? Like,
1046
00:55:57.880 --> 00:56:00.579
I need you to do something. This week, I want
1047
00:56:00.619 --> 00:56:04.300
to present to Transformation Church, Transformation Nation, what I'm calling
1048
00:56:04.380 --> 00:56:08.159
the win is in the 10 challenge. The win is
1049
00:56:08.300 --> 00:56:10.980
in 10 challenge, okay? And this is going to cause
1050
00:56:11.019 --> 00:56:13.099
you to go do something. What I'm asking you to
1051
00:56:13.139 --> 00:56:15.739
do is for 10 minutes every day, I want you
1052
00:56:15.760 --> 00:56:19.239
to pray for those who are far from God. I
1053
00:56:19.280 --> 00:56:21.260
want you to call them by name. There are people
1054
00:56:21.280 --> 00:56:23.489
that you know that are far from God and don't
1055
00:56:23.550 --> 00:56:24.349
leave nobody out.
1056
00:56:24.409 --> 00:56:25.750
Well, I know they crazy.
1057
00:56:25.989 --> 00:56:29.650
You don't know that they're one moment away from turning
1058
00:56:29.710 --> 00:56:32.090
their entire life around. And matter of fact, last night
1059
00:56:32.349 --> 00:56:35.210
while they were praying to not wake up, they said, God,
1060
00:56:35.250 --> 00:56:37.130
if you're real, send somebody to tell me.
1061
00:56:38.760 --> 00:56:39.579
We're going to pray for them.
1062
00:56:40.340 --> 00:56:42.670
Every day this week, we're going to pray for 10 minutes,
1063
00:56:42.829 --> 00:56:44.329
and we're resourcing you to do that.
1064
00:56:44.690 --> 00:56:46.750
On the Transformation Church app, you can.
1065
00:56:46.650 --> 00:56:49.190
Go there, and on our online, you can go there,
1066
00:56:49.210 --> 00:56:51.190
and it says This Week at TC, and you will
1067
00:56:51.269 --> 00:56:54.429
see the header, and there are actual prayers in Scripture.
1068
00:56:54.449 --> 00:56:56.500
You don't even have to... to like fake it.
1069
00:56:56.800 --> 00:56:58.880
We will teach you how to pray for these people
1070
00:56:59.099 --> 00:57:01.460
for 10 minutes every day and join us at noon
1071
00:57:01.659 --> 00:57:04.619
online every day. We're going to be praying every day
1072
00:57:04.679 --> 00:57:06.349
during this week. We're going to pray for those who
1073
00:57:06.409 --> 00:57:08.210
are lost. The second thing that I want you to
1074
00:57:08.269 --> 00:57:11.230
do is I want you to give 10 personal invitations
1075
00:57:11.309 --> 00:57:14.389
to the table this week. I want you to, if
1076
00:57:14.429 --> 00:57:17.019
you can talk to somebody face-to-face, that's the best. Don't
1077
00:57:17.039 --> 00:57:20.739
just DM them. Talk to them face-to-face. FaceTime somebody. You
1078
00:57:20.780 --> 00:57:23.099
can't do that, call them. Say, hey, I was thinking
1079
00:57:23.139 --> 00:57:25.900
about you. Hey, I really, really want you to come
1080
00:57:25.960 --> 00:57:28.809
to church with me. Yeah, yeah, come to church with me. Like,
1081
00:57:29.250 --> 00:57:30.829
I'm going to send you the link. I want you
1082
00:57:30.849 --> 00:57:32.690
to be a part of what this is doing. And
1083
00:57:32.789 --> 00:57:34.969
I promise you, listen to me as your pastor, I
1084
00:57:35.050 --> 00:57:38.030
promise you that I will not embarrass you. I may
1085
00:57:38.070 --> 00:57:41.599
embarrass Natalie, but I will not embarrass you. I'm going
1086
00:57:41.639 --> 00:57:44.789
to honor their time. I'm going to speak a gospel
1087
00:57:44.829 --> 00:57:46.650
message that tells them the good news. And I'm going
1088
00:57:46.670 --> 00:57:48.230
to tell you, matter of fact, I'm telling you right now,
1089
00:57:48.269 --> 00:57:52.239
I'm preaching a message called the middle in this message.
1090
00:57:52.360 --> 00:57:55.039
God has given me a revelation to what happens when
1091
00:57:55.059 --> 00:57:57.619
we're in the middle and what happens when he gets.
1092
00:57:57.500 --> 00:57:57.920
In the middle.
1093
00:57:58.179 --> 00:58:00.400
And I'm telling you, this word is already in me
1094
00:58:00.639 --> 00:58:02.280
and nobody wants to miss it because it's going to
1095
00:58:02.320 --> 00:58:04.750
give you hope and it's going to lead people to Jesus.
1096
00:58:05.570 --> 00:58:07.429
I want you to invite 10 people. Let me say
1097
00:58:07.449 --> 00:58:09.110
it like this. At least 10 people.
1098
00:58:09.710 --> 00:58:12.639
Because some of y'all are going to hear the gravity
1099
00:58:12.679 --> 00:58:15.480
of this message and you're going to invite everybody you see, everybody.
1100
00:58:15.179 --> 00:58:16.119
You know to this table.
1101
00:58:16.539 --> 00:58:17.960
And the last thing that I want you to do
1102
00:58:17.980 --> 00:58:20.539
is I want you to share a message to help
1103
00:58:20.599 --> 00:58:23.099
prepare people's hearts. I want you to share it 10
1104
00:58:23.099 --> 00:58:25.309
times this week. I want you to go to Facebook
1105
00:58:25.349 --> 00:58:28.070
and share a message. Go to YouTube, copy the link.
1106
00:58:27.889 --> 00:58:28.269
And share it.
1107
00:58:28.489 --> 00:58:30.809
If you're a little more seasoned saints, ask your grandkids
1108
00:58:30.849 --> 00:58:32.260
or your son or your daughter, they'll tell you how
1109
00:58:32.300 --> 00:58:32.559
to do it.
1110
00:58:32.780 --> 00:58:33.639
But I want you to share.
1111
00:58:33.880 --> 00:58:37.500
This is the most time they're literally thinking about turning
1112
00:58:37.559 --> 00:58:40.389
down the internet speed for everybody because of how many
1113
00:58:40.429 --> 00:58:42.670
people are online now. And I'm just thinking, how many
1114
00:58:42.730 --> 00:58:45.050
people are watching things that are taking away from them,
1115
00:58:45.269 --> 00:58:47.510
depleting them? What if we could give them something that
1116
00:58:47.530 --> 00:58:50.010
would open their heart and be ready to receive Jesus?
1117
00:58:50.369 --> 00:58:51.329
I'm making a suggestion.
1118
00:58:51.710 --> 00:58:55.409
Last Easter's message I preached called Thirst Trap. I want
1119
00:58:55.429 --> 00:58:58.130
you to send that message to at least 10 people.
1120
00:58:58.409 --> 00:59:00.389
Share it with 10 people. And some of y'all are
1121
00:59:00.409 --> 00:59:02.449
going to do it 10 times every day because there's
1122
00:59:02.510 --> 00:59:05.670
so many people that need God. Because we're making a
1123
00:59:05.710 --> 00:59:09.570
decision as a church that we no longer will allow
1124
00:59:09.650 --> 00:59:14.300
God to make a way for us and there be
1125
00:59:15.739 --> 00:59:19.199
empty tables, full plates, and empty chairs.
1126
00:59:20.599 --> 00:59:22.300
I said that all wrong. Forgive me.
1127
00:59:24.730 --> 00:59:25.289
Oh, God.
1128
00:59:25.489 --> 00:59:27.090
Y'all know what I'm saying. I'm done. I'm tired.
1129
00:59:27.710 --> 00:59:30.230
I love y'all so much. Can we pray together? Father,
1130
00:59:31.050 --> 00:59:33.309
I thank you for every person that is watching online.
1131
00:59:34.530 --> 00:59:36.650
And I thank you for those who need to make
1132
00:59:36.690 --> 00:59:39.230
a decision to go from chair one.
1133
00:59:41.949 --> 00:59:42.780
To chair two, God.
1134
00:59:44.280 --> 00:59:47.820
They're far from you right now, but they need to
1135
00:59:47.880 --> 00:59:50.639
be close to you. If that's you right now, just
1136
00:59:50.880 --> 00:59:52.300
wherever you are, I want you to lift your hand
1137
00:59:52.340 --> 00:59:52.599
right now.
1138
00:59:53.000 --> 00:59:54.480
I'm going to pray for you. Come on.
1139
00:59:54.659 --> 00:59:55.840
If that's you right there, I want you to lift
1140
00:59:55.860 --> 00:59:58.690
your hand. In Transformation Church, I want us to pray
1141
00:59:58.730 --> 01:00:01.570
this prayer together. Y'all know we're a church. We're a family.
1142
01:00:02.010 --> 01:00:02.730
We don't pray alone.
1143
01:00:03.349 --> 01:00:05.210
I want everybody who wants to make Jesus Christ their
1144
01:00:05.250 --> 01:00:07.289
personal Lord and Savior and go from chair one far
1145
01:00:07.329 --> 01:00:09.530
from God to fresh start in God.
1146
01:00:10.469 --> 01:00:10.989
Pray this prayer.
1147
01:00:11.010 --> 01:00:16.590
Say, God, thank you for sending Jesus just for me. Today,
1148
01:00:17.340 --> 01:00:18.739
I give you control of my life.
1149
01:00:19.469 --> 01:00:23.179
I believe you lived, you died, and you rose again
1150
01:00:24.059 --> 01:00:30.389
just for me. Change me. Renew me. Transform me. I'm yours.
1151
01:00:31.030 --> 01:00:33.280
In Jesus name. Amen.
1152
01:00:33.860 --> 01:00:37.329
Hey, if you made that decision, I need somebody right now.
1153
01:00:37.690 --> 01:00:41.590
There are thousands of hands going crazy all over the world.
1154
01:00:41.710 --> 01:00:43.769
If you made that decision, I want you to text
1155
01:00:43.829 --> 01:00:46.210
the number on the screen. Come on. I see hands
1156
01:00:46.250 --> 01:00:48.230
going up. Kelly made the decision.
1157
01:00:48.289 --> 01:00:52.010
I see you. God bless you, Kelly. Zebra Jones made
1158
01:00:52.030 --> 01:00:54.969
the decision right now. Michelle made the decision.
1159
01:00:55.030 --> 01:00:59.650
Come on, y'all. This is real salvation. Oh, my goodness. God,
1160
01:00:59.730 --> 01:01:05.039
thank you, Lord. Caroline made the decision. Text that number.
1161
01:01:05.079 --> 01:01:07.800
We want to give you resources. And we're going to
1162
01:01:07.820 --> 01:01:10.389
be the ministers here. I can't wait to see you
1163
01:01:10.429 --> 01:01:12.219
next week and everybody you bring in.
1164
01:01:12.449 --> 01:01:15.190
God, I declare and I speak a blessing over everybody
1165
01:01:15.230 --> 01:01:17.710
that's watching. God, I thank you that this word goes
1166
01:01:17.789 --> 01:01:20.820
deep down in their hearts. Disturb their dreams with it,
1167
01:01:20.849 --> 01:01:21.409
Father God.
1168
01:01:21.530 --> 01:01:22.239
Let them know.
1169
01:01:22.579 --> 01:01:26.050
That it is our burden to be able to invite
1170
01:01:26.139 --> 01:01:27.650
people to this table, God.
1171
01:01:27.670 --> 01:01:29.449
And I thank you for transformation to happen.
1172
01:01:29.769 --> 01:01:31.869
I declare that this will be the best week they've
1173
01:01:31.929 --> 01:01:34.750
ever had. Father God, that even as things get worse
1174
01:01:34.809 --> 01:01:36.949
in the world, Father, we will be more anchored in you,
1175
01:01:37.010 --> 01:01:39.849
Father God. For everybody who is hopeless and grieving, I
1176
01:01:39.909 --> 01:01:42.320
thank you for being the paraclete, the one that comes
1177
01:01:42.380 --> 01:01:44.599
alongside and help. And I thank you, Father, that you
1178
01:01:44.619 --> 01:01:47.000
will use our hands and our feet to spread the
1179
01:01:47.039 --> 01:01:50.099
gospel of Jesus Christ. Until we meet again, Father, let
1180
01:01:50.159 --> 01:01:53.079
us live a transformed life. In Jesus name, we agree.
1181
01:01:53.539 --> 01:01:56.590
Amen. I love you, Transformation Church. I'll see you next week.
1182
01:01:58.110 --> 01:02:01.909
Thank you so much for watching Transformation Church's YouTube. And
1183
01:02:01.949 --> 01:02:04.409
I just want you to take another step. If this
1184
01:02:04.489 --> 01:02:08.510
is feeding you, join Transformation Nation. That's everybody that doesn't
1185
01:02:08.550 --> 01:02:11.960
live here in Tulsa watching live with us on Sunday mornings.
1186
01:02:12.019 --> 01:02:12.760
Gather your family.
1187
01:02:12.780 --> 01:02:16.760
Let's make this thing an every week situation. And please share.
1188
01:02:17.260 --> 01:02:19.800
Share if it has impacted your life. There is somebody
1189
01:02:20.010 --> 01:02:22.630
that is waiting for you to share this with them.
1190
01:02:22.929 --> 01:02:25.489
And transformation is only a click away. And there's one
1191
01:02:25.510 --> 01:02:28.170
more thing I would ask you to do. Pray about giving.
1192
01:02:28.550 --> 01:02:31.210
If you want to help us take this message all
1193
01:02:31.269 --> 01:02:33.949
around the world and represent God to lost and found
1194
01:02:33.969 --> 01:02:36.659
people for one reason, transformation in Christ, you can do
1195
01:02:36.719 --> 01:02:39.400
that right now by clicking the give button. I cannot
1196
01:02:39.440 --> 01:02:41.019
wait to see you the next time we're here.
1197
01:02:41.380 --> 01:02:42.780
Live a transformed life.
1
00:00:00.430 --> 00:00:04.429
Here we go week three of a series that we've
2
00:00:04.490 --> 00:00:09.869
been calling Who's the minister here and in case you
3
00:00:09.929 --> 00:00:10.769
just tune it in?
4
00:00:11.070 --> 00:00:12.880
I want to say welcome. I'm crazy.
5
00:00:12.990 --> 00:00:15.679
I'm black and yes I'm wearing yellow camo pants and
6
00:00:15.820 --> 00:00:19.960
this is about to be the most impactful message and
7
00:00:20.000 --> 00:00:25.129
the most deploying message and this entire series the whole
8
00:00:25.210 --> 00:00:27.989
premise of this thing is that most people think I'm
9
00:00:28.030 --> 00:00:30.730
the minister but I'm not the minister here the Bible
10
00:00:30.789 --> 00:00:35.890
tells us that pastors teachers apostles prophets their whole job
11
00:00:36.030 --> 00:00:41.590
is to equip the minister yes you to do works
12
00:00:41.659 --> 00:00:44.159
of service. I dare somebody say, I'm the minister here.
13
00:00:44.439 --> 00:00:47.299
Come on, say it right now. I'm the minister here.
14
00:00:47.920 --> 00:00:50.439
And that's why God doesn't need another pastor or bishop
15
00:00:50.500 --> 00:00:53.899
or apostle in government or in entertainment or in the
16
00:00:53.960 --> 00:00:57.579
music industry or in teaching. He needs you to take
17
00:00:57.920 --> 00:01:00.799
ownership of the calling that he's placed on your life.
18
00:01:01.119 --> 00:01:04.670
And if you would just stand up and not be silent,
19
00:01:05.329 --> 00:01:08.129
he said, my minister's already in every place that I
20
00:01:08.170 --> 00:01:10.950
need them to be. And last week we talked about,
21
00:01:10.969 --> 00:01:12.450
all right, if we're going to be the minister, we're
22
00:01:12.469 --> 00:01:14.569
going to have to mature. And so we're not going
23
00:01:14.609 --> 00:01:16.030
to be a Toys R Us minister. We're going to
24
00:01:16.069 --> 00:01:19.269
be a maturing minister. And this week, I believe God
25
00:01:19.890 --> 00:01:24.069
told me that it would be irresponsible of me if
26
00:01:24.170 --> 00:01:27.400
we would go through this entire series and then not
27
00:01:27.480 --> 00:01:30.579
deploy people. So like if we would talk about, oh,
28
00:01:30.620 --> 00:01:32.219
I'm the minister here, but all you do is sit
29
00:01:32.260 --> 00:01:33.620
back on your couch and be.
30
00:01:33.579 --> 00:01:35.640
Like, oh, I love Transformation Church. Boy, I watch Pastor
31
00:01:35.659 --> 00:01:36.359
Mike all the time.
32
00:01:36.519 --> 00:01:40.400
Oh, he's so good. That does not move the kingdom
33
00:01:40.459 --> 00:01:44.569
of God forward. Many times all that does is pacify
34
00:01:44.829 --> 00:01:46.790
the things that are in us. And a lot of
35
00:01:46.849 --> 00:01:50.209
times this just perpetuates selfishness within our heart. Because as
36
00:01:50.250 --> 00:01:52.909
long as I'm healed, as long as I'm whole, as
37
00:01:52.969 --> 00:01:54.890
long as me and my family is taken care of,
38
00:01:55.189 --> 00:01:57.670
screw everybody else. But God said, that's not what I
39
00:01:57.730 --> 00:01:59.750
did when I came to send Jesus to die.
40
00:02:00.090 --> 00:02:02.650
He said the whole purpose was I'm going to take this.
41
00:02:03.060 --> 00:02:04.109
I'm a sacrifice.
42
00:02:04.469 --> 00:02:07.280
I'm going to become what everybody else needs so that
43
00:02:07.359 --> 00:02:10.500
I can serve the whole world. And my thing is,
44
00:02:10.560 --> 00:02:13.419
if God said through Jesus, greater works what we do,
45
00:02:13.680 --> 00:02:14.699
where's your sacrifice?
46
00:02:15.889 --> 00:02:16.909
Where's your service?
47
00:02:17.990 --> 00:02:22.629
What are we doing to take this message beyond our mess?
48
00:02:23.490 --> 00:02:26.770
I just said something. How do we take the message
49
00:02:26.870 --> 00:02:29.990
beyond our mess? Because y'all know we.
50
00:02:29.889 --> 00:02:31.629
Just want the message. Oh, Lord, I hope I got
51
00:02:31.659 --> 00:02:32.379
a word for me today.
52
00:02:32.819 --> 00:02:34.919
And I hope that God does have a word for
53
00:02:34.960 --> 00:02:38.939
you today. But how many words do you need before
54
00:02:39.400 --> 00:02:43.389
you say somebody else needs this? How many prayers do
55
00:02:43.430 --> 00:02:45.419
you need before you offer up one prayer?
56
00:02:45.759 --> 00:02:47.620
I'm just asking you a question right now.
57
00:02:47.919 --> 00:02:49.939
How many times do you need to God to come
58
00:02:50.000 --> 00:02:52.909
through for you until you're an agent to come through
59
00:02:53.189 --> 00:02:57.370
on God's behalf for somebody else? What I'm saying to
60
00:02:57.430 --> 00:03:01.610
you is church, if we don't get beyond our seat
61
00:03:02.110 --> 00:03:06.569
of comfortability and what benefits us, we will never do
62
00:03:06.610 --> 00:03:09.240
what God created us to do as the church, was
63
00:03:09.280 --> 00:03:11.360
to become an example and then take.
64
00:03:11.159 --> 00:03:16.460
It to other people. And today... Your pastor's on one.
65
00:03:17.860 --> 00:03:20.000
I'm about to come real strong at you this morning
66
00:03:20.379 --> 00:03:22.960
as we end this series. And I want you to
67
00:03:23.000 --> 00:03:24.659
buckle up. Somebody say buckle up. I want to see
68
00:03:24.680 --> 00:03:26.960
it in the comments right now. I'm watching you right now.
69
00:03:27.340 --> 00:03:31.530
Buckle up because we're about to go to another level. Now,
70
00:03:31.710 --> 00:03:33.569
one of the things that I have to admit that
71
00:03:33.629 --> 00:03:38.030
as we've been in quarantine, it sucks. First off, second
72
00:03:38.069 --> 00:03:39.650
thing I need you to know is that I miss
73
00:03:39.710 --> 00:03:42.770
having tons of people around. Usually my house is like
74
00:03:43.150 --> 00:03:46.689
the epicenter of like gathering and communication.
75
00:03:46.729 --> 00:03:49.810
So I decided today we're gonna have a house party.
76
00:03:50.090 --> 00:03:52.430
Now, if anybody's ever been to a house party, there
77
00:03:52.449 --> 00:03:55.469
are like four key ingredients that you need for any
78
00:03:55.550 --> 00:03:57.849
successful house party. The first thing you need, and you
79
00:03:57.900 --> 00:03:59.639
might not think this is essential, but I'm telling you
80
00:03:59.680 --> 00:04:01.860
it's essential. The first thing you need for any house
81
00:04:01.900 --> 00:04:03.419
party is a table, okay?
82
00:04:03.580 --> 00:04:04.960
You need a table. Can y'all bring me out a
83
00:04:04.979 --> 00:04:05.680
table real quick?
84
00:04:05.960 --> 00:04:08.740
Because the reason that you need a table at a
85
00:04:08.759 --> 00:04:10.520
house party, no, no, no, no, no, no.
86
00:04:10.659 --> 00:04:12.370
No, we won't be at the table the whole time.
87
00:04:12.689 --> 00:04:15.270
But the thing about the table is the table is
88
00:04:15.330 --> 00:04:19.009
the gathering place. It's the place that everybody comes around. Now,
89
00:04:19.589 --> 00:04:21.209
maybe not for some of y'all because somebody in your
90
00:04:21.230 --> 00:04:24.089
family can't cook. But at a black household, my mama's there,
91
00:04:24.149 --> 00:04:25.529
my wife is there, and some.
92
00:04:25.430 --> 00:04:25.870
Of these people.
93
00:04:26.290 --> 00:04:29.889
Where we gather is around the table. Everybody say the table.
94
00:04:30.350 --> 00:04:32.769
And the reason we get around the table is because
95
00:04:32.810 --> 00:04:36.269
of the second ingredient that we need is food. When
96
00:04:36.329 --> 00:04:39.720
you get around the table, y'all, there's some fried chicken here,
97
00:04:39.759 --> 00:04:40.720
some mashed potatoes.
98
00:04:41.000 --> 00:04:43.019
Some mac and cheese, some green beans, some rolls.
99
00:04:43.199 --> 00:04:44.879
And I told them to bring real food because I
100
00:04:44.920 --> 00:04:46.519
may get hungry during this message.
101
00:04:46.839 --> 00:04:48.220
So that's real food. I'm going to eat some of
102
00:04:48.240 --> 00:04:48.779
it in a little bit.
103
00:04:49.519 --> 00:04:52.420
But the reason to have any good house party, you
104
00:04:52.439 --> 00:04:54.519
need a table because it's the gathering place.
105
00:04:54.819 --> 00:04:55.879
Then you need food.
106
00:04:56.139 --> 00:04:58.610
And then the third thing that you need, and some
107
00:04:58.639 --> 00:05:00.670
of y'all don't know nothing about this because y'all eat
108
00:05:00.699 --> 00:05:03.829
in silence, but you need a playlist. You cannot have
109
00:05:03.870 --> 00:05:06.050
a good house party without good music.
110
00:05:06.089 --> 00:05:10.550
DJ, could you put me on some music, please? This
111
00:05:10.569 --> 00:05:13.970
is how we do it. Hey, now you know. This
112
00:05:13.990 --> 00:05:17.939
is how we do it. Hey, you know food tastes
113
00:05:18.019 --> 00:05:23.240
better when you got some good music. That was good.
114
00:05:23.259 --> 00:05:27.920
My God, turn the music off. My God, today. Where
115
00:05:27.939 --> 00:05:31.439
that chicken from? My God. Now, I got to swallow it.
116
00:05:31.459 --> 00:05:35.769
Hold on. Glory to God.
117
00:05:36.290 --> 00:05:40.319
Now, I got a table, the gathering place. I got
118
00:05:40.360 --> 00:05:43.680
the food because it's the substance. I got the playlist.
119
00:05:43.720 --> 00:05:47.399
I got the atmosphere. The only thing that I need
120
00:05:48.459 --> 00:05:51.870
is people. Travis, where are the people that are supposed
121
00:05:51.889 --> 00:05:58.449
to be here for my example? Hold on one second, y'all.
122
00:05:59.470 --> 00:06:07.230
You forgot to invite the people? There's about 100,000 people online.
123
00:06:06.970 --> 00:06:07.550
Right now, Travis.
124
00:06:09.230 --> 00:06:13.310
Are you trying to get fired? I need people here
125
00:06:14.589 --> 00:06:21.000
because the table's set. The food is there. The atmosphere
126
00:06:21.040 --> 00:06:28.230
is right. But who was over the invites? Y'all missed it.
127
00:06:29.120 --> 00:06:32.879
There's no Travis out here. Travis is you. Because at
128
00:06:32.899 --> 00:06:35.100
the end of the day, I think this is how
129
00:06:35.139 --> 00:06:41.290
God feels every Sunday. It's when he comes in And
130
00:06:41.370 --> 00:06:44.500
he makes a table, the church, the gathering place. And no,
131
00:06:44.540 --> 00:06:46.339
it's not happening in a building, but it's happening all
132
00:06:46.399 --> 00:06:48.899
over the world. And then he sets food. And that's
133
00:06:48.939 --> 00:06:50.920
why me and him are in the kitchen all week
134
00:06:51.019 --> 00:06:53.259
long trying to say, is this the dish we're supposed
135
00:06:53.300 --> 00:06:55.959
to cook? Is this what I'm supposed to season this with?
136
00:06:56.240 --> 00:06:58.519
Less of me, more of you. Teach me, great chef,
137
00:06:58.560 --> 00:07:00.670
how to make this meal. The food is here.
138
00:07:00.990 --> 00:07:04.149
The atmosphere is set. The worship that just went forth.
139
00:07:04.350 --> 00:07:04.889
The giving.
140
00:07:05.009 --> 00:07:10.490
Our hearts are open. But where are the people? And
141
00:07:10.529 --> 00:07:14.259
the crazy thing about it is the people is not
142
00:07:14.339 --> 00:07:18.279
the pastor's job. The people is not the worship team's job.
143
00:07:18.579 --> 00:07:24.000
The people is the minister's job. So if we are
144
00:07:24.139 --> 00:07:26.970
a church that is going to move the message of
145
00:07:27.089 --> 00:07:30.269
Jesus Christ, if people are going to get nourished, if
146
00:07:30.350 --> 00:07:33.250
people are going to be able to heal.
147
00:07:33.230 --> 00:07:36.329
From this world's anemic.
148
00:07:36.250 --> 00:07:39.990
Level of living, They're going to have to come to
149
00:07:40.029 --> 00:07:43.509
a gathering place where there is nutritious food, where they
150
00:07:43.529 --> 00:07:47.230
can get in the right atmosphere and they can be transformed.
151
00:07:47.670 --> 00:07:52.579
But who's over the invites? And this is.
152
00:07:52.560 --> 00:07:56.220
Where my burden is, because I felt like as I
153
00:07:56.240 --> 00:07:59.379
was praying this week, God said, Michael, I'm tired of
154
00:07:59.500 --> 00:08:08.180
full plates, empty tables and silent servants. Full plates, empty tables.
155
00:08:08.980 --> 00:08:11.759
and silent servants. I need you to write that down.
156
00:08:11.779 --> 00:08:14.160
That's the title of my message today. I'm going right
157
00:08:14.199 --> 00:08:17.220
for the gusto. This is the season where the church
158
00:08:17.360 --> 00:08:25.500
stops allowing full plates, empty tables, and silent servants. For
159
00:08:25.540 --> 00:08:28.560
too many years of my own life, I was around
160
00:08:28.620 --> 00:08:31.519
things that could transform other people's life and never shared
161
00:08:31.560 --> 00:08:35.750
it with them. I was in atmospheres where people were
162
00:08:35.769 --> 00:08:37.879
getting healed, delivered, and set free, and then I would
163
00:08:37.909 --> 00:08:40.259
go outside of there and see people addicted to all
164
00:08:40.320 --> 00:08:43.080
kinds of substances and never even offer them Jesus.
165
00:08:45.000 --> 00:08:47.019
I'm not coming at you. I'm telling my own story.
166
00:08:47.940 --> 00:08:50.259
This thing has a way of making you feel like
167
00:08:50.279 --> 00:08:54.059
you're okay if you're on the inside and not sharing
168
00:08:54.100 --> 00:08:57.799
what you have with anybody on the outside. But I
169
00:08:57.899 --> 00:09:00.220
came to put a stop to that today because we
170
00:09:00.259 --> 00:09:02.809
are the ministers here and we believe in what this
171
00:09:02.870 --> 00:09:04.850
thing is that we are claiming right now.
172
00:09:05.169 --> 00:09:09.149
And Christ is the answer to the whole world's problem.
173
00:09:10.210 --> 00:09:12.470
But how will they know if somebody don't tell them?
174
00:09:15.929 --> 00:09:19.919
And I'm sitting here in this moment. And I'm thinking
175
00:09:20.000 --> 00:09:23.039
about next week being Easter. Now, I need everybody to
176
00:09:23.100 --> 00:09:25.659
understand I couldn't have planned this. I couldn't have planned
177
00:09:25.679 --> 00:09:27.379
that we were in the middle of a pandemic. I
178
00:09:27.419 --> 00:09:29.960
couldn't have planned that. I literally me and Charles were
179
00:09:29.980 --> 00:09:33.039
looking at a clip from 2016. I think it was
180
00:09:33.240 --> 00:09:34.559
when I said, I'm going to do a series called
181
00:09:34.600 --> 00:09:35.419
Who's the Minister Here?
182
00:09:35.679 --> 00:09:35.960
I didn't.
183
00:09:36.240 --> 00:09:38.759
This could have happened any time. And we're the week
184
00:09:38.879 --> 00:09:43.230
before the greatest pandemic. celebration of the Christian faith. And
185
00:09:43.269 --> 00:09:44.909
I need you to understand why this is the greatest
186
00:09:44.929 --> 00:09:47.269
celebration of the Christian faith. I feel like preaching right now.
187
00:09:47.669 --> 00:09:50.909
It's because there are other religions and there are other gods,
188
00:09:50.929 --> 00:09:54.190
a little G, but the thing that separates our God
189
00:09:54.250 --> 00:09:57.620
from every other God is all of them died, but
190
00:09:57.720 --> 00:10:00.840
only one got up. Oh, y'all don't hear me in
191
00:10:00.899 --> 00:10:04.379
the building today. All of them died, but only one
192
00:10:04.440 --> 00:10:07.960
caught up with power and love and grace and mercy
193
00:10:08.200 --> 00:10:10.409
and conquered death, hell, and the grave.
194
00:10:10.450 --> 00:10:13.750
I dare somebody to say he got up. He got up.
195
00:10:14.690 --> 00:10:19.070
And because he got up, he's not a statuette. Because
196
00:10:19.110 --> 00:10:21.990
he got up, he's working in the affairs of your
197
00:10:22.049 --> 00:10:22.809
life right now.
198
00:10:23.509 --> 00:10:26.850
Because he got up, the addiction to pornography that used
199
00:10:26.870 --> 00:10:29.929
to hold me down no longer has a hold on me.
200
00:10:30.250 --> 00:10:31.870
Because he got up.
201
00:10:33.610 --> 00:10:36.340
I feel like fighting somebody. I don't know what's happening
202
00:10:36.360 --> 00:10:38.059
up here. Because he got up.
203
00:10:39.639 --> 00:10:42.080
And that's why we celebrate Easter.
204
00:10:43.340 --> 00:10:46.799
It's because God made a plan for us to be
205
00:10:46.860 --> 00:10:48.059
reconciled back to him.
206
00:10:48.690 --> 00:10:49.870
Through Jesus Christ.
207
00:10:50.389 --> 00:10:52.990
And Jesus died and he went into the tomb and
208
00:10:53.009 --> 00:10:54.649
they thought he was going to stay there.
209
00:10:54.990 --> 00:10:58.379
But on that third day, that mug rolled away and
210
00:10:58.529 --> 00:11:03.279
he got up. And because he got up, look at me,
211
00:11:03.919 --> 00:11:04.490
you can get up.
212
00:11:06.580 --> 00:11:09.720
Because he got up, no matter what is on you
213
00:11:09.759 --> 00:11:12.379
right now, No matter what tomb you think you're in,
214
00:11:12.399 --> 00:11:14.669
this ain't even my message, but somebody needs this encouraged.
215
00:11:15.049 --> 00:11:17.090
No matter what's going on in your life, because he
216
00:11:17.129 --> 00:11:20.289
got up, he said that you're supposed to follow my pattern.
217
00:11:20.669 --> 00:11:22.870
He said the only reason God sent him to earth
218
00:11:23.250 --> 00:11:24.970
is so that we could know how to walk.
219
00:11:25.309 --> 00:11:26.850
So you got to take the end too.
220
00:11:27.190 --> 00:11:30.649
So whatever tomb you've been lying in, whatever tomb your
221
00:11:30.690 --> 00:11:34.230
marriage has been in, whatever tomb, whatever they thought they killed,
222
00:11:34.409 --> 00:11:35.590
I feel this thing.
223
00:11:36.009 --> 00:11:39.330
God said, because I got up, you can get up.
224
00:11:41.529 --> 00:11:44.009
And that's why I want everybody to understand me today.
225
00:11:44.789 --> 00:11:47.950
The reason why the church has to be the loudest
226
00:11:48.029 --> 00:11:52.179
bullhorn for what's about to happen next week is because.
227
00:11:51.899 --> 00:11:55.440
We have the antidote to everybody's problem.
228
00:11:56.980 --> 00:11:59.720
Would you have the cure for coronavirus and keep it
229
00:11:59.759 --> 00:12:05.720
for only you? The question would be, If you had
230
00:12:06.240 --> 00:12:08.620
the cure right now, the government can't find it, but
231
00:12:08.679 --> 00:12:10.850
in your house somehow you done mixed up some stuff
232
00:12:10.879 --> 00:12:13.350
and done some things and all that other stuff and
233
00:12:13.389 --> 00:12:14.210
you get the cure.
234
00:12:15.809 --> 00:12:17.730
You would be considered.
235
00:12:17.289 --> 00:12:22.250
A terrorist if you had the cure and would not
236
00:12:22.330 --> 00:12:26.350
give it to other people. I want you to think
237
00:12:26.389 --> 00:12:30.049
about that right now. That just in the same way.
238
00:12:30.750 --> 00:12:33.269
That if we had the cure for coronavirus, we would
239
00:12:33.330 --> 00:12:38.830
share it with everybody. We have the cure for humanity
240
00:12:39.629 --> 00:12:44.750
and his name is Jesus. But why then do we
241
00:12:44.830 --> 00:12:53.350
have full plates, empty tables and silent servants? Today, I'm
242
00:12:53.389 --> 00:12:58.500
coming to inspire you. That no longer will I know
243
00:12:58.509 --> 00:13:00.409
what changed me and not tell somebody.
244
00:13:01.990 --> 00:13:02.740
No longer.
245
00:13:03.419 --> 00:13:06.289
Will I be able to stand around when I see
246
00:13:06.350 --> 00:13:09.549
people abusing substances to just be able to function during
247
00:13:09.570 --> 00:13:11.789
the day? And I serve a God and one of
248
00:13:11.850 --> 00:13:15.710
his names is the Prince of Peace. There's no way
249
00:13:15.990 --> 00:13:19.789
that I could be able to sit and listen to
250
00:13:19.980 --> 00:13:24.059
everybody's hurt and pain and then make a blasphemous statement
251
00:13:24.100 --> 00:13:26.799
that I'm lying about. Like, I'll pray for you, knowing
252
00:13:26.840 --> 00:13:29.080
that when you walk away from them, you're never even
253
00:13:29.120 --> 00:13:29.759
going to go.
254
00:13:29.620 --> 00:13:34.649
To God on their behalf. How dare us? To have
255
00:13:34.710 --> 00:13:36.629
the answer. Do you know where you used to be?
256
00:13:37.159 --> 00:13:39.620
See, I think some people have forgotten, Charles. I think
257
00:13:39.639 --> 00:13:42.840
some people have forgotten, Bree. I think some people have forgotten, Mama,
258
00:13:43.100 --> 00:13:47.259
that all of us were given the cure of Jesus Christ.
259
00:13:47.580 --> 00:13:48.740
And no, we're not.
260
00:13:48.679 --> 00:13:51.600
Perfect because on this sin nature we'll never be. But
261
00:13:51.659 --> 00:13:55.269
we're progressing. You used to cuss everybody out. You used
262
00:13:55.289 --> 00:13:58.169
to go to the DMs to get satisfied. You used
263
00:13:58.210 --> 00:14:00.629
to pour up just to be able to have fun.
264
00:14:00.889 --> 00:14:04.440
But look what God has done in your life. And
265
00:14:04.500 --> 00:14:07.350
you wouldn't offer that to somebody else, terrorist.
266
00:14:09.470 --> 00:14:14.570
I know it's strong. I know it's strong. But what's
267
00:14:14.610 --> 00:14:15.350
going to wake us up?
268
00:14:16.129 --> 00:14:18.940
The entire world is shut down now and your mouth
269
00:14:19.000 --> 00:14:26.100
is still shut? Everybody's looking for an answer and you
270
00:14:26.279 --> 00:14:34.440
still not going to say nothing? You see celebrity after celebrity,
271
00:14:34.720 --> 00:14:37.639
your favorite sports stars, everybody want to do a worship
272
00:14:37.679 --> 00:14:42.029
night on their Instagram live. And you still not going
273
00:14:42.049 --> 00:14:45.110
to share it with the people who are right around you?
274
00:14:46.909 --> 00:14:47.549
What will it take?
275
00:14:49.990 --> 00:14:53.289
The death count just in the U.S. has gone up
276
00:14:53.379 --> 00:14:59.200
over 4,000 people in one week. And are you thinking
277
00:14:59.240 --> 00:15:03.379
about the eternities of those people? you just hoping we
278
00:15:03.419 --> 00:15:07.659
can get back to normal no no no I want
279
00:15:07.679 --> 00:15:10.980
you to think for that there was more people that
280
00:15:11.379 --> 00:15:13.960
there are people that could feel this arena right now
281
00:15:14.059 --> 00:15:16.940
and they will no longer take another breath on this
282
00:15:17.080 --> 00:15:20.789
earth and did you care for one moment where they.
283
00:15:20.710 --> 00:15:22.149
Spent the rest of their life.
284
00:15:24.269 --> 00:15:26.370
See the question really is not why are they gone
285
00:15:26.429 --> 00:15:30.070
the question is why are you still here and for
286
00:15:30.129 --> 00:15:34.340
me As the Lord beat my butt this week over
287
00:15:34.389 --> 00:15:37.480
who I've invited to church, who I've shared my personal
288
00:15:37.539 --> 00:15:40.659
testimony with, how I've used social media to be able
289
00:15:40.679 --> 00:15:44.019
to engage people, not just in laughs, but in life change.
290
00:15:45.679 --> 00:15:46.340
He said, Michael.
291
00:15:47.519 --> 00:15:49.940
He said, I can't have any more full tables or
292
00:15:50.019 --> 00:15:54.529
full plates, empty tables and silent servants. So today I
293
00:15:55.049 --> 00:15:57.870
have to help you because some of you don't understand
294
00:15:57.990 --> 00:16:02.019
that God came for whoever would accept him, whoever would
295
00:16:02.059 --> 00:16:04.179
give their life, whoever would listen. And some of you
296
00:16:04.200 --> 00:16:06.740
are like, well, who does whoever include? Let me help
297
00:16:06.779 --> 00:16:09.399
you with the list. This is who Jesus came for.
298
00:16:09.679 --> 00:16:11.850
He came for the lost and the found. He came
299
00:16:11.879 --> 00:16:13.850
for the broken. He came for the hurt. He came
300
00:16:13.889 --> 00:16:16.370
for the addicted. He came from the self-righteous. And this
301
00:16:16.429 --> 00:16:19.590
is my question real quick. If you could remember just
302
00:16:19.629 --> 00:16:21.700
for a second where you came from and you're watching
303
00:16:21.740 --> 00:16:24.100
with something on the comments, when I say something that
304
00:16:24.139 --> 00:16:25.820
has applied to you in your life, would you just
305
00:16:25.879 --> 00:16:26.659
put a hand.
306
00:16:26.500 --> 00:16:27.019
Up right there?
307
00:16:27.259 --> 00:16:29.850
Would you just throw a high five up like, ooh, pastor,
308
00:16:29.870 --> 00:16:32.289
that was me. If you were broken or lost. or
309
00:16:32.309 --> 00:16:35.649
if you are hurt, if you are addicted, if you're self-righteous, wealthy,
310
00:16:35.929 --> 00:16:39.129
college student, atheist, cool guy, the single parent.
311
00:16:39.230 --> 00:16:42.470
This is whoever God has died for.
312
00:16:42.669 --> 00:16:45.769
He died for the blue collar worker, the drug dealer,
313
00:16:45.970 --> 00:16:49.850
the church, the homosexual, the liar, the Democrat, the Republican,
314
00:16:50.090 --> 00:16:54.230
the racist, the hypocrite, the fashionable, the fashionless, the nerd,
315
00:16:54.289 --> 00:16:55.809
the president, the prostitute.
316
00:16:56.070 --> 00:16:58.120
He died for whoever.
317
00:16:59.889 --> 00:17:03.730
And when we start trying to classify if they're worthy.
318
00:17:04.930 --> 00:17:09.049
Of the grace of God, we've just gotten, and the
319
00:17:09.089 --> 00:17:12.410
Bible tells us we've become an enemy of God. Hold on,
320
00:17:12.430 --> 00:17:13.079
hold on, hold on, hold on.
321
00:17:14.259 --> 00:17:16.539
When I died, he said, for God so loved the
322
00:17:16.579 --> 00:17:22.180
world that he gave his only son that whosoever would
323
00:17:22.200 --> 00:17:27.380
believe in him, they shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
324
00:17:27.740 --> 00:17:29.519
The gospel says, is for whoever.
325
00:17:29.740 --> 00:17:32.839
And I'm coming to expand somebody's faith because I believe
326
00:17:32.880 --> 00:17:35.789
that next weekend, all over the world, that we're going
327
00:17:35.809 --> 00:17:38.869
to see hundreds of thousands, if not millions of salvations.
328
00:17:39.210 --> 00:17:41.549
I need somebody's faith to graze with me right now.
329
00:17:41.809 --> 00:17:46.269
Not just at Transformation Church. I'm talking all over the world. Thousands,
330
00:17:46.509 --> 00:17:50.690
hundreds of thousands, millions of salvations because this whole thing
331
00:17:50.750 --> 00:17:54.619
is about open hearts. And I want you to understand
332
00:17:54.740 --> 00:17:56.740
God's not trying to come into somebody's head.
333
00:17:56.799 --> 00:17:58.400
He's trying to come into your heart.
334
00:17:59.559 --> 00:18:01.359
And do you know that a lot of times we'd
335
00:18:01.400 --> 00:18:03.589
be so deep and so spiritual about stuff that we
336
00:18:03.609 --> 00:18:06.990
don't even pay attention to practical stuff. The trends show us,
337
00:18:07.269 --> 00:18:10.509
every trend shows us that people's hearts and minds are
338
00:18:10.589 --> 00:18:14.390
more open to the message of Jesus Christ next week
339
00:18:14.569 --> 00:18:19.769
than ever in an entire year. On Easter weekend, literally
340
00:18:19.809 --> 00:18:21.730
I found this Google search and I want to show
341
00:18:21.750 --> 00:18:25.819
it to you. This right here is when the word
342
00:18:25.839 --> 00:18:29.930
church appeared. was put into the google search bar okay
343
00:18:30.430 --> 00:18:33.349
i want you to see that the highest time that
344
00:18:33.390 --> 00:18:36.589
the word church was put into the google search bar
345
00:18:36.890 --> 00:18:40.079
is at easter this is when people are saying hey
346
00:18:40.150 --> 00:18:41.799
i'm not going to try this any other time but
347
00:18:41.859 --> 00:18:44.859
right now i'ma see what church should i go to
348
00:18:45.140 --> 00:18:46.259
or is there a church.
349
00:18:46.339 --> 00:18:49.519
Around me and the next highest time is christmas.
350
00:18:50.720 --> 00:18:54.160
What i'm trying to say is people's hearts are open
351
00:18:54.380 --> 00:19:00.140
but why are god's ministers and servants silent Do you
352
00:19:00.240 --> 00:19:03.329
know that when they did a study, they asked how
353
00:19:03.369 --> 00:19:06.309
many people, they asked 100,000 people, I believe it was,
354
00:19:06.509 --> 00:19:10.430
how many people would come to church? And 39% of
355
00:19:10.470 --> 00:19:12.210
the people said, yes, I'm going to church.
356
00:19:12.250 --> 00:19:13.730
I'm going to church on Easter.
357
00:19:13.990 --> 00:19:17.490
And 20% of the people said they were unsure. And
358
00:19:17.490 --> 00:19:22.789
41% of the people said no. That means that 61%
359
00:19:22.789 --> 00:19:29.490
of population right now is currently not planning on participating
360
00:19:30.019 --> 00:19:32.480
in something that could transform their life.
361
00:19:32.680 --> 00:19:36.079
That would be like them saying the coronavirus has a cure.
362
00:19:36.359 --> 00:19:40.410
And 61% of the population deciding they're not gonna get
363
00:19:40.509 --> 00:19:46.890
that vaccine. What I'm telling you is that all statistics
364
00:19:46.950 --> 00:19:49.390
tell us if somebody they know or come in contact
365
00:19:49.430 --> 00:19:52.640
with them, would give them a personal testimony, yeah, I
366
00:19:52.660 --> 00:19:53.119
tried it out.
367
00:19:53.380 --> 00:19:56.180
It's good. Hey, you should probably come. Oh, no, I
368
00:19:56.200 --> 00:19:57.259
feel a thousand percent better.
369
00:19:57.880 --> 00:20:00.109
If you know what the Bible says, we overcome them
370
00:20:00.170 --> 00:20:01.650
by the blood of the lamb and the words of
371
00:20:02.369 --> 00:20:03.869
our testimonies.
372
00:20:04.410 --> 00:20:06.089
If you would just tell somebody, yeah, you should come.
373
00:20:06.630 --> 00:20:08.170
You should be a part of what God's doing.
374
00:20:08.170 --> 00:20:13.920
61% of people would have the opportunity to find the
375
00:20:13.960 --> 00:20:16.950
cure or transformation in Christ.
376
00:20:17.890 --> 00:20:20.250
And that's why I'm burdened with this right now.
377
00:20:20.670 --> 00:20:25.470
I'm burdened because this is the cure for humanity's disease
378
00:20:25.650 --> 00:20:30.180
or dis-ease. Every person that is having a dis-ease right now,
379
00:20:30.559 --> 00:20:31.599
Jesus is the answer.
380
00:20:32.059 --> 00:20:35.180
I remember an old song said, Jesus is the answer
381
00:20:35.839 --> 00:20:41.829
for the world today. Above him there's no other. Jesus
382
00:20:42.150 --> 00:20:42.869
is the way.
383
00:20:43.930 --> 00:20:48.730
So Jesus is the answer for the world today.
384
00:20:51.390 --> 00:20:56.259
Above him there's no other. Jesus is the way.
385
00:20:58.099 --> 00:21:01.900
My question is, do you really believe it? The church
386
00:21:01.960 --> 00:21:08.599
wasn't called Christians. They were called the way. And I
387
00:21:08.640 --> 00:21:12.640
need to stop right here because everybody who's been watching
388
00:21:12.660 --> 00:21:16.460
Transformation Church and Transformation Nation, yo, I have a real
389
00:21:16.539 --> 00:21:18.440
serious ask of you right now.
390
00:21:20.019 --> 00:21:22.240
Don't just rep the brand because it's popular.
391
00:21:24.180 --> 00:21:26.779
Don't just come here because you think I'm a cool
392
00:21:26.819 --> 00:21:27.740
pastor and I'm funny.
393
00:21:29.299 --> 00:21:33.109
All that was bait. I'm trying to enlist you into
394
00:21:33.170 --> 00:21:33.529
an army.
395
00:21:35.529 --> 00:21:39.349
Army that is going to believe and represent this brand
396
00:21:39.490 --> 00:21:43.069
of jesus christ not transformation church because there's people watching
397
00:21:43.089 --> 00:21:44.349
that don't even go to this church you go to
398
00:21:44.390 --> 00:21:46.670
another church i don't care about the church you go
399
00:21:46.710 --> 00:21:51.220
to i care about the kingdom you represent and i'm
400
00:21:51.380 --> 00:21:57.480
asking you man can we go ahead and literally populate
401
00:21:57.539 --> 00:22:03.039
heaven and plunder hell this week I'm asking you to
402
00:22:03.140 --> 00:22:05.759
start this thing up. I don't I feel the presence
403
00:22:05.799 --> 00:22:06.980
of God. Some of y'all like when is he going
404
00:22:07.000 --> 00:22:08.460
to get to a point? Baby, if you ain't caught
405
00:22:08.509 --> 00:22:11.950
a point yet, you sleep. What I'm telling you right
406
00:22:11.990 --> 00:22:14.710
now is the point is that he did not save
407
00:22:14.750 --> 00:22:20.630
you for yourself. He saved you for somebody else. And
408
00:22:20.690 --> 00:22:23.549
if they if he could do it with you. With
409
00:22:23.589 --> 00:22:26.829
all your baggage and all your brokenness and all your
410
00:22:26.869 --> 00:22:30.289
mistakes and how you continue to fall. But he still
411
00:22:30.369 --> 00:22:33.490
saved you. You are the poster child for the grace
412
00:22:33.529 --> 00:22:36.609
of God. And God is saying to all of us
413
00:22:36.670 --> 00:22:40.849
right now, would you represent me or represent me or
414
00:22:40.930 --> 00:22:44.309
represent me to the entire world? No matter if they're
415
00:22:44.349 --> 00:22:47.029
lost or they're found for one reason, they can be
416
00:22:47.109 --> 00:22:48.589
transformed in Christ.
417
00:22:48.630 --> 00:22:51.150
Come on. Somebody needs to give God praise right there.
418
00:22:51.369 --> 00:22:53.529
If you are going to be the minister where you
419
00:22:53.569 --> 00:22:56.329
have been called to in your house, on your block,
420
00:22:56.569 --> 00:22:58.450
if you're going to be the minister there, I dare
421
00:22:58.470 --> 00:23:00.079
you to say, I'm the minister here.
422
00:23:01.019 --> 00:23:01.380
Come on.
423
00:23:02.259 --> 00:23:03.759
So I want to take you to a story in
424
00:23:03.799 --> 00:23:07.200
Luke chapter 14. To just illustrate this whole thing to
425
00:23:07.240 --> 00:23:11.079
you real quick. Luke chapter 14 backstory is Jesus is
426
00:23:11.119 --> 00:23:13.420
in the house of a Pharisee, somebody who's super religious
427
00:23:13.980 --> 00:23:16.480
and is kind of a hypocrite. And then he heals
428
00:23:16.539 --> 00:23:18.740
a man on the Sabbath. This dude was swole up
429
00:23:18.799 --> 00:23:21.740
like Sherman from the Nutty Professor. And he heals him
430
00:23:21.779 --> 00:23:24.079
and he comes back down and the people starting to judge.
431
00:23:24.299 --> 00:23:26.460
But then some other people was like, yo, let me
432
00:23:26.519 --> 00:23:28.900
sit by Jesus. They was clout jumping at that moment.
433
00:23:29.160 --> 00:23:31.000
And Jesus said, let me teach these boys a quick
434
00:23:31.059 --> 00:23:34.069
lesson on humility. And he tells a parable. Just for
435
00:23:34.140 --> 00:23:37.049
everybody who's a nerd right now, parable, it comes from
436
00:23:37.589 --> 00:23:41.109
a different translation that says parabole. Anytime you see para
437
00:23:41.190 --> 00:23:44.779
or para, that means something that's coming alongside to help.
438
00:23:45.099 --> 00:23:48.400
So Jesus would tell parables or he would tell stories
439
00:23:48.500 --> 00:23:51.519
to come alongside and help a truth. That's why anytime
440
00:23:51.539 --> 00:23:54.880
you hear the word paramedic, they're coming to help you medically.
441
00:23:55.109 --> 00:23:57.910
They're coming to help. Or parachute, they're coming to save
442
00:23:57.930 --> 00:24:00.369
your life. They're coming to help when you get thrown
443
00:24:00.410 --> 00:24:03.130
out of a plane. Or a paraclete, that's another name
444
00:24:03.150 --> 00:24:05.309
for the Holy Spirit. And that's who he's supposed to
445
00:24:05.349 --> 00:24:08.029
be in this time where everybody's walking in fear. The
446
00:24:08.069 --> 00:24:11.190
paraclete is the God who comes alongside to help us.
447
00:24:11.509 --> 00:24:13.150
And this is the thing that I need you to know.
448
00:24:13.190 --> 00:24:15.680
God wants to help us. And so there he gives
449
00:24:16.000 --> 00:24:19.700
a parable. And he says, hearing this in verse 15,
450
00:24:19.700 --> 00:24:23.099
A man sitting at the table with Jesus exclaimed, what
451
00:24:23.119 --> 00:24:25.539
a blessing it will be to attend a banquet in
452
00:24:25.559 --> 00:24:26.420
the kingdom of God.
453
00:24:26.940 --> 00:24:28.099
That would be awesome, wouldn't it?
454
00:24:28.519 --> 00:24:31.599
And then Jesus replied with this, yeah, that would be awesome, huh?
455
00:24:32.140 --> 00:24:33.420
Let me tell y'all a quick story.
456
00:24:34.160 --> 00:24:38.549
A man prepared a great feast and sent out many invitations.
457
00:24:39.339 --> 00:24:42.829
When the banquet was ready, he sent his servant or
458
00:24:42.869 --> 00:24:48.230
his ministers to tell the guests, come, the banquet is ready.
459
00:24:48.269 --> 00:24:50.089
This food is about to be bomb. I put my
460
00:24:50.150 --> 00:24:52.819
grandmama's hot cooking in it. It's about to be good.
461
00:24:53.819 --> 00:24:57.799
But they all begin making excuses. One said, look at
462
00:24:57.839 --> 00:24:59.299
these replies. Hey, bro.
463
00:25:00.170 --> 00:25:02.490
I just bought a whole bunch of land. My real
464
00:25:02.509 --> 00:25:04.710
estate game is going all the way up. I bought
465
00:25:04.750 --> 00:25:07.990
a field and I must go and inspect it. Bro,
466
00:25:08.349 --> 00:25:11.190
please excuse me. Tell my man that I'll get them
467
00:25:11.269 --> 00:25:15.150
next time. Another one said, oh, don't even worry.
468
00:25:15.269 --> 00:25:16.309
I can't come.
469
00:25:16.069 --> 00:25:18.990
Today because I have just bought five pair of oxen
470
00:25:19.289 --> 00:25:22.970
or five pair of shoes or five pair of earrings. Like,
471
00:25:23.049 --> 00:25:25.490
I don't know what your pair is, but I just
472
00:25:25.559 --> 00:25:28.099
bought five pair of these things and I want to
473
00:25:28.140 --> 00:25:29.180
try them all on.
474
00:25:30.079 --> 00:25:30.859
Please excuse me.
475
00:25:30.920 --> 00:25:34.670
I cannot come because I'm about to be flossing. Then
476
00:25:34.730 --> 00:25:37.269
another one said, this is my favorite one.
477
00:25:37.289 --> 00:25:44.039
Hey, dog. I have a wife. I can't come.
478
00:25:45.019 --> 00:25:49.220
That's that's some of y'all know that's a real, real excuse.
479
00:25:49.299 --> 00:25:52.619
Like, hey, bro, you coming? No, you know, Shaniqua, she
480
00:25:52.640 --> 00:25:55.329
don't she don't even. She don't even play like that, bro.
481
00:25:55.349 --> 00:25:57.690
I got to go cook. Anyway, but at the end
482
00:25:57.710 --> 00:26:00.029
of the day, they all had excuses. I can't come.
483
00:26:00.069 --> 00:26:04.009
Verse 21. The servant returned and told his master what
484
00:26:04.029 --> 00:26:07.650
they had said. His master was furious and said, okay,
485
00:26:08.029 --> 00:26:08.930
go quickly.
486
00:26:08.990 --> 00:26:10.150
Somebody say go quickly.
487
00:26:10.950 --> 00:26:14.029
Go quickly into the streets and the alleys of the
488
00:26:14.089 --> 00:26:18.150
town and invite the poor, the crippled, the blind, and
489
00:26:18.230 --> 00:26:21.750
the lame. And after the servant had done this, he reported,
490
00:26:22.170 --> 00:26:23.930
there's still room for more.
491
00:26:24.740 --> 00:26:25.450
Oh, I love this.
492
00:26:26.289 --> 00:26:30.490
So his master said, go out into the country lanes.
493
00:26:30.990 --> 00:26:34.130
Go to the places where people don't really look for people.
494
00:26:35.849 --> 00:26:40.250
Go behind the hedges. Urge anyone you find or whoever
495
00:26:40.289 --> 00:26:45.759
you find to come so that the house will be full.
496
00:26:47.160 --> 00:26:49.579
For none of these that I first invited, this is
497
00:26:49.599 --> 00:26:52.799
so sad, will get even the smallest taste of the banquet.
498
00:26:53.789 --> 00:26:57.109
Point number one, the church is the table where people
499
00:26:57.430 --> 00:27:01.549
come to get fed. The reason it's time for us
500
00:27:01.589 --> 00:27:05.339
to invite like never before is because this is the
501
00:27:05.359 --> 00:27:08.490
gathering place. There is nobody in the world that would
502
00:27:08.650 --> 00:27:11.039
not come to a table where.
503
00:27:10.900 --> 00:27:13.859
They had to eat everything they wanted to eat, as.
504
00:27:13.880 --> 00:27:16.420
Much as they wanted to eat for free. It was
505
00:27:16.579 --> 00:27:19.480
already prepared for them. The reason why somebody wouldn't come
506
00:27:19.519 --> 00:27:22.299
to this table is because they did not know or
507
00:27:22.339 --> 00:27:26.880
they were preoccupied. This is the state of our world.
508
00:27:26.900 --> 00:27:29.859
We have two groups of people. Either they do not
509
00:27:29.940 --> 00:27:32.730
know and we're about to fix that today because we're
510
00:27:32.750 --> 00:27:36.049
going to be ones that invite or they are preoccupied
511
00:27:36.089 --> 00:27:39.950
with the blessing of God instead of the blesser. What
512
00:27:39.970 --> 00:27:42.319
I'm telling you is some of us have been in
513
00:27:42.359 --> 00:27:45.079
a place where we've been so consumed with the blessing
514
00:27:45.180 --> 00:27:48.410
and we forgot about the blesser. And God's saying to
515
00:27:48.529 --> 00:27:50.670
all of us, y'all better remember whose table this is.
516
00:27:51.390 --> 00:27:53.410
Y'all better remember who gave you the ability to get
517
00:27:53.430 --> 00:27:55.450
the land. Matter of fact, I made the land. Matter
518
00:27:55.470 --> 00:27:57.509
of fact, I made you out of the dust on
519
00:27:57.529 --> 00:28:00.009
the land. Matter of fact, you better remember, and this
520
00:28:00.069 --> 00:28:02.349
is why, church, I'm trying to get people to understand
521
00:28:02.650 --> 00:28:06.230
that we have to invite people to the table of
522
00:28:06.339 --> 00:28:09.319
Jesus Christ because this is where people can actually get
523
00:28:09.400 --> 00:28:13.799
food that nourishes them. The news is not giving anything nourishing.
524
00:28:16.009 --> 00:28:19.170
scrolling through Instagram is not going to increase your faith.
525
00:28:20.069 --> 00:28:21.950
It's not going to give you the things that you
526
00:28:22.049 --> 00:28:25.710
need to be able to deal with your kids. You
527
00:28:25.990 --> 00:28:27.609
see all the death tolls.
528
00:28:27.369 --> 00:28:28.990
Of the coronavirus. You're like, well, if I kill one
529
00:28:29.019 --> 00:28:31.119
of my kids, they could just add to the death toll.
530
00:28:31.180 --> 00:28:33.599
Like, that's not going to help nothing.
531
00:28:34.420 --> 00:28:36.380
But that's why we have to invite them to the table.
532
00:28:36.420 --> 00:28:38.339
And let me tell you about the chairs around the table,
533
00:28:38.539 --> 00:28:41.339
because I believe this analogy can help change and transform
534
00:28:41.380 --> 00:28:44.380
your life. This is the head of the table. This
535
00:28:44.480 --> 00:28:47.019
is where I sit and pastors and leaders and prophets sit.
536
00:28:48.269 --> 00:28:52.250
This is the place where the person who's serving the
537
00:28:52.289 --> 00:28:52.849
food sits.
538
00:28:53.509 --> 00:28:54.569
I'm the dude with the food.
539
00:28:55.170 --> 00:28:57.890
I'm the one that's in charge of preparing this meal
540
00:28:58.109 --> 00:29:00.849
and making sure that it is done well and it's
541
00:29:00.910 --> 00:29:03.759
done right and that people can eat it and it's
542
00:29:03.819 --> 00:29:08.190
gluten-free and it's organic and everything that all.
543
00:29:08.099 --> 00:29:09.799
Y'all bougie people need for that.
544
00:29:10.200 --> 00:29:13.720
This is what my job is to make sure that
545
00:29:13.759 --> 00:29:16.240
the table is spread every week. That's why I spend
546
00:29:16.359 --> 00:29:19.599
so much time praying, researching, trying to do this because
547
00:29:19.640 --> 00:29:21.880
I want to make sure every time you tune in,
548
00:29:21.960 --> 00:29:24.140
every time you log in, every time you come into
549
00:29:24.180 --> 00:29:26.819
this building, you don't have to worry, is.
550
00:29:26.759 --> 00:29:28.319
There good food on the table?
551
00:29:29.220 --> 00:29:31.890
And this is why it's so important for pastors to
552
00:29:31.910 --> 00:29:34.769
get in their place and be who God's created.
553
00:29:34.450 --> 00:29:34.950
Them to be.
554
00:29:35.210 --> 00:29:39.849
You cannot be doing pastoring as a side gig. This
555
00:29:39.910 --> 00:29:43.240
has to be your main responsibility because when you are
556
00:29:43.299 --> 00:29:47.819
sitting at that chair, chair four, you are the lead servant.
557
00:29:48.119 --> 00:29:50.599
And when you become a lead servant, you are more
558
00:29:50.640 --> 00:29:53.160
responsible than anybody else for what they eat. Look what
559
00:29:53.180 --> 00:29:56.299
first Peter chapter five, verse two and three says. For
560
00:29:56.380 --> 00:29:59.000
every pastor, every leader, it says care for the flock
561
00:29:59.380 --> 00:30:01.039
that God has entrusted to you.
562
00:30:01.740 --> 00:30:06.619
So this is a trusted position. Watch over it willingly,
563
00:30:06.799 --> 00:30:07.519
not grudgingly.
564
00:30:08.160 --> 00:30:11.059
Not for what you will get out of it, but
565
00:30:11.140 --> 00:30:13.299
because you are eager.
566
00:30:13.299 --> 00:30:15.140
To watch this word. It's a cuss word for some
567
00:30:15.180 --> 00:30:17.109
of us. Serve God.
568
00:30:17.960 --> 00:30:20.589
What if you get nothing from it except that you
569
00:30:20.670 --> 00:30:21.349
served God?
570
00:30:22.680 --> 00:30:25.140
What if they never applaud? What if you don't get
571
00:30:25.180 --> 00:30:25.769
a paycheck?
572
00:30:25.809 --> 00:30:28.930
But what if the accolade next to your name is
573
00:30:29.069 --> 00:30:33.000
a servant of God? It says, don't lord it over
574
00:30:33.039 --> 00:30:36.960
the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your.
575
00:30:37.180 --> 00:30:39.200
Own good example.
576
00:30:39.240 --> 00:30:41.000
That's why people are like, Pastor Mike, why you be
577
00:30:41.019 --> 00:30:42.759
putting all this stuff online and all this other stuff?
578
00:30:43.180 --> 00:30:45.640
All I'm trying to do is show the reality.
579
00:30:45.900 --> 00:30:48.599
I'm trying to be hot, humble, open, and transparent and
580
00:30:48.740 --> 00:30:50.240
lead by my good example.
581
00:30:50.319 --> 00:30:52.019
Is it perfect? No, but it's progressing.
582
00:30:52.279 --> 00:30:54.400
And anything I'm wrong at or anything that I do,
583
00:30:54.660 --> 00:30:56.589
I will say this is not me because I want
584
00:30:56.609 --> 00:30:59.170
to be a good example for you. And I'm telling everybody,
585
00:30:59.410 --> 00:31:02.650
that's a hot seat. People that are clamoring to get
586
00:31:02.690 --> 00:31:04.950
to that seat at the table, that ain't the seat
587
00:31:04.970 --> 00:31:06.869
you want to be in unless you count up the cost.
588
00:31:07.109 --> 00:31:08.579
Look what James 3.3 says.
589
00:31:08.839 --> 00:31:12.339
It says, dear brothers and sisters, not many of us
590
00:31:13.640 --> 00:31:15.200
should become teachers in the church.
591
00:31:16.539 --> 00:31:19.440
There ain't too many of us that probably want this position. Why?
592
00:31:20.579 --> 00:31:27.529
Because for the ones who teach will be judged more strictly.
593
00:31:29.150 --> 00:31:31.690
So every time I get up here, And I sit
594
00:31:31.730 --> 00:31:36.019
in this table and I speak to you. God's not
595
00:31:36.119 --> 00:31:38.660
judging me on the same level that he's judging you.
596
00:31:38.759 --> 00:31:39.039
Why?
597
00:31:39.339 --> 00:31:43.269
Because he has put an entrusted people into my care.
598
00:31:43.549 --> 00:31:45.390
And if I don't care about it, if I don't
599
00:31:45.470 --> 00:31:48.170
pray for y'all, if I don't ask God to correct me,
600
00:31:48.369 --> 00:31:50.109
if I don't humble myself, God says.
601
00:31:50.150 --> 00:31:50.609
We'll talk.
602
00:31:52.069 --> 00:31:54.599
I got something for you because you're not going to
603
00:31:54.650 --> 00:31:59.950
lead my children to the slaughter. You're not going to
604
00:32:00.099 --> 00:32:03.980
send them down paths of manipulation or paths that try
605
00:32:04.019 --> 00:32:06.329
to make them work for my grace. You better watch
606
00:32:06.390 --> 00:32:10.650
what you say. And that's why I'm encouraging you. I
607
00:32:10.670 --> 00:32:13.640
don't do this as a light thing. I pray, I
608
00:32:13.759 --> 00:32:16.640
kneel before every time I come up here and I say, God,
609
00:32:16.700 --> 00:32:18.539
less of me and more of you. Don't let my
610
00:32:18.619 --> 00:32:20.740
opinion go out. Let your word go out, God.
611
00:32:21.400 --> 00:32:24.279
You know how to control this tongue. Change my mind,
612
00:32:24.339 --> 00:32:25.039
change my heart.
613
00:32:25.299 --> 00:32:28.809
Because if we could ever get life-giving churches everywhere where
614
00:32:28.950 --> 00:32:33.230
everybody that sits in that chair is so concerned and
615
00:32:33.390 --> 00:32:37.210
so preparational for the people who are coming to the table.
616
00:32:37.470 --> 00:32:39.779
I think more people would come and eat the filet
617
00:32:39.799 --> 00:32:42.339
mignon of the word and not just chicken nuggets.
618
00:32:43.279 --> 00:32:44.359
Hear what I'm saying to you.
619
00:32:44.700 --> 00:32:46.640
It is my job to get with the Holy Spirit
620
00:32:46.920 --> 00:32:49.380
and make sure we're serving up the filet mignon.
621
00:32:49.420 --> 00:32:52.019
And some of y'all like filet mignon. What is that?
622
00:32:52.380 --> 00:32:55.200
It's the best cut of the meat. It's the most
623
00:32:55.359 --> 00:32:57.839
tender part. It's the one that you can eat it
624
00:32:57.900 --> 00:33:00.779
without any sauce. It's the one and that's what.
625
00:33:00.660 --> 00:33:01.539
God wants for you.
626
00:33:01.819 --> 00:33:05.609
But it only comes if you're sitting at the right table.
627
00:33:07.289 --> 00:33:12.359
And so I'm encouraging everybody. Make sure you're in a place.
628
00:33:12.960 --> 00:33:15.079
It does not have to be Transformation Church. You know
629
00:33:15.720 --> 00:33:19.299
I promote other churches and other leaders all the time.
630
00:33:19.339 --> 00:33:22.049
Just make sure you're in a life-giving place where the
631
00:33:22.170 --> 00:33:26.650
chef cares about what you eat. Because if you eat well,
632
00:33:27.750 --> 00:33:31.630
you'll start to live well. And I'm encouraging you right now,
633
00:33:31.750 --> 00:33:35.690
don't eat crap and expect to live a healthy, godly life.
634
00:33:37.650 --> 00:33:40.349
I got to move on. Let me tell you about
635
00:33:40.390 --> 00:33:45.329
chair number three. Chair number three. I'm super excited about
636
00:33:45.369 --> 00:33:47.569
this chair because many of you have moved to this
637
00:33:47.630 --> 00:33:48.630
chair during this series.
638
00:33:49.349 --> 00:33:51.589
This chair is for maturing ministers.
639
00:33:52.549 --> 00:33:56.430
This chair is for people who are proactive in their
640
00:33:56.470 --> 00:34:00.670
relationship with God. This chair is for people who will
641
00:34:00.750 --> 00:34:04.210
not only say they're a part of what's happening, but
642
00:34:04.250 --> 00:34:05.230
they will serve it.
643
00:34:05.950 --> 00:34:07.690
They will stay connected to it.
644
00:34:08.420 --> 00:34:10.820
They are the ones that will be in the place
645
00:34:10.900 --> 00:34:14.260
and they'll share their faith and they'll sow into it.
646
00:34:14.739 --> 00:34:17.269
When you start maturing, you will do those four things.
647
00:34:17.309 --> 00:34:20.969
That's how you know that you'll share, you'll serve, you'll sow,
648
00:34:21.250 --> 00:34:25.190
and you'll stay. You'll share, you'll serve, You'll sow and
649
00:34:25.230 --> 00:34:28.019
you'll stay. They're sold out to the vision. And I
650
00:34:28.059 --> 00:34:30.400
just want to say thank you, Transformation Church, because so
651
00:34:30.440 --> 00:34:32.760
many of you are maturing believers. Can I tell you
652
00:34:32.780 --> 00:34:35.739
in the midst of pandemic, the offering and the giving
653
00:34:36.000 --> 00:34:37.119
and the service.
654
00:34:36.900 --> 00:34:37.780
Has not gone down.
655
00:34:37.880 --> 00:34:40.409
It's gone up because people said in this moment, I'm
656
00:34:40.449 --> 00:34:43.190
not going to drop my anchor on what society is saying.
657
00:34:43.449 --> 00:34:45.170
I'm going to drop my anchor on the thing that
658
00:34:45.250 --> 00:34:47.550
I know works. And we've been able to go out
659
00:34:47.829 --> 00:34:49.630
and help and partner with people and be on the
660
00:34:49.690 --> 00:34:52.309
front lines and meet people's needs and all that because
661
00:34:52.349 --> 00:34:58.070
of your maturing minister beliefs that this is not something
662
00:34:58.329 --> 00:35:01.070
that I get in and get out of depending on
663
00:35:01.110 --> 00:35:04.820
what's happening in the world. I will serve, I will share,
664
00:35:05.280 --> 00:35:08.079
I will sow, and I will stay. And as your pastor,
665
00:35:08.099 --> 00:35:11.119
I want to say thank you. There are people's lives
666
00:35:11.159 --> 00:35:14.659
being transformed all over the world. Because of maturing ministers.
667
00:35:15.300 --> 00:35:18.369
And then chair number two. This is the thing that
668
00:35:18.389 --> 00:35:19.769
I need to know. One more thing I got to
669
00:35:19.829 --> 00:35:21.289
say about chair number three.
670
00:35:21.809 --> 00:35:25.469
Chair number three. We're the first responders spiritually.
671
00:35:27.170 --> 00:35:29.820
So when when you hear about somebody needing prayer, when
672
00:35:29.860 --> 00:35:30.920
you sit in chair number three.
673
00:35:32.460 --> 00:35:33.280
Thank you, Holy Spirit.
674
00:35:33.800 --> 00:35:35.880
When you sit in chair number three and you hear
675
00:35:35.920 --> 00:35:38.780
about somebody needing something, you don't sit here and keep eating.
676
00:35:38.840 --> 00:35:41.929
You get up from the table. When you hear about
677
00:35:41.949 --> 00:35:45.139
a family that's broken and lost, you don't keep just eating.
678
00:35:45.320 --> 00:35:47.110
You get up from the table and you say, hold on,
679
00:35:47.119 --> 00:35:49.000
what do you need? Do you need your drink refilled?
680
00:35:49.179 --> 00:35:50.960
Do you need something? Can I do something for you?
681
00:35:51.300 --> 00:35:53.659
If we are going to be the church of Jesus Christ,
682
00:35:53.760 --> 00:35:56.940
maturing believers are not there to be served. We are
683
00:35:56.980 --> 00:35:59.760
there to serve others. Let me tell you about chair
684
00:35:59.800 --> 00:36:02.500
number two people. These are people who are fresh in
685
00:36:02.760 --> 00:36:07.840
their faith. And I love this because this chair, this
686
00:36:07.920 --> 00:36:12.400
chair right here is for everybody. That's saying, you know what?
687
00:36:12.420 --> 00:36:15.440
I'm sick of living my own way. And I've made
688
00:36:15.480 --> 00:36:18.730
a decision for Jesus Christ. And there's many people watching
689
00:36:18.789 --> 00:36:21.349
right now that something in your heart is tugging on you.
690
00:36:21.369 --> 00:36:23.449
You're like, maybe this is it. Maybe that's the guy. Like,
691
00:36:23.489 --> 00:36:26.320
maybe I know he's wearing a Verified by God T-shirt.
692
00:36:26.380 --> 00:36:27.659
Is that a sign to me, Lord?
693
00:36:27.900 --> 00:36:28.659
And he's saying, yes.
694
00:36:29.349 --> 00:36:31.250
This is my sign that I want you to move
695
00:36:31.630 --> 00:36:34.130
from being around the table and I want you to
696
00:36:34.210 --> 00:36:36.110
sit down. I want you to accept me as your
697
00:36:36.150 --> 00:36:39.090
Lord and Savior. I want you to progress in your relationship.
698
00:36:39.309 --> 00:36:41.710
And yeah, one day you will progress and you'll be
699
00:36:41.750 --> 00:36:44.750
a mature minister. But right now, I'm so glad that
700
00:36:44.769 --> 00:36:47.090
you're just at the table. It kind of like the guy,
701
00:36:47.639 --> 00:36:50.360
the father, the prodigal son who he said, I want
702
00:36:50.380 --> 00:36:52.139
to throw a party for my son who's been a
703
00:36:52.179 --> 00:36:54.159
long way off. And he said, all I want him
704
00:36:54.179 --> 00:36:55.920
to do is be back at the house. And the
705
00:36:55.980 --> 00:36:57.840
first thing, y'all know what they did when he came home?
706
00:36:58.099 --> 00:37:00.679
They threw a house party. They threw a house party.
707
00:37:00.719 --> 00:37:02.139
They got the table and they.
708
00:37:02.039 --> 00:37:03.019
Put the food. Why?
709
00:37:03.300 --> 00:37:06.800
Because the son who was once lost is back home.
710
00:37:07.059 --> 00:37:09.239
And today, Transformation Church, I want to tell you that
711
00:37:09.260 --> 00:37:13.250
during this series, 1,447 people have come home.
712
00:37:13.590 --> 00:37:15.070
And oh, y'all don't hear me?
713
00:37:15.429 --> 00:37:19.369
They took their seat at the fresh believer's table.
714
00:37:19.670 --> 00:37:20.889
And they said, I.
715
00:37:20.869 --> 00:37:25.559
Don't want to eat. out in the elements anymore. I
716
00:37:25.599 --> 00:37:27.760
want to come into the house. I want to sit
717
00:37:27.820 --> 00:37:31.230
at the table and I want to be considered a son.
718
00:37:31.489 --> 00:37:33.550
And I'm telling you for everybody watching me right now,
719
00:37:33.809 --> 00:37:37.869
that is available to you today. And the last chair
720
00:37:37.889 --> 00:37:39.429
I got to talk to you about is the first chair.
721
00:37:40.949 --> 00:37:44.599
This first chair is the most important chair because this
722
00:37:44.659 --> 00:37:50.250
chair is for people who are far from God. And
723
00:37:50.349 --> 00:37:52.050
I want to explain this to you if you would
724
00:37:52.070 --> 00:37:56.320
just give me a few moments. This chair is the
725
00:37:56.380 --> 00:37:59.340
chair that's not going to know no scriptures. This chair
726
00:37:59.400 --> 00:38:01.239
is still going to smell like what they've been through.
727
00:38:02.340 --> 00:38:04.480
This chair is still going to cuss at the table.
728
00:38:05.519 --> 00:38:07.860
This chair, see some of y'all religious people are offended
729
00:38:07.920 --> 00:38:11.590
right now. This chair was meant to have people who
730
00:38:11.630 --> 00:38:14.429
do not know how to eat at the table.
731
00:38:14.769 --> 00:38:16.929
See, if I sit at your table and you have
732
00:38:16.969 --> 00:38:17.849
this little dish.
733
00:38:17.710 --> 00:38:20.070
Right here, one thing that I've understood and that I've
734
00:38:20.130 --> 00:38:22.409
learned is that people who have never been at a
735
00:38:22.469 --> 00:38:24.750
table like this don't know how to act when it's
736
00:38:24.809 --> 00:38:27.150
time to go to eat. So if I came in
737
00:38:27.210 --> 00:38:29.829
here to your table, to your church, and because I
738
00:38:29.869 --> 00:38:32.710
was so hungry that I did not know what I
739
00:38:32.750 --> 00:38:35.050
was supposed to do and I see food and I'm
740
00:38:35.090 --> 00:38:37.730
not sure what to do, please don't think it's strange
741
00:38:37.789 --> 00:38:38.989
if I put my hand in it.
742
00:38:40.849 --> 00:38:45.510
And somebody said, oh, no. They just ruined the whole meal.
743
00:38:46.590 --> 00:38:51.250
For people who have never been this desperate before. See,
744
00:38:51.269 --> 00:38:52.590
when I'm hungry.
745
00:38:53.880 --> 00:38:54.840
And I haven't eaten.
746
00:38:56.199 --> 00:39:00.440
And I've been going to everything else and I don't
747
00:39:00.500 --> 00:39:02.900
know where my next meal is coming from.
748
00:39:05.219 --> 00:39:06.380
Excuse me, y'all. Excuse me.
749
00:39:08.739 --> 00:39:12.179
And I was molested when I was a child and
750
00:39:12.239 --> 00:39:16.639
nobody's ever let me. Nobody's ever let me sit at
751
00:39:16.659 --> 00:39:19.800
the table and feel comfortable before. And every time I've
752
00:39:19.820 --> 00:39:22.900
come to anybody's table, they wanted me to pay before
753
00:39:22.960 --> 00:39:31.050
I ate. What I'm telling you is transformation, church. I
754
00:39:31.070 --> 00:39:32.840
don't care how people eat when they come to our
755
00:39:32.880 --> 00:39:37.320
table because when they're in chair one we expect it
756
00:39:38.820 --> 00:39:42.300
when you come broken when you come hurting when you
757
00:39:42.320 --> 00:39:46.619
come lost when you come when you come trying to
758
00:39:46.699 --> 00:39:50.659
just keep yourself from killing yourself And then people want
759
00:39:50.679 --> 00:39:52.920
to judge you for the way that you get this word.
760
00:39:53.260 --> 00:39:55.090
They want to tell you that you can't sit at
761
00:39:55.110 --> 00:39:57.110
the table. You can't dress like that. You can't act
762
00:39:57.150 --> 00:39:59.369
like that. You can't smell like that, baby. You don't
763
00:39:59.409 --> 00:40:01.510
know what I've been through. It's the grace of God
764
00:40:01.530 --> 00:40:03.949
that I'm just sitting at the table. And if we
765
00:40:04.050 --> 00:40:06.369
as a church don't say, do you need some more?
766
00:40:06.670 --> 00:40:08.510
Is there any more? Matter of fact, you don't have to.
767
00:40:08.550 --> 00:40:10.690
You can have the whole bowl. You can stand here.
768
00:40:10.730 --> 00:40:13.190
We got more in the back. We drink from a
769
00:40:13.230 --> 00:40:16.250
well that doesn't one dry. We remember where we used
770
00:40:16.329 --> 00:40:25.679
to be. Until the church starts inviting people to chair
771
00:40:25.880 --> 00:40:29.340
one that we know aren't going to act right. Y'all
772
00:40:29.360 --> 00:40:31.329
know we all got that cousin that don't never act right.
773
00:40:31.949 --> 00:40:33.429
Who I don't know what his name is for you,
774
00:40:33.469 --> 00:40:34.869
but I got one. I ain't going to call him
775
00:40:34.909 --> 00:40:36.570
out because he might be watching. But we all got
776
00:40:36.610 --> 00:40:39.610
a cousin that don't act right. Do you stop inviting them?
777
00:40:41.389 --> 00:40:45.739
Do you stop praying for them? And the sad truth
778
00:40:45.880 --> 00:40:48.869
is many of us have, and that's why There are
779
00:40:48.969 --> 00:40:52.219
people that are far from God but close to you
780
00:40:52.320 --> 00:40:57.139
and they still can't eat. They're far from God. They're
781
00:40:57.179 --> 00:40:59.300
close to you and you still won't invite them to
782
00:40:59.320 --> 00:41:02.949
the table. And so that's why when God looks down
783
00:41:02.989 --> 00:41:07.010
at churches, at the organization. And he says, man, I
784
00:41:07.070 --> 00:41:09.570
sent my servants, my ministers, I made them to be
785
00:41:09.610 --> 00:41:11.789
born into that family for such a time as this.
786
00:41:11.889 --> 00:41:13.250
I put them at that job.
787
00:41:13.590 --> 00:41:15.570
I did that all so that they could tell them
788
00:41:15.610 --> 00:41:18.030
and show them and be an example to them.
789
00:41:18.510 --> 00:41:19.269
Oh, but I forgot.
790
00:41:19.369 --> 00:41:24.530
They want every weekend to have a unbothered, un-messy meal.
791
00:41:25.849 --> 00:41:34.260
So they would rather have full plates, empty tables, and
792
00:41:34.300 --> 00:41:35.320
be a silent servant.
793
00:41:39.860 --> 00:41:40.960
That's not the church we're going to be.
794
00:41:43.559 --> 00:41:46.559
Everybody wants to reach people until we start having to
795
00:41:46.639 --> 00:41:50.699
reach people. Hold on, you mean I got to invite them?
796
00:41:51.519 --> 00:41:52.929
Hold on, you mean I got to give them a ride?
797
00:41:54.340 --> 00:41:57.030
Hold on, you mean I got to serve them? Church,
798
00:41:57.909 --> 00:42:01.710
Jesus tells us that he came not to be served,
799
00:42:02.730 --> 00:42:06.289
but to serve. What makes you think that if we're
800
00:42:06.309 --> 00:42:09.039
going to be like him, we get out of his way?
801
00:42:09.559 --> 00:42:13.139
Chief job description, servant.
802
00:42:14.320 --> 00:42:17.400
And that's why for all of us in this room,
803
00:42:18.579 --> 00:42:21.780
we have to get people to this table, to what
804
00:42:21.880 --> 00:42:24.800
John 6.35 says, the bread of life.
805
00:42:24.980 --> 00:42:28.280
Jesus literally says, I'm the bread of life.
806
00:42:28.570 --> 00:42:32.650
Why wouldn't we bring people who are starving for something
807
00:42:32.929 --> 00:42:37.510
real to the place where they could get healed, whole, delivered,
808
00:42:37.869 --> 00:42:40.769
set free, and then go back out to transform somebody
809
00:42:40.829 --> 00:42:41.329
else's life.
810
00:42:42.030 --> 00:42:44.289
Luke chapter 14, verse 17.
811
00:42:44.289 --> 00:42:48.099
When the banquet was ready, he sent his servants, his ministers,
812
00:42:48.500 --> 00:42:51.679
me and you, to tell all the guests, come, the
813
00:42:51.739 --> 00:42:57.769
banquet is ready. Are you telling the guests? Are you
814
00:42:57.809 --> 00:43:00.900
going to text somebody this week? Are you going to
815
00:43:01.139 --> 00:43:05.320
answer the great commission? Now, let's take it back just
816
00:43:05.340 --> 00:43:07.590
for one second. That word commission, it seems like a
817
00:43:07.610 --> 00:43:10.250
big word. But look what the definition of commission actually means.
818
00:43:10.389 --> 00:43:13.110
It means an instruction, a command or a duty given
819
00:43:13.150 --> 00:43:14.469
to a person or a group of people.
820
00:43:14.789 --> 00:43:15.929
So it's not deep.
821
00:43:16.230 --> 00:43:18.010
So like if we were at a barbecue and I
822
00:43:18.030 --> 00:43:20.329
got a big family, five brothers, all kinds of cousins,
823
00:43:20.369 --> 00:43:23.099
all that other stuff. Usually what happens when somebody's cooking
824
00:43:23.739 --> 00:43:26.780
and it's not ready fully yet, then then everybody's like
825
00:43:26.820 --> 00:43:29.619
playing dominoes and people are playing basketball and some people
826
00:43:29.679 --> 00:43:31.860
are doing some other stuff and watching the game. And
827
00:43:32.050 --> 00:43:35.489
usually the person who's in charge of the food grabs
828
00:43:35.510 --> 00:43:37.530
a little kid and brings him over and says, hey.
829
00:43:38.190 --> 00:43:39.949
Go tell everybody it's time to eat.
830
00:43:40.389 --> 00:43:43.389
And that little kid, maybe seven years old, doesn't even
831
00:43:43.429 --> 00:43:46.579
know how to read a full book yet, goes around
832
00:43:46.699 --> 00:43:47.920
and says, yo, it's.
833
00:43:47.860 --> 00:43:51.500
Time to eat. It's time to eat. They can interrupt anything.
834
00:43:51.719 --> 00:43:55.380
They can walk into any situation, not because of their merit,
835
00:43:55.489 --> 00:43:59.030
because they've been commissioned. They were commissioned by somebody who
836
00:43:59.070 --> 00:44:01.969
had authority that told them to share the good news
837
00:44:02.030 --> 00:44:03.170
that the table is set.
838
00:44:03.510 --> 00:44:04.590
And the food is ready.
839
00:44:04.849 --> 00:44:07.539
And they didn't have to worry about pottying on themselves
840
00:44:07.679 --> 00:44:10.380
because you'll still make messes when you're immature. They didn't
841
00:44:10.420 --> 00:44:12.699
have to worry. I feel the presence of God right now.
842
00:44:12.940 --> 00:44:15.289
They didn't have to worry about who they got in
843
00:44:15.329 --> 00:44:15.889
a fight with.
844
00:44:15.949 --> 00:44:17.429
They had been commissioned.
845
00:44:18.789 --> 00:44:21.309
And people that were more mature than them listened to
846
00:44:21.369 --> 00:44:23.280
them because of the good news they had to say.
847
00:44:24.969 --> 00:44:27.110
What I'm encouraging you is everything in.
848
00:44:27.090 --> 00:44:30.349
You that would make you feel disqualified, like you're not enough,
849
00:44:30.690 --> 00:44:33.050
that you've done too much. When God gives you a
850
00:44:33.199 --> 00:44:36.480
great commission, not just a regular commission, but a great commission.
851
00:44:36.760 --> 00:44:39.619
It's not about the deliverer of the news. It's about
852
00:44:39.659 --> 00:44:40.480
the deliverer.
853
00:44:41.940 --> 00:44:45.840
The one who wants to give you the food. And
854
00:44:45.880 --> 00:44:50.469
I'm asking you, will you please just go? Tell people.
855
00:44:51.510 --> 00:44:54.789
Tell them the food is ready. That the table is set.
856
00:44:55.230 --> 00:44:58.099
That they have a seat with their name on it.
857
00:44:59.070 --> 00:45:01.949
There is nothing like walking up to a table and
858
00:45:02.110 --> 00:45:05.449
seeing a card that has your name on it. And
859
00:45:05.489 --> 00:45:08.719
that's what personal invitation does. And that's what Matthew 28,
860
00:45:08.690 --> 00:45:08.860
19 says.
861
00:45:08.880 --> 00:45:09.159
Therefore, go.
862
00:45:11.739 --> 00:45:14.519
And make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the
863
00:45:14.559 --> 00:45:17.500
name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
864
00:45:17.539 --> 00:45:20.010
What are you saying, Pastor Mike? All ministers. Somebody say,
865
00:45:20.030 --> 00:45:21.570
that's me. Come on, that's me.
866
00:45:22.010 --> 00:45:27.050
All ministers must go to whoever and invite them to
867
00:45:27.070 --> 00:45:27.429
the table.
868
00:45:29.250 --> 00:45:31.510
That's all I'm trying to say. That's why I'm so
869
00:45:31.550 --> 00:45:32.269
passionate up here.
870
00:45:33.130 --> 00:45:36.190
Because if it wasn't for somebody in my life inviting
871
00:45:36.230 --> 00:45:38.929
me to the table, yeah, I had parents that loved God,
872
00:45:38.969 --> 00:45:42.010
and yeah, I... I grew up in church, but I
873
00:45:42.050 --> 00:45:44.630
hadn't given my life to God. And some of y'all
874
00:45:44.650 --> 00:45:48.510
think pastors end up just born in the fourth chair.
875
00:45:49.429 --> 00:45:49.929
No, baby.
876
00:45:51.190 --> 00:45:55.980
It wasn't just until just recently in the past decade
877
00:45:56.420 --> 00:45:59.840
that I really started maturing. But for years of my life,
878
00:46:01.900 --> 00:46:06.329
I claimed Christian. And I still sat in this chair.
879
00:46:08.010 --> 00:46:08.849
I claimed believer.
880
00:46:08.929 --> 00:46:11.659
Hallelujah. Corona. Nothing. Faith over fear.
881
00:46:13.380 --> 00:46:17.340
But I was still sitting in this chair. It wasn't
882
00:46:17.400 --> 00:46:21.519
until somebody really came and shared with me. You know
883
00:46:21.539 --> 00:46:24.130
you don't have to live like that, right? You know
884
00:46:24.150 --> 00:46:28.889
that God's really, really, really purchased all the crap you're
885
00:46:28.909 --> 00:46:29.309
dealing with.
886
00:46:29.849 --> 00:46:33.650
He took it. Your healing took stripes for your healing.
887
00:46:34.489 --> 00:46:38.159
Shame and condemnation. He dealt with that grief. He got
888
00:46:38.199 --> 00:46:40.639
that too. Give your life to him.
889
00:46:41.889 --> 00:46:45.210
And when I gave my life to him, I transitioned
890
00:46:45.250 --> 00:46:47.670
to this chair. This is the thing I want everybody
891
00:46:47.710 --> 00:46:51.030
to know. This chair is not better than this chair.
892
00:46:52.849 --> 00:46:55.670
This chair is not closer to God than this chair.
893
00:46:57.150 --> 00:47:01.309
This chair doesn't mean that you're all better than everybody else.
894
00:47:01.909 --> 00:47:04.130
All this chair means is you're not in control no more.
895
00:47:06.280 --> 00:47:10.880
And every time you go to another chair, you realize
896
00:47:11.000 --> 00:47:15.300
how much you don't know and how much God is
897
00:47:15.360 --> 00:47:18.960
in control. See, when you go from this chair to
898
00:47:19.000 --> 00:47:21.929
being a fresh believer, you move to this chair to
899
00:47:21.969 --> 00:47:25.050
being a maturing minister, this is when you know, if
900
00:47:25.130 --> 00:47:27.929
it wasn't for the grace of God, this is when
901
00:47:27.949 --> 00:47:30.429
you know, child, if you catch me on the wrong day,
902
00:47:30.489 --> 00:47:32.769
I might still cuss you out. But if it was
903
00:47:32.849 --> 00:47:35.190
not for the grace, come on, y'all, let's be real.
904
00:47:36.250 --> 00:47:41.429
This chair knows that it's only God. And when you
905
00:47:41.469 --> 00:47:45.000
get to this chair, I'm going to tell you a secret.
906
00:47:46.780 --> 00:47:50.119
Is that when you sit in this chair, my only
907
00:47:50.199 --> 00:47:52.440
job is to occupy this chair.
908
00:47:53.699 --> 00:47:58.789
Until the host comes in the room.
909
00:48:01.269 --> 00:48:05.889
I only sit here keeping things going Until God steps
910
00:48:05.969 --> 00:48:08.909
in the room. And when God steps in the room,
911
00:48:10.420 --> 00:48:11.239
I give him the chair.
912
00:48:12.440 --> 00:48:14.260
And I'm sitting here at your service. What do you
913
00:48:14.300 --> 00:48:15.920
want me to say? Who do you want us to
914
00:48:15.980 --> 00:48:16.360
give to?
915
00:48:16.719 --> 00:48:19.420
Because the goal is not that people would fall in
916
00:48:19.460 --> 00:48:22.179
love with who's in this chair. Unless it is the
917
00:48:22.260 --> 00:48:25.070
King of Kings. And the Lord of Lords. And the
918
00:48:25.260 --> 00:48:27.030
one who paid the price.
919
00:48:26.769 --> 00:48:31.449
For the meal to be made. And why I preach
920
00:48:31.469 --> 00:48:33.010
this series, who's the minister here?
921
00:48:34.039 --> 00:48:37.559
It's because my job is that as more people come
922
00:48:37.579 --> 00:48:41.889
into this room, that whoever's sitting in the maturing minister chair.
923
00:48:41.989 --> 00:48:45.320
They would follow my lead. That when God gets up.
924
00:48:46.260 --> 00:48:47.829
Sits down in the room that we get up and
925
00:48:47.849 --> 00:48:50.389
we start serving and there's more people that need chairs
926
00:48:50.710 --> 00:48:53.110
So the maturing ministers get up and we don't say.
927
00:48:53.150 --> 00:48:55.030
Who's gonna serve me. Where's my plate?
928
00:48:55.210 --> 00:48:57.010
We're up trying to get to service and we can
929
00:48:57.050 --> 00:48:59.090
convince people they're saying hold on There's so many people
930
00:48:59.269 --> 00:49:00.730
and I've been able to sit here and I'm a
931
00:49:00.789 --> 00:49:03.289
fresh believer But I want to mature and we start
932
00:49:03.349 --> 00:49:08.130
turning all of these chairs into places of service To
933
00:49:08.150 --> 00:49:12.099
where we can stand behind and serve humanity serve people
934
00:49:12.159 --> 00:49:15.929
in government and let the God of the universe Talk
935
00:49:16.090 --> 00:49:18.579
to every person that sits at this table.
936
00:49:19.329 --> 00:49:19.969
They don't need another.
937
00:49:20.139 --> 00:49:22.699
Word from a man they need a touch from God
938
00:49:23.739 --> 00:49:30.179
they don't need some inspiration they need an encounter what
939
00:49:30.199 --> 00:49:33.309
are you saying Pastor Mike it's time for you to
940
00:49:33.369 --> 00:49:37.489
go and get everybody verse 21 says well who do
941
00:49:37.510 --> 00:49:41.460
you want me to get It says, go and invite
942
00:49:41.539 --> 00:49:45.840
the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame.
943
00:49:45.969 --> 00:49:46.909
Let me tell you something.
944
00:49:47.389 --> 00:49:49.789
You have to invite the poor, people who can't meet
945
00:49:49.909 --> 00:49:52.510
any of your needs. You have to invite the crippled,
946
00:49:53.050 --> 00:49:55.329
ones that we're going to have to serve. You're going
947
00:49:55.349 --> 00:49:58.550
to have to invite the blind, ones who don't see
948
00:49:58.590 --> 00:50:01.840
the way you see, and the lame, people who are
949
00:50:01.860 --> 00:50:06.380
going to need continual help. That's who we, the church,
950
00:50:06.420 --> 00:50:11.760
the ministers, are called to go invite. That's why Romans 10, 14.
951
00:50:11.760 --> 00:50:14.679
Write this down, underline it, highlight it, tattoo it on
952
00:50:14.719 --> 00:50:19.079
your chest. But how can they call on him to
953
00:50:19.219 --> 00:50:23.639
save them unless they believe in him? And how can
954
00:50:23.659 --> 00:50:27.239
they believe in him if they have never heard about him?
955
00:50:27.860 --> 00:50:33.099
And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
956
00:50:35.880 --> 00:50:42.469
We got the cure for something. that humanity is dying for.
957
00:50:43.150 --> 00:50:45.809
Will you tell them? What are you saying, Pastor Mike?
958
00:50:46.389 --> 00:50:50.440
My last point. If I don't go, they won't know.
959
00:50:52.099 --> 00:50:55.659
You need to think about that. Every person, you scroll
960
00:50:55.699 --> 00:50:57.239
past and be like, oh, that's sad that they're going
961
00:50:57.260 --> 00:50:57.579
through that.
962
00:50:57.639 --> 00:51:02.889
DM them. Call them. Text your cousin. Text your family members.
963
00:51:03.269 --> 00:51:06.329
Because if I don't go, Well, somebody else will do it.
964
00:51:06.340 --> 00:51:08.340
There's somebody. Does somebody's church service still go to?
965
00:51:08.579 --> 00:51:08.699
No.
966
00:51:09.019 --> 00:51:12.960
If I don't go, they won't know. Next week is Easter.
967
00:51:13.820 --> 00:51:18.820
And I'm believing for Transformation Church to see the greatest
968
00:51:18.900 --> 00:51:22.679
harvest of souls that we've ever seen in the history
969
00:51:23.059 --> 00:51:26.099
of this church. I'm literally, my faith, my crazy faith,
970
00:51:26.380 --> 00:51:28.739
I'm believing for tens of thousands of people to get
971
00:51:28.840 --> 00:51:33.489
saved next week. But do you know how dumb that
972
00:51:33.550 --> 00:51:37.110
would sound? For me to get up here in front
973
00:51:37.119 --> 00:51:38.869
of the thousands of people watching.
974
00:51:38.610 --> 00:51:40.630
And say, there's tons of people going to get saved
975
00:51:40.670 --> 00:51:46.329
next week. And we prepare the table. I make the food.
976
00:51:46.429 --> 00:51:48.210
I probably ain't going to sleep all week just trying
977
00:51:48.230 --> 00:51:50.610
to make sure I'm saying the right thing for God's people.
978
00:51:51.010 --> 00:51:56.590
People who will come one time. The atmosphere will be ready.
979
00:51:56.630 --> 00:51:58.230
The worship is going to be crazy next week.
980
00:52:01.969 --> 00:52:05.760
Where are the people? Who's over the invite?
981
00:52:07.380 --> 00:52:11.780
I declare to you as the ministers in our home,
982
00:52:12.260 --> 00:52:16.670
in our communities, on our jobs, that this was the
983
00:52:16.730 --> 00:52:22.070
last Sunday for this church where there would be somebody
984
00:52:22.110 --> 00:52:25.570
who needed to eat at this table today. The reason
985
00:52:25.610 --> 00:52:28.670
they ate because they didn't know. You can deny us
986
00:52:28.789 --> 00:52:30.030
once we give you the invitation.
987
00:52:30.150 --> 00:52:30.530
All good.
988
00:52:31.750 --> 00:52:35.150
At least you know there's food, there's healing, there's nourishment
989
00:52:35.210 --> 00:52:38.349
for you. But it will never be on us again
990
00:52:40.409 --> 00:52:48.219
that there would be full plates, empty tables, and silent servants.
991
00:52:49.599 --> 00:52:52.260
Today I want to pray for you. I want to
992
00:52:52.320 --> 00:52:55.000
pray that something would stir up on the inside of
993
00:52:55.059 --> 00:52:59.309
you that can never be shut down ever again. We're
994
00:52:59.349 --> 00:53:06.019
talking about eternity here. heaven and hell, eternities. And we
995
00:53:06.079 --> 00:53:09.340
have the ability to do something about it. Do you
996
00:53:09.400 --> 00:53:13.480
know how powerless corona becomes when you know your eternity
997
00:53:13.539 --> 00:53:18.599
is secure? Y'all are missing the point. So many people
998
00:53:18.679 --> 00:53:21.539
are fearful from leaving this, but do you know what
999
00:53:21.579 --> 00:53:26.400
we get after this? That's why I don't care if
1000
00:53:26.579 --> 00:53:29.739
this is going to take me out. Let it come,
1001
00:53:29.860 --> 00:53:33.159
because that means I'm going to get my crown.
1002
00:53:34.380 --> 00:53:35.860
I'm going to be with Jesus.
1003
00:53:36.920 --> 00:53:39.090
But I can't imagine what it feels like to be
1004
00:53:39.139 --> 00:53:44.110
living with no uncertainty of what tomorrow holds. You're trapped
1005
00:53:44.150 --> 00:53:47.809
in fear. And today, it won't be on our hands anymore.
1006
00:53:48.420 --> 00:53:51.079
Lift your hands all over this place. Everybody that's listening
1007
00:53:51.119 --> 00:53:54.289
to me, everybody that is watching on rebroadcast. Father, in
1008
00:53:54.309 --> 00:53:56.489
the name of Jesus, I thank you that you've already
1009
00:53:56.530 --> 00:53:59.809
ordained these people, Father God, to be your ministers. Father God,
1010
00:54:00.219 --> 00:54:03.820
you've commanded us to mature in your word. And now today, Father,
1011
00:54:03.840 --> 00:54:06.880
you are commissioning.
1012
00:54:05.559 --> 00:54:08.219
Us to go, go into all the world.
1013
00:54:08.599 --> 00:54:13.869
Not just the earth, but the systems, governmental systems, educational systems,
1014
00:54:14.730 --> 00:54:18.809
and our technology systems, every system, God, and make disciples,
1015
00:54:18.889 --> 00:54:22.309
Father God. The table is ready. The food is ready,
1016
00:54:22.369 --> 00:54:25.179
Father God. And now we will invite the people to
1017
00:54:25.219 --> 00:54:29.519
a great feast. Father, next week, we celebrate the greatest
1018
00:54:29.719 --> 00:54:30.880
victory that.
1019
00:54:30.760 --> 00:54:32.880
Has ever happened in human history.
1020
00:54:33.559 --> 00:54:36.239
And God, I thank you that the tables will be
1021
00:54:36.519 --> 00:54:40.940
so packed with the grace of The good news, and
1022
00:54:41.000 --> 00:54:44.780
I thank you that there will not be one person
1023
00:54:44.940 --> 00:54:49.179
left from the table who we could have invited. Father,
1024
00:54:49.199 --> 00:54:53.519
when the servant came back after inviting everybody, the report was,
1025
00:54:53.619 --> 00:54:58.849
there's still more room. And today, Father God, I thank
1026
00:54:58.869 --> 00:55:01.269
you that we would make the connection with that person.
1027
00:55:01.530 --> 00:55:05.130
Invite them personally, Father. Text them. Call them, Father God,
1028
00:55:05.369 --> 00:55:07.170
and invite them because there's still room.
1029
00:55:07.690 --> 00:55:12.019
I declare that the spirit of invitation would raise up
1030
00:55:12.099 --> 00:55:13.619
on the inside of us. We wouldn't be able to
1031
00:55:13.679 --> 00:55:16.559
go to these places and not see your children and
1032
00:55:16.619 --> 00:55:18.960
realize that they're your passion and you want a relationship
1033
00:55:18.980 --> 00:55:21.559
with them. Father, thank you that next week will be
1034
00:55:21.619 --> 00:55:25.309
a huge house party. that people from all different walks
1035
00:55:25.369 --> 00:55:29.309
of life, atheists, Buddhists, everybody, Father God, lost, broken, they'll
1036
00:55:29.329 --> 00:55:31.130
come into this place and they'll eat the best food
1037
00:55:31.150 --> 00:55:35.190
they've ever eaten. And Father, we'll step back and allow you,
1038
00:55:35.250 --> 00:55:36.969
the host, to have an encounter with them.
1039
00:55:37.659 --> 00:55:40.579
We believe you, we thank you, and we trust you
1040
00:55:40.619 --> 00:55:43.139
for it. In Jesus' name, we agree.
1041
00:55:43.559 --> 00:55:46.679
Somebody say amen. Come on, clap your hands right there.
1042
00:55:46.699 --> 00:55:48.099
Type amen in the comments.
1043
00:55:48.539 --> 00:55:50.280
Now listen, listen, listen, listen.
1044
00:55:51.119 --> 00:55:53.909
I need you to have action behind this. Don't just
1045
00:55:53.949 --> 00:55:57.159
say amen and then be like, all right, what's on Netflix? Like,
1046
00:55:57.880 --> 00:56:00.579
I need you to do something. This week, I want
1047
00:56:00.619 --> 00:56:04.300
to present to Transformation Church, Transformation Nation, what I'm calling
1048
00:56:04.380 --> 00:56:08.159
the win is in the 10 challenge. The win is
1049
00:56:08.300 --> 00:56:10.980
in 10 challenge, okay? And this is going to cause
1050
00:56:11.019 --> 00:56:13.099
you to go do something. What I'm asking you to
1051
00:56:13.139 --> 00:56:15.739
do is for 10 minutes every day, I want you
1052
00:56:15.760 --> 00:56:19.239
to pray for those who are far from God. I
1053
00:56:19.280 --> 00:56:21.260
want you to call them by name. There are people
1054
00:56:21.280 --> 00:56:23.489
that you know that are far from God and don't
1055
00:56:23.550 --> 00:56:24.349
leave nobody out.
1056
00:56:24.409 --> 00:56:25.750
Well, I know they crazy.
1057
00:56:25.989 --> 00:56:29.650
You don't know that they're one moment away from turning
1058
00:56:29.710 --> 00:56:32.090
their entire life around. And matter of fact, last night
1059
00:56:32.349 --> 00:56:35.210
while they were praying to not wake up, they said, God,
1060
00:56:35.250 --> 00:56:37.130
if you're real, send somebody to tell me.
1061
00:56:38.760 --> 00:56:39.579
We're going to pray for them.
1062
00:56:40.340 --> 00:56:42.670
Every day this week, we're going to pray for 10 minutes,
1063
00:56:42.829 --> 00:56:44.329
and we're resourcing you to do that.
1064
00:56:44.690 --> 00:56:46.750
On the Transformation Church app, you can.
1065
00:56:46.650 --> 00:56:49.190
Go there, and on our online, you can go there,
1066
00:56:49.210 --> 00:56:51.190
and it says This Week at TC, and you will
1067
00:56:51.269 --> 00:56:54.429
see the header, and there are actual prayers in Scripture.
1068
00:56:54.449 --> 00:56:56.500
You don't even have to... to like fake it.
1069
00:56:56.800 --> 00:56:58.880
We will teach you how to pray for these people
1070
00:56:59.099 --> 00:57:01.460
for 10 minutes every day and join us at noon
1071
00:57:01.659 --> 00:57:04.619
online every day. We're going to be praying every day
1072
00:57:04.679 --> 00:57:06.349
during this week. We're going to pray for those who
1073
00:57:06.409 --> 00:57:08.210
are lost. The second thing that I want you to
1074
00:57:08.269 --> 00:57:11.230
do is I want you to give 10 personal invitations
1075
00:57:11.309 --> 00:57:14.389
to the table this week. I want you to, if
1076
00:57:14.429 --> 00:57:17.019
you can talk to somebody face-to-face, that's the best. Don't
1077
00:57:17.039 --> 00:57:20.739
just DM them. Talk to them face-to-face. FaceTime somebody. You
1078
00:57:20.780 --> 00:57:23.099
can't do that, call them. Say, hey, I was thinking
1079
00:57:23.139 --> 00:57:25.900
about you. Hey, I really, really want you to come
1080
00:57:25.960 --> 00:57:28.809
to church with me. Yeah, yeah, come to church with me. Like,
1081
00:57:29.250 --> 00:57:30.829
I'm going to send you the link. I want you
1082
00:57:30.849 --> 00:57:32.690
to be a part of what this is doing. And
1083
00:57:32.789 --> 00:57:34.969
I promise you, listen to me as your pastor, I
1084
00:57:35.050 --> 00:57:38.030
promise you that I will not embarrass you. I may
1085
00:57:38.070 --> 00:57:41.599
embarrass Natalie, but I will not embarrass you. I'm going
1086
00:57:41.639 --> 00:57:44.789
to honor their time. I'm going to speak a gospel
1087
00:57:44.829 --> 00:57:46.650
message that tells them the good news. And I'm going
1088
00:57:46.670 --> 00:57:48.230
to tell you, matter of fact, I'm telling you right now,
1089
00:57:48.269 --> 00:57:52.239
I'm preaching a message called the middle in this message.
1090
00:57:52.360 --> 00:57:55.039
God has given me a revelation to what happens when
1091
00:57:55.059 --> 00:57:57.619
we're in the middle and what happens when he gets.
1092
00:57:57.500 --> 00:57:57.920
In the middle.
1093
00:57:58.179 --> 00:58:00.400
And I'm telling you, this word is already in me
1094
00:58:00.639 --> 00:58:02.280
and nobody wants to miss it because it's going to
1095
00:58:02.320 --> 00:58:04.750
give you hope and it's going to lead people to Jesus.
1096
00:58:05.570 --> 00:58:07.429
I want you to invite 10 people. Let me say
1097
00:58:07.449 --> 00:58:09.110
it like this. At least 10 people.
1098
00:58:09.710 --> 00:58:12.639
Because some of y'all are going to hear the gravity
1099
00:58:12.679 --> 00:58:15.480
of this message and you're going to invite everybody you see, everybody.
1100
00:58:15.179 --> 00:58:16.119
You know to this table.
1101
00:58:16.539 --> 00:58:17.960
And the last thing that I want you to do
1102
00:58:17.980 --> 00:58:20.539
is I want you to share a message to help
1103
00:58:20.599 --> 00:58:23.099
prepare people's hearts. I want you to share it 10
1104
00:58:23.099 --> 00:58:25.309
times this week. I want you to go to Facebook
1105
00:58:25.349 --> 00:58:28.070
and share a message. Go to YouTube, copy the link.
1106
00:58:27.889 --> 00:58:28.269
And share it.
1107
00:58:28.489 --> 00:58:30.809
If you're a little more seasoned saints, ask your grandkids
1108
00:58:30.849 --> 00:58:32.260
or your son or your daughter, they'll tell you how
1109
00:58:32.300 --> 00:58:32.559
to do it.
1110
00:58:32.780 --> 00:58:33.639
But I want you to share.
1111
00:58:33.880 --> 00:58:37.500
This is the most time they're literally thinking about turning
1112
00:58:37.559 --> 00:58:40.389
down the internet speed for everybody because of how many
1113
00:58:40.429 --> 00:58:42.670
people are online now. And I'm just thinking, how many
1114
00:58:42.730 --> 00:58:45.050
people are watching things that are taking away from them,
1115
00:58:45.269 --> 00:58:47.510
depleting them? What if we could give them something that
1116
00:58:47.530 --> 00:58:50.010
would open their heart and be ready to receive Jesus?
1117
00:58:50.369 --> 00:58:51.329
I'm making a suggestion.
1118
00:58:51.710 --> 00:58:55.409
Last Easter's message I preached called Thirst Trap. I want
1119
00:58:55.429 --> 00:58:58.130
you to send that message to at least 10 people.
1120
00:58:58.409 --> 00:59:00.389
Share it with 10 people. And some of y'all are
1121
00:59:00.409 --> 00:59:02.449
going to do it 10 times every day because there's
1122
00:59:02.510 --> 00:59:05.670
so many people that need God. Because we're making a
1123
00:59:05.710 --> 00:59:09.570
decision as a church that we no longer will allow
1124
00:59:09.650 --> 00:59:14.300
God to make a way for us and there be
1125
00:59:15.739 --> 00:59:19.199
empty tables, full plates, and empty chairs.
1126
00:59:20.599 --> 00:59:22.300
I said that all wrong. Forgive me.
1127
00:59:24.730 --> 00:59:25.289
Oh, God.
1128
00:59:25.489 --> 00:59:27.090
Y'all know what I'm saying. I'm done. I'm tired.
1129
00:59:27.710 --> 00:59:30.230
I love y'all so much. Can we pray together? Father,
1130
00:59:31.050 --> 00:59:33.309
I thank you for every person that is watching online.
1131
00:59:34.530 --> 00:59:36.650
And I thank you for those who need to make
1132
00:59:36.690 --> 00:59:39.230
a decision to go from chair one.
1133
00:59:41.949 --> 00:59:42.780
To chair two, God.
1134
00:59:44.280 --> 00:59:47.820
They're far from you right now, but they need to
1135
00:59:47.880 --> 00:59:50.639
be close to you. If that's you right now, just
1136
00:59:50.880 --> 00:59:52.300
wherever you are, I want you to lift your hand
1137
00:59:52.340 --> 00:59:52.599
right now.
1138
00:59:53.000 --> 00:59:54.480
I'm going to pray for you. Come on.
1139
00:59:54.659 --> 00:59:55.840
If that's you right there, I want you to lift
1140
00:59:55.860 --> 00:59:58.690
your hand. In Transformation Church, I want us to pray
1141
00:59:58.730 --> 01:00:01.570
this prayer together. Y'all know we're a church. We're a family.
1142
01:00:02.010 --> 01:00:02.730
We don't pray alone.
1143
01:00:03.349 --> 01:00:05.210
I want everybody who wants to make Jesus Christ their
1144
01:00:05.250 --> 01:00:07.289
personal Lord and Savior and go from chair one far
1145
01:00:07.329 --> 01:00:09.530
from God to fresh start in God.
1146
01:00:10.469 --> 01:00:10.989
Pray this prayer.
1147
01:00:11.010 --> 01:00:16.590
Say, God, thank you for sending Jesus just for me. Today,
1148
01:00:17.340 --> 01:00:18.739
I give you control of my life.
1149
01:00:19.469 --> 01:00:23.179
I believe you lived, you died, and you rose again
1150
01:00:24.059 --> 01:00:30.389
just for me. Change me. Renew me. Transform me. I'm yours.
1151
01:00:31.030 --> 01:00:33.280
In Jesus name. Amen.
1152
01:00:33.860 --> 01:00:37.329
Hey, if you made that decision, I need somebody right now.
1153
01:00:37.690 --> 01:00:41.590
There are thousands of hands going crazy all over the world.
1154
01:00:41.710 --> 01:00:43.769
If you made that decision, I want you to text
1155
01:00:43.829 --> 01:00:46.210
the number on the screen. Come on. I see hands
1156
01:00:46.250 --> 01:00:48.230
going up. Kelly made the decision.
1157
01:00:48.289 --> 01:00:52.010
I see you. God bless you, Kelly. Zebra Jones made
1158
01:00:52.030 --> 01:00:54.969
the decision right now. Michelle made the decision.
1159
01:00:55.030 --> 01:00:59.650
Come on, y'all. This is real salvation. Oh, my goodness. God,
1160
01:00:59.730 --> 01:01:05.039
thank you, Lord. Caroline made the decision. Text that number.
1161
01:01:05.079 --> 01:01:07.800
We want to give you resources. And we're going to
1162
01:01:07.820 --> 01:01:10.389
be the ministers here. I can't wait to see you
1163
01:01:10.429 --> 01:01:12.219
next week and everybody you bring in.
1164
01:01:12.449 --> 01:01:15.190
God, I declare and I speak a blessing over everybody
1165
01:01:15.230 --> 01:01:17.710
that's watching. God, I thank you that this word goes
1166
01:01:17.789 --> 01:01:20.820
deep down in their hearts. Disturb their dreams with it,
1167
01:01:20.849 --> 01:01:21.409
Father God.
1168
01:01:21.530 --> 01:01:22.239
Let them know.
1169
01:01:22.579 --> 01:01:26.050
That it is our burden to be able to invite
1170
01:01:26.139 --> 01:01:27.650
people to this table, God.
1171
01:01:27.670 --> 01:01:29.449
And I thank you for transformation to happen.
1172
01:01:29.769 --> 01:01:31.869
I declare that this will be the best week they've
1173
01:01:31.929 --> 01:01:34.750
ever had. Father God, that even as things get worse
1174
01:01:34.809 --> 01:01:36.949
in the world, Father, we will be more anchored in you,
1175
01:01:37.010 --> 01:01:39.849
Father God. For everybody who is hopeless and grieving, I
1176
01:01:39.909 --> 01:01:42.320
thank you for being the paraclete, the one that comes
1177
01:01:42.380 --> 01:01:44.599
alongside and help. And I thank you, Father, that you
1178
01:01:44.619 --> 01:01:47.000
will use our hands and our feet to spread the
1179
01:01:47.039 --> 01:01:50.099
gospel of Jesus Christ. Until we meet again, Father, let
1180
01:01:50.159 --> 01:01:53.079
us live a transformed life. In Jesus name, we agree.
1181
01:01:53.539 --> 01:01:56.590
Amen. I love you, Transformation Church. I'll see you next week.
1182
01:01:58.110 --> 01:02:01.909
Thank you so much for watching Transformation Church's YouTube. And
1183
01:02:01.949 --> 01:02:04.409
I just want you to take another step. If this
1184
01:02:04.489 --> 01:02:08.510
is feeding you, join Transformation Nation. That's everybody that doesn't
1185
01:02:08.550 --> 01:02:11.960
live here in Tulsa watching live with us on Sunday mornings.
1186
01:02:12.019 --> 01:02:12.760
Gather your family.
1187
01:02:12.780 --> 01:02:16.760
Let's make this thing an every week situation. And please share.
1188
01:02:17.260 --> 01:02:19.800
Share if it has impacted your life. There is somebody
1189
01:02:20.010 --> 01:02:22.630
that is waiting for you to share this with them.
1190
01:02:22.929 --> 01:02:25.489
And transformation is only a click away. And there's one
1191
01:02:25.510 --> 01:02:28.170
more thing I would ask you to do. Pray about giving.
1192
01:02:28.550 --> 01:02:31.210
If you want to help us take this message all
1193
01:02:31.269 --> 01:02:33.949
around the world and represent God to lost and found
1194
01:02:33.969 --> 01:02:36.659
people for one reason, transformation in Christ, you can do
1195
01:02:36.719 --> 01:02:39.400
that right now by clicking the give button. I cannot
1196
01:02:39.440 --> 01:02:41.019
wait to see you the next time we're here.
1197
01:02:41.380 --> 01:02:42.780
Live a transformed life.
