אודות פרק זה
Welcome to another episode of Mastering the Workforce on SuperTalk 99.7 WTN featuring hosts Jennifer Sheets with Guest co host Angela Cherry, along with producer RJ, engaging in a deep conversation with private investor James Nazarov . Based in New York, he shares his unique perspective on the intersection of contemporary art and blockchain technology, emphasizing a "high-risk, high-reward" investment philosophy that favors overlooked, innovative ventures.
Throughout the show, Nazarov reflects on his upbringing in a creative environment as the son of artist Vladimir Nazarov , explaining how the 2008 financial crisis revealed art’s power as a resilient asset and a "spiritual" connection for families. He offers philosophical insights into the nature of "taste," arguing it is a mix of personal instinct and cultural conditioning, and explores the concept of the "sacred delusion" necessary for great artists to believe in their work before the world does. The episode concludes with Nazarov defining his legacy as one of protecting talent and building a "legacy of love" through the family name. Interspersed throughout the broadcast are teasers for "HireFlow 360," a human-centric "hiring revolution" designed to eliminate resumes and algorithmic bias.
