אודות פרק זה
Goal setting and manifestation are not the same tool—and knowing the difference can completely change the way you approach your desires.
In this episode, we explore where goal setting works brilliantly, where manifestation operates differently, and why trying to control outcomes you have no statistical control over can leave you feeling like nothing is working.
You'll discover the D.A.L. framework: Desire, Assume, Let Go, how anxious monitoring can disturb your focus, and one simple question you can ask whenever a desire comes up to determine whether you should set a goal—or let go and allow the outcome to unfold.
In this episode, you'll learn:
• What goal setting actually is and what it's designed for
• Where manifestation operates—and where it doesn't
• Why you can't goal-set outcomes you don't control
• How anxious monitoring can reintroduce doubt
• The D.A.L. framework: Desire, Assume, Let Go
• How to choose the right tool for each situation
• How to approach outcomes that require both skill and surrender
If you've ever experienced something you couldn't possibly have goal-set your way toward, share your experience in the comments. I'd love to hear your story.
