ENCONA ran a free webinar on 13 April 2021.
THE TOPIC:
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT?
We discussed risk assessment, mitigation, elimination and risk-based opportunities. This webinar refers to the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 regulations and whilst our examples may be based on the automotive industry, it is relevant to anyone, in any industry, involved in risk management. Attendees also had the opportunity to pose questions.
WHO HOSTED THE WEBINAR?
Dr Alecia M. Gabriel (ENCONA VP North America Operations) discussed the topic with our straight-talking subject matter expert, Hans Trunkenpolz (ENCONA Founder & Chairman of the Board), who is a certified IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 auditor and has over 2,500 days of audit experience across the globe.
We hope you find this discussion as interesting and informative as we did, and we're looking forward to hosting the next one.
