I see this all the time with real estate agents who want to become investors. They want to flip houses, buy rentals, build passive income, and create a business that does not depend entirely on the next commission check. But the things they are doing every day often have very little connection to those goals.
That is where a lot of agents get discouraged. They work on tasks that feel like they should matter. They research, plan, ask questions, consume content, and try to make progress.
