TUNGKOL SA EPISODE NA ITO
Travis and Jesse tackle the exhausting reality of trying to manage everyone's emotions, especially for the ladies who are getting their asses kicked by constant people-pleasing. This week we're breaking down why considering every single person's feelings is destroying your sanity and how direct communication is the only way to save yourself. Time to stop tiptoeing around everyone's delicate sensibilities and start saying what you actually mean. Just another week of married people advocating for brutal honesty over emotional babysitting.
WARNING: Contains zero tolerance for feelings management, maximum support for direct communication, and two people who think your emotional labor is killing you. If you're currently exhausted from managing everyone else's reactions, this episode might be exactly what you need to hear.
