Regenerative Aesthetics

In this episode, we bring you a recording of a live lecture presented at the 2025 New Wave Dermatology Conference in Aventura, FL. Description: Join Dr. Bay Aguilera, for a critical look at how different ethnicities age and the limitations of current "Eurocentric" aesthetic techniques. This lecture challenges the status quo, focusing on the genetic disadvantages of the Mestizo and Asian forehead, which can lead to hollowing and an unwanted masculine appearance. Learn the precise steps of the innovative "Frontoplasty" technique—a low-risk, high-impact procedure using Voluma dermal filler to restore volume to the upper third of the face. The speaker discusses landmarking, cannula safety protocols, and how volumizing the forehead is essential for maintaining femininity and preventing premature aging.
