TUNGKOL SA EPISODE NA ITO
Kimberley Virtue started her real estate career on the reception desk in Lismore in 2000, and she’s been learning, growing and moving forward ever since. From Lismore to Ballina to Byron Bay, each new market added to her toolkit, and she grew her career through sold rent rolls and agency acquisitions along the way. Today, as Head of Property Management at McGrath Northern Rivers, Kimberley leads the growth of a diverse portfolio that spans studio flats to executive hinterland homes and rural properties to beachfront rentals, across some of the most sought-after rental markets in the country.
Joined by Kylie Walsh, Kimberley shares what she’s learning as a developing leader. She talks about stepping back to let her team find their own solutions, and the simple shift of asking “would you like my advice?” before offering it. It’s a conversation about growth, curiosity and the belief that learning is a leader’s greatest quality so are you giving your team the answers, or giving them room to grow?
