TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
In this episode I share a conversation with the amazing Ashleigh van der Hoven.
We talked about a chance encounter in LA and how we almost met… and how she avoided multiple cult-like situations in the spiritual community. It felt like such an important conversation to share!
Ash's bio:
Ash is a Cape Town-based subconscious coach, speaker, and founder of The Alchemized Spirit. She works with ambitious, driven women who are already doing the work but keep hitting invisible ceilings on their income and impact.
Her approach is unlike anything in the personal development space. Ash combines subconscious rewiring, somatic work, and deep spiritual practice to target the root of what's actually blocking her clients: identity-level patterns like the inner critic, imposter syndrome, and chronic self-doubt.
A self-proclaimed story alchemist, she helps women rewire the negative & false stories that women so often tell about themselves. As a result of this, they access their deepest level of self-trust, leadership & "joie de vivre" energy leading them to earn more, show up courageously, stop getting in their own way and have massive success breakthroughs.

P.S. We briefly mentioned Bentinho Massaro. My husband Mark has been exposing some of the abuses people have experienced in Bentinho’s cult-like group.
