TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
The Aries Full Moon on 26th September 2026 in Aries acts as a mirror and a peak that reflects back on our 18 month journey since March 2025, see the sister post on the astrology of the Full Moon here. It is a time for outward action and reflection on your world-building, as you combine movement with purpose, cutting and releasing, with thought and intention.
Through breath, visualisation, and reflective questions, connect with your inner wisdom, self-awareness and the courage to take action. It guides listeners through a meditation that encourages them to identify obstacles, clear space for new beginnings, and reflect on their journey towards personal growth and purpose.
Mars is the sign ruler of Aries, with the Sun as exalted ruler. Mars is also the ruler of the decan in both Chaldean and Triplicity methods. Meet and connect with the symbolism of these as you move through the practice.
In this timeless guided mindfulness meditation, inspired by the astrology of the first decan of Aries, Sonia leads participants through a practice specifically designed for those with placements in Aries I. It is also for those who have a prominent Mars or Sun, and for a time when the Luminaries, the Sun and Moon, are travelling through this Decan.
Sonia emphasises the importance of connecting with, and continuing to practice returning to, your own Mindful Anchor. This fosters a sense of calm and stability with mindful breathing and visualisation.
