TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
You know how much we love AI ...and using AI for customer service is just our favorite! With real people customer service representatives, you at least had a chance at a favorable outcome. Sure, companies save money with AI customer service because 1) They don't have to pay a person and 2) The customer is never right so they save money by not resolving issues. However, do they look to see if customers are still customers afterwards? How do YOU feel about customer service today? Join us for "Press 1 To Speak to a Customer Service Rep" episode on The Works.
