TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
Welcome to episode 25 of the Inner CEO Code Podcast!
“The only thing that stands between you and your dream is the will to try and the belief that it is actually possible“ — Joel Brown
As we’re coming towards the last quarter of the year, there’s something that I wanted to address as I observed it happening too many times in myself or others.
We set ourself goals. We think about our dreams and what we want to do.
And we plan it for January.
‘It doesn’t matter now, I’ll start in the new year. So I can prepare and start strong’.
Technically yes.
Practically?
Be honest. How many of the goals you set yourself for the new year as resolutions have you really sticked with and still apply today? Or even went after?
If you’re like the average person probably not so many.
Not because you’re not capable. But because of how our brains are working.
The more time that passes between an idea and the first action, the more your brain, the so called inner gremlins get in the way.
Self doubt, inpatience, lack of compassion, focus or attention just to name a few.
To avoid this from happening, we’ll look at where they’re coming from and how to still make 2026 your year.
In this episode you’ll get:
Why waiting for January to start chasing your goals doesn’t really work
How patience and compassion are important indicators
Guided questions to start setting the direction until end of year
Which gremlins that get into our way before taking action and what you can do about it
A healthy push to take action today
If you feel like you know a lot and have many goals in life but don’t know where to start or self doubt creeps in, I’d love to continue the conversation.
Imperfect, but perfectly me.
I hope you enjoy.
P.S. We’re hitting 26 episodes next week, that’s half a year of the Inner CEO Code. Thank you for being here, it means the world.
Have a topic you’d like me to speak about? Let me know in the comments.
With joy,
