Behind-the-Scenes Note from Audley
What stood out most for me in this conversation was the reminder that confidence isn’t something you manufacture—it’s something that grows naturally when you stop abandoning yourself. Steve’s “vanilla ice cream” analogy hit home. So many of us try to be inoffensive instead of authentic, and this episode is a powerful invitation to choose alignment over approval.
