During this conversation, they discuss the general tasks the department handles and their involvement in a book's promotional campaigns.
Plus, for all those who want to join the department, there is a section with advice for your portfolio and application.
The episode also has a fun literary pop-up quiz and some encouraging words from Sanna if you are in a tough moment of your job search.
