TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
Jake and Tyler are back for Episode 270, and there’s a LOT to unpack.
The guys revisit the original X-Men movie more than 25 years later to see what still works, what definitely doesn’t, and why the film still holds a special place in comic-book movie history. From Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and Patrick Stewart’s Professor X to those painfully early-2000s black leather suits, does the movie still hold up?
Then it’s over to the DCU for Lanterns Episode 2, where the deeper Green Lantern mythology starts coming into focus. Mogo references, Manhunters, Sinestro theories, Hal Jordan, John Stewart and plenty of speculation about where the series is headed next.
Plus, the guys dive into the latest comic releases, Marvel and DC news, the new Midnight titles, Absolute Green Arrow, and celebrate a major milestone with Thor #800 and the continuing saga surrounding the death—and eventual return—of the God of Thunder.
It’s comics, movies, TV, arguments, theories and the usual amount of getting completely off topic.
