TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
As mature women, we have the privilege of encouraging and mentoring the next generation—but how we do it matters just as much as what we say.
In this episode of Journey of Wisdom, we'll discover what the Bible teaches about restoring others with gentleness instead of criticism, leading with humility instead of pride, and speaking words that build up instead of tear down.
We'll look at the example of Job's friends, who started well by simply being present but later wounded Job with judgment instead of compassion. We'll also reflect on how our own words can either become a bridge that draws someone closer to Christ or a barrier that pushes them away.
If you've ever wanted to encourage a younger woman but weren't sure what to say—or if you've experienced the sting of being judged yourself—this episode will remind you that God's heart is always restoration, never condemnation.
As Titus 2 women, may we become mentors who listen well, love deeply, speak gently, and always point others to the grace of Jesus.
