"Engagement does NOT equal distribution."
“4,000 connections beats 40,000 followers every time.”
Liam Darmody isn't just posting on LinkedIn; he's engineering serendipity.
In this conversation, Liam Darmody, Founder of Liam’s Brandstand and a LinkedIn Creator Accelerator alum, comes on the show.
We discuss how he transitioned from a corporate "Swiss Army Knife" in operations to a personal branding expert, why he believes 4,000 targeted connections are worth more than 40,000 followers, and the tech stack he uses to dominate the comments section.
We also dive into LinkedIn's new 360Brew algorithm, how he trained a custom Claude project on his own data, and why he says you need to stop viewing your personality as a liability.
If you want to understand how to "manifest serendipity" through commenting and pivot your career using LinkedIn, this episode is for you.
