Have your say! I'm running an anonymous listener survey until December and I'd truly love to hear from you. Your honest feedback – whether you love something, skip something, or wish I'd change something – will directly shape how these episodes evolve in 2027, and it is already making a difference based on those who have already answered (chapters+full transcript from now onwards). It takes less than 1-2 minutes, it's completely anonymous and every single response matters to me. Thank you for your help 💜 Go to Survey

October brings powerful spiritual energies that will heighten your awareness, sharpen your intuition and guide you toward a new kind of balance in your life.
In this episode, I decode the three major themes shaping this month: Balance, Communication and Ego Expression, and New Beginnings. You'll discover how these forces intertwine, how you can navigate them and how they can help you shed what keeps you stuck, speak your truth with confidence, and embrace transformations that are long lasting.
