Authenticity and Accountability with Dr. Ava.
Ava Pommerenk is a coach, psychologist and writer, raised in Hawaii, and currently residing in Mexico.
In this episode we discover the complex dynamics of abusive relationships both with others and ourselves. We explore how the concepts of authenticity and accountability are woven into these narratives. Ava offers us her perspectives as well as her solutions to the toxicity of contemporary relationships. She offers us insights into her interpretations on the themes we discuss based on both her own healing as well as that of her clients.
