Closing 2024 Strong, Setting the Stage for 2025!
As we wrap up this year, we Nina Devouge and Cheryl Ng-Dharsan, had an incredible conversation with Geraldine Gauthier, founder of GoMasterCoach, about reflecting on our journey and planning for a successful 2025. Here are the 3 key takeaways from the discussion:
1️⃣ Focus on Your Strengths – Identify your "sweet spot," embrace what you're good at, and stop being overly critical of yourself. 💪
2️⃣ Stop Bullying Yourself – Be kinder to yourself. Progress starts with self-compassion. 🌱
3️⃣ Act on It – Dare to take small, meaningful risks. Step out of your comfort zone, even if it's just a little, and watch yourself grow! 🚀
🌟 Incremental changes make a big difference! A simple pivot—like writing down your goals and seeing them daily—can help align your conscious and subconscious mind toward success. We shared inspiring practices, including writing a “goal check” to keep in your wallet or sticking motivational notes on mirrors to remind you of your "why."
As we prepare for a new year, let’s treat 2025 as a game—what challenges will you tackle, and how will you have fun while becoming the person you truly aspire to be?
