In this episode, Iris and Jillian sit with Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kris Olivas, to delve into how experiences from our childhood, even after therapy, can continue to block us from living our fullest potential, and what to do about it. A self-proclaimed “therapist gone rogue,” Kris combines western therapeutic and shamanic techniques to help her clients recognize where "blocks" come from, and how to move through them. In this episode, Kris walks us through:
- What exactly is Inner Child Work
- How we can pinpoint which blocks in our lives are stemming from childhood trauma
- Defining “Shadow Work,” “Lightworker,” and “Starseed,” and how these terms often play out within her clients
- What is Spiritual By-Passing, and how to balance “Love & Light” culture while still honoring our shadows within
- The Modalities utilized by Kris to integrate & release Inner Child Wounds
Additionally, Jillian and Iris give their professional insight into the crystals and crystal formations that support us in healing our Inner Child.
