TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
As the noise of the calendar change fades, a deeper question remains: Who am I becoming?
In this reflective New Year episode of Catholic Talks, we step into 2026 not with resolutions or grand declarations, but with something far more demanding—attention. Attention to the quiet ways God forms a life. Attention to faith that endures without spectacle. Attention to courage that does not announce itself.
Marking the Feast Day of St. Agnes, this episode meditates on what it means to belong wholly to God without compromise. Still in her youth, Agnes lived with striking clarity in a dangerous world—offering a witness not of loud defiance, but of unwavering faith. Her life asks each of us a timeless and uncomfortable question: What truly has my heart?
This episode also reflects on:
- The spiritual meaning of endurance and quiet fidelity
- How the saints teach us faith lived daily, not dramatically
- Beginning a new year with honesty instead of control
- Deepening prayer through The Rosary with the Saints, Volume I
- The completion of the long-form photographic project America, Unquiet (Volumes I–IV)
- Upcoming books and audiobooks centered on faith, suffering, perseverance, and hope
This is an episode for anyone standing between stillness and responsibility, reflection and action—listening for God not in noise, but in steadiness.
Because faith doesn’t always raise its voice. Sometimes, it simply refuses to move.
