Welcome to Beautiful Inside by Beauticate, where we explore the duality of inner and outer beauty. Today's guest is someone who truly embodies this balance – the dynamic Pip Edwards.
Pip Edwards, the Creative Director of P.E Nation, is not just a fashion powerhouse but also a passionate advocate for women's health and mental well-being. Known for her energetic and glamorous presence on social media, Pip has recently shown a softer, more vulnerable side. In this episode, she opens up about her journey through therapy, perimenopause, and the challenges of raising her son, Justice, as a single mum while running a fashion empire.
Our conversation delves into Pip's high-achieving childhood, her career shift from accountancy to fashion, and her meteoric rise to fame with P.E Nation. We also explore her daily wellness practices, including crystals, chakra sprays, NLP, and her unwavering commitment to horizon-gazing – all essential to her grounding and healing process.
Pip candidly discusses the impact of childhood pressures, her journey with egg freezing, and the emotional toll of navigating a very public life. Her story is one of resilience, self-care, and the ongoing quest for balance between external success and internal peace.
This episode is packed with insights and reflections that will resonate with anyone striving to balance life's demands while staying true to themselves. Whether it's her approach to mental health, parenting, or personal growth, Pip Edwards offers valuable lessons in authenticity and strength.
