TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
I’m so excited to share my conversation with my dear friend Tansy Boggon with you - the timing of its release could not have aligned better with the current new seasonal and planetary energies! Tansy’s journey to her current soul’s expression as both a nutritionist and author is both inspiring and empowering, especially for those of us who identify as multi-passionate and multi-hyphenate creatives. In this episode we dive into Tansy’s journey of following her interests and passions (not dissimilar to mine!) that started out in the environmental sector into becoming a health practitioner to most recently authoring 4 books ranging from non-fiction, fiction to a children’s book, including her newest, freshly launched novel The Tears of a Woman, a sequel to The Weight of a Woman.
A thoroughly rich & juicy episode not to be missed that covers the behind the scenes of a creative spirit and generous heart.
We touch on:
- Detaching our ‘work’, ‘creations’ from who we may have previously been taught to identify with
- Normalising having side projects that fuel our curiosities and interests
- Tansy’s unique philosophy of joyful eating & living
- The importance of healing with love and compassion when it comes to our relationship with food
- Exploring our limiting beliefs and conditioning beneath our controlling tendencies
- Integrating academic research and intellect into an embodied experience through writing
- Transitioning from self-help to novel & children’s book writing
- The process of learning and growth when it comes to different book publishing options
- Navigating self doubt and limiting beliefs when it comes to sharing our creations with the world
- Importance of consistently checking in where we are holding ourselves back & reminding ourselves where we are placing our focus and attention on
- Allowing ourselves to have financial stability and security so we can safely explore our limitless capabilities to feel free to play and experiment with our effervescent creative essence
- Dance-breaks as an embodied way to experience weightless joyfulness during the creative process
+++ so much more !!
Enjoy the listen and let us know how this moves you. Share with a friend and tag us both as we love hearing what you think!
