Author of ENOUGH — the man who gave himself away until he couldn't find his own face in the mirror.
Rowan Vale is the author of ENOUGH, a memoir about losing yourself to addiction and finding the long way back. Writing under a pen name to protect his family's privacy, he tells his story from lived experience — seven months sober and still doing the daily work. ENOUGH isn't a tidy redemption arc; it's the honest account of a man who gave himself away piece by piece until he couldn't recognize his own face in the mirror, and the slow climb back to himself. He writes and speaks for the person who feels too far gone to be reached — about identity, faith, fatherhood, and what it actually takes to come home. His message is simple: you are not too far gone.
