Cooked ep. 3, Air on Netflix A fantastic show, that is basically elemental kitchen witchery without meaning to be. This episode is all about bread and air!
This is the recipe I use for my basic white loaves, except I use traditional dry yeast instead of instant, and just activate the yeast beforehand. I haven't tried it with wild yeast though! Paul Hollywood's White Bread Recipe
