Repeating a pattern you already healed is the most common thing Nicole hears from people using Human Design to decondition. The same money fear, or the visibility wound you'd worked through, starts to contract right after you'd opened it up, and it reads like proof the work didn't take.
Nicole is almost seven years into her own deconditioning and still meets old wounds at new levels. This episode is about what the pattern coming back actually means, and the simple framework she uses to follow any trigger, down to a pair of her husband's socks on the kitchen floor, to the belief sitting underneath it.
In this episode:
- The pattern you already worked on showing up again is the clearest signal you have about where your next level is gated.
- "New level, new devil" has it slightly wrong, and the correction changes how you meet the whole thing.
- Expansion works like athletic training, which is why one money course or one visibility breakthrough was never going to cover the rest of your life.
- Knowing your Human Design chart is still just awareness, and awareness on its own changes nothing.
- A four-step way to take any trigger, however small it seems, and find out what it is really aboout
