Case Closed: Eagles Get Mauled by the Backup | Ep. 172

Eagles Grounded by Bears 27-7 on Monday Night | Postgame Reaction

The Eagles flew into Soldier Field undefeated and left with their first loss of the season, a 27-7 Monday night beatdown. Case Keenum, starting in place of Caleb Williams, put together the game of his night while Philadelphia shot itself in the foot.

In this episode:
🦅 Case Keenum (38, first start since Christmas Eve 2023) goes 24/34 for 247 yards, 2 TDs, and a rushing score with zero turnovers
🦅 Eagles pile up 10 penalties for 61 yards and 3 turnovers (Dalton goal-line pick + Hurts’ underthrown INT)
🦅 Jalen Hurts’ only score is a one-second-left QB sneak after a concussion-tent scare; Andy Dalton comes in cold and throws the pick at the 1
🦅 D’Andre Swift’s revenge game (20-84) ends up nearly even with Saquon Barkley (15-82)
🦅 No pass rush, three second-half three-and-outs, and a regretted 4th-and-1 from Sirianni
🦅 Postgame podium: Sirianni’s “true team loss” and “things that require no talent,” plus Hurts on the turnover-and-penalty math
