Six stories. Seven Black women and girls. One Maryland episode dedicated to making sure their names are not forgotten. 🖤
In this episode of Their Stories To Tale, we share the stories of:
Cherice Maria Ragins Shaquanna “Kita” Rutherford Akia Shawnta Eggleston Shariece Nicole Clark & Joanna Antionette Clark Ramona Catherine Redd Carol Renee Carter
Their circumstances are different. Some remain missing decades later. In Akia Eggleston’s case, a murder conviction was secured, but her remains have never been recovered.
Behind every case is a woman whose life mattered, people who loved her, and a story that deserves to continue being told.
