درباره این اپیزود
In this episode, Aaron, Caryn and Marion delve into the unique aspects of the Enneagram, explaining how it differs from other methods of understanding human nature. Marion shares her insights into how the Enneagram provides a roadmap for deep self-awareness, allowing us to explore the complexities of our own personality and how it shapes our interactions with others and the world around us.
Marion Gilbert's deep experience with the Enneagram sheds light on the ways in which this ancient system can help us uncover the unconscious patterns that drive our behavior, especially in times of stress or challenge. Unlike other self-awareness tools, the Enneagram offers a dynamic framework that not only identifies our core personality type but also reveals the deeper motivations and fears that influence our perceptions and reactions.
