درباره این پادکست 🔗
Sleep stories and bedtime stories for adults who can't sleep. For the racing thoughts, the anxious mind and the overthinking that start the moment your head hits the pillow: slow, warm stories told over the sound of the sea, from a small village on the Spanish coast. No ads. No jolts. Nothing to keep up with.
This is a quiet place to land. Every episode is a calm bedtime story written to ease anxiety, quiet an overthinking mind, and help you fall asleep — a steady voice, waves breaking below the lighthouse, and a place where nothing is ever in a hurry.
The stories are told by the lighthouse keeper, who watches over the village from the point and has taken to noticing the life of its smallest resident: Prince Freddie, a corgi in a flat gold crown, who has one job — to notice things, and to let them be. Fishermen, a clockmaker, a seagull parliament, the tide. Nobody is in danger. Nothing needs fixing.
Made for tired, busy, anxious minds. No moral at the end, nothing that asks anything of you. If you drift off before the last line, the story has done its job.
